Advice Our contrast today is between sincerely caring and having a fling.  At some point, a fling turns into real attachment: “When I free myself from the role of romance, I am uninhibited and sincere.  Being devoted releases one from the restrictions of going through the motions of a love relationship.”  We also have a contrast between caring for children and endangered children.  We have a devil-may-care playboy or brat, and we have the man who is devoted.  Stories!

Is this the first time you come here?  Well … what to do:

*Go to Advice (above ) which is a summary of the Messages. (Advice is everyone’s favorite part.)

*Go to Group Analytical Tarot Cards Reading below.  One or more of those sentences has something to say to you.  Intuitively pick those out and decide whether to encourage or suppress them.  They are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it.  (It is a group message like a horoscope,  except Tarot isn’t based on someone else’s birth data,  so it can be specific,  accurate,  detailed and direct.  Our experiment here is  “How much more accurate is it?”)

Did you come here for your predictions?  –  You are done now –  See you tomorrow.

Without a question to focus the answer,  four cards can mean contradictory things,  especially when the Spread has a card that negates other cards.  Without a question also the pronouns in a group reading are more flexible,  especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads.  When a pronoun is in parentheses,  feel very free to substitute.  The question in a  ‘real’  individual reading supplies at least half the information!

Tell the visitors here something useful and meaningful to them.

Romance Real or Play (Six of Wands + Six of Cups)

When I free myself from the role of romance, I am uninhibited and sincere.

Influenced – by a really innocent person – to have sober fun.

Too young to feel this devoted in a romance, it’s puppy-love talkin’.

Acting more mature than I feel, letting myself be affectionate to my lover.

Being sincerely loving in what was to have been a fling … until now …

Being devoted releases one from the restrictions of going through the motions of a love relationship.

Love him/her/them so to heck with the rules, I know how to get by the rules.

If he is going to have fun with her, he is going to have to act so loving.

The boy is sneaking out at night to be with his girl friend.

Looking Back at Old Times (Six of Cups + Hermit)

Remembering, now that I am older and wiser, the fun I used to get away with when I was a kid.

Looking back on old times at what was supposed to have been fun …

Miscellaneous

The truth is, the brat is still at the childhood home being a mooch.

Goes out of his way to do a favor for an old friend, and it’s fun.

Bringing up Baby (Six of Cups + Hermit)

Knows the child pretends to be so good but is breaking the rules.

Knows just what reward gets him to be a good little boy.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, it’s night when I get home to see the kid(s).

The knowledge of how to get the kids to be good spontaneously.

He is roped into watching the kids while we go out on the town.

Looking after the kids when you would rather be having fun, you take on the role.

Daddy has left the child/ren’s home through no fault of his own.

Runaway Child (Six of Cups + Sun)

Finding his way home impaired after running away.

Child is seeking emancipation from an abusive situation.

A search for a runaway child who is ‘in the wrong hands.’

A search for a child missing from home under suspicious circumstances.

Now, Part Two,

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim ™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing section below. This tells about the combined four pictures in the Daily Spread –  the pictures above here.  It explains how these four cards get together in your mind to make the message.

*Go to Learn Tarot by the Pictures.  It is what each of the four cards,  by itself,  has to say.  It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in this Spread.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim ™ works.

Hermit
Six of Wands – Six of Cups – Sun

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

Both cards that refer to child/children are here, Six of Cups and Sun. (See the pictures.) Six of Cups is the good little boy and/or girl, and Sun is the reckless, mischievous brat to sneaks out to engage in dangerous recreation.

Both six of Cups and Hermit refer to being devoted, helpful and sincere. Six of Cups is sweetness, giving a gift (or favor sometimes), love; Hermit is looking out for, devotion, going out of one’s way to help another.

Both Six of Wands and Sun refer to breaking rules or misbehaving. In Six of Wands we have a deliberate pretense, ruse, deception or double-cross to get another person’s benefit for oneself. In Sun, we have uninhibited, reckless, spontaneous behavior like sneaking out to play.

Six of Wands and Hermit are opposite: Six of Wands is out to betray a friend, and Hermit is looking out for a friend.

Today, we have stories.

LEARN TAROT BY THE PICTURES

Six of Wands depicts the betrayal of King Richard to the enemy Arabs by the next in succession to the throne, who ruled in his stead while King Richard was in captivity. Subterfuge, mooching, pretense, a friend who is a secret enemy. Such a flexible card but still in that same groove. Here are its today applications: play a role, influence another, acting other than the way you feel, it’s the (whatever) talking, what was to have been until now, going through the motions, get by the rules, if you are going to (whatever) you have to act (however), sneaking, get away with, what was supposed to have been, mooch, goes out of his way, pretends to be so good, just what gets him to be, circumstances beyond my control, how to get (the kids to), roped into, take on the role, through no fault of his own, impaired, abusive situation, in the wrong hands, suspicious circumstances.
Six of Cups Such a greeting card: Little Boy Gives Little Girl Flowers. Children, romance, the good old days, nostalgia, sweetness, innocence, affection, loving, love relationship, be with his girl friend, remembering old times, childhood home, old friend, good child, old friend, home with the kids, children’s home.
Sun Baby sneaks into back yard to play with pony bareback, recklessly, heedless of the rules. What fun … until. Free, uninhibited, fun, too young to, letting myself, fling, release of restrictions, heck with the rules, sneaking out … brat, running away, emancipation, runaway child. Those are today’s phrases for Sun.
Hermit A monk of an order that seeks out travelers in distress to give them aid is out at night with a lantern – an old man with a staff. Today we use sincere, sober, devoted, mature, at night, older and wiser, looking, the truth is, goes out of his way, knows, knowledge, watching, looking after, finding his way, seeking and search.

Browsed through an encyclopedia of women in history today. Reading page after page, one lady stood out, Manuela Saenz. Fling turning to attachment was the story of her life, in a good way. I admired her.
