NEW YEAR’S EVE December 31, 2011 Saturday ©

Advice HAPPY NEW YEAR, the messages from Tarot are today. Very on point. Not only will there not be the bad scene, there will be the good scene. Not only will we escape the restrictions and be free, we will also be in a place we are content. The past is over with, and we just met the future which is looking good, so optimism is the order of the day. Wonderful blue skies and sunshine ahead as we leave the gray zone.

Is this the first time you come here? Well … what to do:

*Go to Advice (above ) which is a summary of the Messages. (Advice is everyone’s favorite part.)

*Go to Group Analytical Tarot Reading below.  One or more of those sentences has something to say to you.  Intuitively pick those out and decide whether to encourage or suppress them.  They are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it.  (It is a group message like a horoscope,  except Tarot isn’t based on someone else’s birth data,  so it can be specific,  accurate,  detailed and direct.  Our experiment here is  “How much more accurate is it?”)

Did you come here for your predictions? –  You are done now –  See you tomorrow.

Without a question to focus the answer,  four cards can mean contradictory things,  especially when the Spread has a card that negates other cards.  Without a question also the pronouns in a group reading are more flexible,  especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads.  When a pronoun is in parentheses,  feel very free to substitute.  The question in a  ‘real’  individual reading supplies at least half the information!

*Go to Meanings and Illustrations:  Learn Tarot by Observing section below. This tells about the combined four pictures in the Daily Spread –  the pictures above here.  It explains how these four cards get together in your mind to make the message.

Wheel of Fortune
Six of Swords – Ten of Cups – Sun

Writing this the same day as I finish your newsletter, I put the “Out with the Old” part in there. The interesting thing about this table of Tarot folks is that both Six of Swords and Sun are about leaving behind what holds you back – but with different perspectives of the concept. Six of Swords emphasizes that better times are ahead because of whatever was so awful about the past or past place. It is moving on. Sun is getting out from under restrictions, having a field day or vacation – about escaping. Nothing about a better time ahead per se: The boy is recklessly naked on a wicked pony having the time of his life in the sun for the moment. Six of Swords is a depressing mood, but Sun is an exuberant mood; whereas Six of Swords is things will be better and Sun … no news. Six of Swords is the future, and Sun is now. Phrasing both of these concepts in each of the sentences is a challenge.

Ten of Cups is definitely the better place, the better home, that the people in Six of Swords are leaving to. Everybody is happy and content there in the happily-ever-after zone. Wheel of Fortune is the lucky break that got them there.

So this is a wonderful (Wheel of Fortune) spread for the Happy New Year (Sun) when we put the old behind (Six of Swords) and celebrate a happy future (Ten of Cups).

Six of Swords It’s finally over and we are on our way out escaping with nothing left from a bad scene back there, like refugees. Phasing into a better time simply because anything is an improvement … but we are not looking ahead; we are in the process of getting the heck outa there in our little boat with the help of a friend heading over the water to better times and better places.

Ten of Cups Happily-ever-after. There’s no place like home. We are content with our family, we are together and prosperous in this good neighborhood with our boy-and-a-girl offspring. The dream life for most people. It also just means ‘people,’ us, all of us.

Sun School is over, mama isn’t lookin’ and I snuck out to play in the sun, it’s a happy-happy day. Right now, this minute, I have escaped the rules and am off the hook. What mean-looking pony?, that’s my buddy!

Wheel of Fortune Wonderful. Good luck, opportunity, chance, destiny and coincidence. Just happened to. The four Hebrew letters that mean a recipe for creation and the Name (They capitalize this.) of God are interspersed on a wheel that also has the letters T, A, R and O on it which looks for all the world like a roulette wheel. Mythical funky creatures are in the corners, with clouds.

Thanks for the reading last night, it clarified things so much!
Also, I’ll take away plenty from today’s spread, simple and wonderful.
    A new year, it’s a gift.

    • It was everclear, wasn’t it?
And this is a great New Year’s spread. All four departments of today’s are good to read. I enjoyed writing them.

Look for more changes upcoming on the blog. A little at a time, which is due to budget factors. TELL me what you think. I think it is too severe, needs to be light and bright like our other home, which is R.I.P.
