Our Daily Spread April 29, 2012 Sunday©

Guidance Today is about people who take advantage, who betray the trust of friends or business associates. Nothing disastrous: The message is to keep an eye out for smart alecs and bandits in all categories of your life. The emphasis is not negative, as I said, just a heads-up.

Is this the first time you come here? Well … what to do:

*Go to Guidance (above ) which is a summary of the Messages. (Guidance is everyone’s favorite part.)

*Go to Group Analytical Tarot Cards Reading below.  One or more of those sentences has something to say to you.  Intuitively pick those out and decide whether to encourage or suppress them They are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it.  (It is a group message like a horoscope,  except Tarot isn’t based on someone else’s birth data,  so it can be specific,  accurate,  detailed and direct.  Our experiment here is  “How much more accurate is it?”)

Did you come here for your predictions? –  You are done now –  See you tomorrow.

Without a question to focus the answer,  four cards can mean contradictory things,  especially when the Spread has a card that negates other cards.  Without a question also thepronouns in a group reading are more flexible,  especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads.  When a pronoun is in parentheses,  feel very free to substitute.  The question in a  ‘real’  individual reading supplies at least half the information!

GROUP ANALYTICAL TAROT CARDS READING
Tell the visitors here something useful and meaningful to them.

Intimate Partner Takes Foul Advantage (Temperance + Five of Swords)

Have him pegged as the abusive boyfriend type.

He’s got the idea to partner up with you whether you like it or not.

It’s always his intimate partner he abuses, he is the bully type.

When he is around you, he is always going to be the bad boy type.

Can see who the bully is pairing up with.

This love interest is so ornery you are going to be rough with him/her.

Getting wise to what the guy is ‘putting over on you’ as you are with him.

By golly, I think I’m being abused here, and I am sticking around with this person?

When you figure out how to deal with his Type A shenanigans, you will be together a long time.

A close relationship is coming to (him) whether (he) likes it or not.

He is going to be with her for some time to come: ‘she got the best of me.’

Associate is Taking Advantage (Temperance + Five of Swords)

He will have that smartypants cocky attitude from now on: He thinks we are buddies.

Those two are and always will be ‘full of themselves.’

A thug in a suit he is, and I will be associating with him.

Sees he can be belligerent/throw his weight around/be a wise guy and still be your buddy.

Tough guy will continue to look out for his partner.

He will be seen as a thug by his close friend.

Sees it is to his advantage to have a continuing close relationship with (whoever).

Ruffian is cleaning up his act because of his close friend who is a good person.

Keep(s) feeling intimidated by someone who is (his/her/my) equal.

A Fight on My Hands (Page of Pentacles + Five of Swords)

Just let him pick on me, it’s going to be a one-on-one fight between us.

These two are always going to fight, you watch.

His intent or motive is to get even as he keeps associating with you.

Business Deals (Three of Wands + Temperance) with a Badass (Five of Swords)

You think you got a deal, and he’s taking whatever he wants.

I feel coerced to continue to deal with (them).

His associate learns how he is making money.

I am going to be a team member with that badass.

I am going to be together all the time with this high-pressure guy.

Know(s) the bastard I am going to be dealing with.

I know he is going to get even in that deal.

Business Associate is a Bandit (Temperance + Five of Swords)

Looking at the cash flow, the partner is thieving: Watch him; He is always ‘on the take.’

Can see I’m going to be jerked around in this deal.

People who know he is a crook, he will deal with straight.

Keep an eye on the partner, he is going to rip you off.

I’m close friends with him: He is always going to be nasty.

He beat them out of income for himself in the deal.

He is out to make a future for himself at his partner’s expense.

I know who stole it, and I am going to deal with that s.o.b.

Identity theft is how he is able to have financial transactions.

I have a feeling I’m being robbed as time goes by in this relationship.

He has an idea he is going to get an income off of his intimate partner.

A bully/mooch thinks of his friend(s) as his income.

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim ™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing section below. This tells about the combined four pictures in the Daily Spread –  the pictures above here.  It explains how these four cards get together in your mind to make the message.

*Go to Learn Tarot by the Pictures.  It is what each of the four cards,  by itself,  has to say.  It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in this Spread.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim ™ works.

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

You always look at Five of Swords first, just as you do in real life. He is the wise guy, the one who takes advantage as a philosophy of life. You don’t want to see this card around ‘bad company.’ Today he isn’t.

Today our ruffian has a close friend, associate, intimate companion (Temperance) who is a good guy (Page of Pentacles), who influences him to clean up his act.

Today, our spread is done in a hurry because of circumstances here, so its focus is on people dealing with the fellow who has the bad attitude. More positive things are not covered so it can be posted almost on time. My apologies.

LEARN TAROT BY PICTURES

Page of Pentacles Identify, the type of person, and a person’s view of or focus upon (whatever the subject is). That is who Page of Pentacles is. Often the word is just ‘he’ or sometimes ‘she.’ It means thinks, sees, considers. Page of Pentacles is one of the ‘good guy’ cards, today contrasted with Five of Swords, the bad guy.
Three of Wands Income. The future. Is coming. Waiting. The illustration in Rider Waite Tarot is a merchant eyeballing ships coming into harbor: They carry his profit and maybe some merchandise too.

Temperance Deal, dealing with. An intimate relationship with an equal. A close associate or friend as well as ‘intimate partner.’ Next to the merchant whose ships are coming in, Temperance is the business deal. The illustration of this card just shows one hand pouring into the other hand’s cup. Not as much link to its picture as we usually have. This is one of those Middle Ages cards that was meant to deflect the wrath of the Church, a fatal thing back then.
Five of Swords Story to this illustration is: The fellow challenged his friends to a play sword-fight, then, when he won, declared it was a real sword-fight. That means he owns their estates and they are ruined. So he is a bastard who ripped his friends off. That is why Five of Swords in Rider Waite is such a not-so-good card to see in your layout.

  1. … and I finally got the Three of Wands to align with the other cards. That is the best that can be done for now.

Oh Emily…. You are amaZing.!!! How this hits home in so many ways, dont know where to begin. I will say very accuarate I feel corced to continue to deal with them. Coulnt have said it better myself. WOW

    • I figured, with all the dastardly coincidences that led to the spread not being weeded out of most of those negative sentences, that they were intended for someone.
Glad you raised your hand. It soothes my curiosity.

      • Oh. If you dip your toe in the turgid swamp of their lives, you will be smeared with their gangrene … so don’t.

        • Candy

Ok. I figured as much.. wasnt staying away but learned that leson the hard way.. Thank you (o:

Emily, my guy friend I have been helping him, sending his invoices off to companies once a week, he started giving me $40 I didnt ask. So today when I asked him about picking up my check; after he mentioned paying me yesteday and that he needed to pay me for last week and this week, he said what do I think is fair, I said $60, he said $60, I said well you had been giving me $40 so u set the standard. I think he got irritated with me, he said it’s only like 15 minutes worth of work. I let him know that there was no official agreement but that for every 3 he could pay me $40, he is also a type A and I am the type that is like whatever if it’s broke just fix it or buy a new one….interesting

    • When a bull owns a cow, he owns everything it owns, and most bulls hate to pay their cows. (Never lend a dude a boom box you don’t want to throw away, for example.)
What I would do, and I am a agate-headed Swede, is not do it and forget to tell him, saying I did not think it was important, since ‘you didn’t seem to think it was worth that much.’ Act very innocent.
Could tell you an illustrative saga about what I did when my first (gay or bi-) husband would not quit throwing his whitey-tighties all over the floors of the house that was so important it be immaculate.
Sometimes I am just not so nice, and I always act the most sweet when I am being the most devious.

Thanks for the tips, Emily. Yes, does come off a little negative without your extra comments.

    • I did not post this one on Facebook, and put very little of it on Twitter. I presented the free e-Report there today. (I am a Social Media whore these days!)

  5. As you can see, things went sideways re posting this one! Was your evening as disorganized as ours yesterday? Not to worry. BUT

keep this in mind: Today’s would have been less about the dude with a ‘tude had I had more time to create it. I concentrated on the Bad Guy card first, and then had to put it up in a hurry without doing the others and then culling them.

    Happy Saturday All!

    • oh Cuss Word. It was Saturday when I wrote that ohhhhKAY? Am writing the next blog right now. My brain is out there somewhere and won’t come back ’til it’s ready.
