Guidance We devote our energies today to a study of a certain type of man, the manipulative charmer who manages to have some kind of clout and influence over others. Some detail appears about people’s dealings with him, and his with them – his machinations.

Brief Instructions for Your First Time:

Are YOU here for the first time? Come in! People love this place! The full INSTRUCTIONS to this site are at the bottom. “Guidance” is the summary, followed by your word for wordTarot Readings from the four Rider Waite Tarot cards you see here. Just pick the sentences that you feel apply, and decide whether to encourage them or reject them. WHY THE SENTENCES CONTRADICT ONE ANOTHER? – because the negative cards, in this type of spread, and with no question, can attach to any of the other three cards. It’s a group reading, so you choose which is yours.

Part One is Guidance and the Tarot Readings. If you just want your daily look ahead, Part One is all you need. Want more? – keep going. Part Two is Learn Tarot by Observation, and Learn Tarot by Pictures. Want even more? – call Emily at 800 993-6912 to get yourself a detailed memorable Tarot Reading, no information from you, or choose an email reading. Magician – King of Pentacles – Seven of Wands

Tell the visitors here something useful and meaningful to them.

Tarot Readings: Manipulative Pushy Guy (King of Pentacles + Seven of Wands)

He does whatever makes him feel powerful – like get in the way of your vacation.

When he has to deal with the consequences of having a little fun, he does it by using his influence.

When he does what he as a guy elects to do, the consequences of a fling are his to face.

He is so charming, he gets you to do things you are against.

When he forces himself to be charming, he can pull off anything, get anything done.

He has finagled this, and now he has to defend himself that it was just an impulsive act.

I’m the man who can do it, and I’ll be happy to when you get out of my way, fella.

On this one, the boss has to defend his reckless actions against heavy opposition.

You can’t ‘do’ that manipulative funloving bastard or cad!

He defends himself as only a charming manipulator can.

He controls the kids by getting between them and what they are doing.

He has unbridled control to barrel through despite any opposition.

He is the one who did what caused the very thing he is raising hell about like some child.

A flamboyant guy who is not bound by the rules? – you stop him with magic.

Only when his act causes something that is his problem does he quit manipulating.

The polished guy with expertise is not one to play by the rules; he gets in your way.

Whee! He is on top of the world, is Lord and Master, and he is going to ‘show us.’

With his charming personality and his clout, come hell or high water, it will be done.

Tarot Readings: Not Let Himself Be the Brat (Seven of Wands + Sun)

He resists his impulse to act the playboy.

It’s a struggle to be free and make (his) own moves.

No way to be a brat here; being a masterful man gets it done.

Tarot Readings: Pushes Himself to Be the Studly Dude (King of Pentacles + Seven of Wands)

He will do anything, face anything, to be the sexy guy who makes her happy.

His challenge: what moves to do to make you so happy you’re uninhibited.

Forces himself to act like a funloving sexy guy.

Tarot Readings: Free of Men with Big Egos (King of Pentacles + Sun)

Acted on impulse when you had enough of Studmuffin’s self-important ways.

Come hell or high water, I make myself free of men with big egos.

Miscellaneous Tarot Readings

Standing in the politicians’ way – he does this protest for fun.

Has to defend himself from his own impulsive act.

Challenge is to master the art of doing it and getting away with it.

Magician – King of Pentacles – Seven of Wands

We feature one card today, King of Pentacles, the dapper don type. As a verb, he is ‘manipulate.’ He is the sexy studly dude, a/k/a Studmuffin, too. Often the money man – banker, stockbroker, etc. He is a politician too. Is influential, has clout, is pushy too – the flamboyant type. I guess you have figured out by now, the mob chieftain as well; or the sneaky prosecutor.

This whole reading is about the doings of this type of man or person, and a little about the reactions people have to him.

To his left, Magician is ‘to act’ or ‘the act,’ meaning the way the man is acting to get people to do what he intends.

To his right is the pushy defensive person, which refers to King of Pentacles’ ways. It also gets around to meaning the resistance King of Pentacles’ actions and attitudes inspire.

Above all is Sun. Sun is the callous playboy, is ‘just having fun,’ is avoiding and escaping, and also speaks of impulsive, childish acts or aspects. Sun is charm too. The most successful gangsters and politicians often are charming.

Magician takes action. This Rider Waite Tarot card in the Tarot Verbatim ™ system means ‘he’ and ‘male.’ It means all forms of the verbs ‘do’ and ‘make,’ as well as synonyms such as ‘bring about ‘ and ’cause.’ Illustration is a male magician in the act of bringing out what he desires with the tools of his trade, pictured as the suits of Tarot.
King of Pentacles The mover and shaker (even at the dive bar), who is on the flamboyant manipulative side is a King of Pentacles. Most any politician or captain of industry or banker qualifies for King of Pentacles’ standing as well. (Few women need apply.) Illustrated very Italianesque here in Rider Waite, Pamela Coleman Smith has given him that very satisfied-with-myself look on his face.
Seven of Wands People are getting between him and what he wants; he is mad as hell and won’t take it anymore. He is also in ‘Gimme those car keys’ mode. This is about being put under pressure, or putting people under pressure. There the fellow is whose neighbors are encroaching upon his land, defending it. He is expected to win against the odds.
Sun Several aspects to this freewheeling Rider Waite Tarot card in the Tarot Verbatim ™ system. Happiness. Vacation, escape, being free of. The brat. Reckless behavior. Callous attitude. These meanings are drawn together by the illustration of a young kid who escapes from the house rules to recklessly play naked on a mean pony. Yes, he is having fun.

I N S T R U C T I O N S & Explanations

Did you come here just for your predictions? – If so, you are done when you finish reading the sentences of Group Analytical Tarot Cards Reading.

Each and every one of those sentences is a reading from the four cards pictured next to them. The readings are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it.  They are a demonstration that Tarot, all by itself, no psychic ability used, communicates to you.

Horoscopes are group readings too.

Astrology has to be based on someone else’s birth data, though, so it does not solidly apply to you just because of where the sun was when you were born. (Astrologers know this.) Tarot is perfectly capable of addressing any group flexibly, as it does here of ‘all the visitors.’

We wonder whether these sentences are more accurate for regular visitors than for people who have come only a few times. Would you help us with a comment, if that is who you are?

Without a question to focus the answer,  four cards can mean contradictory things,  especially when the Spread has a card that negates other cards (that says ‘no, never or not’). That negative modifier can attach itself, in this type of spread, to any of the other three cards.

Without a question also the pronouns in a group reading are more flexible,  especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads.  When a pronoun is in parentheses,  feel very free to substitute.  Notice how, as much as possible, we drop pronouns, which makes for a little awkward phrasing.

The question in a  ‘real’  individual reading supplies at least half the information! In a ‘real’ reading, the parties are identified, and so is the time frame if there is one.

Now, about Part Two, where you see how it’s done and even learn it.

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim ™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing. This tells about the combined four pictures in the Daily Spread –  the pictures above here.  It explains how these four cards get together in your mind to make the message.

*Go to Learn Tarot by the Pictures.  It is what each of the four cards,  by itself,  has to say.  It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in this Spread.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim ™ works. Regular visitors can actually learn to read Tarot verbatim.

By the way… yesterdays reading was inspiring, thanks.
Then today’s seems very practical and specific (as you say).
Interesting, and I feel like both are directed my way.
Ideas that direct manifestation. And then (argh) dealing with actual humans.

    • Oh yeah. Theory is always more fun than practice.
To me it is interesting how we have the success-and-happiness spreads, and then the what-we-overcome spreads.

yes, I’m wondering (a little) how it will go when he decides to grace me with his presence.

    • Fool
Justice – Seven of Pentacles – Seven of Cups

Lay down the law, be straight with him (Justice)

That is VERY much up in the air (7 pentacles, 7 cups Fool): He will not be sure he has to do you right, that ‘maybe he can just leave his options open and who knows what can happen?’

  5. Jaclyn

Yuh, so why do I keep paying this guys bills? Fake husband is so astonishingly good looking . . . “hes sexy and he knows it . .”

    • Would a cuter one be worth more money? Could you sublet him? Are you sure you know this is YOUR money? Hmmm, are you paying him to be cute? Would he be cute with less or no pay? Hmmm…

  6. Anna

This is my friend’s flamboyant gay roommate who we went out with this weekend.
