Guidance      Take a long hard look at clashes, animosity and combativeness among and between your fellow humans … a long hard look as a bystander. Study malice and edginess, watch the fireworks of the politics of entitlement from a safe distance. Today we are all about being the observer, not the participant; we suggest you give nastiness among your fellow men a long hard study in order to remain a bystander in it.

Are YOU here for the first time? Come in! People love this place! Full instructions are at the bottom.

Part One is Guidance and the Tarot Readings. If you just want your daily look ahead, Part One is all you need. “Guidance” is the summary, followed by your word for word Tarot Readings from the four Rider Waite Tarot cards you see here. Pick the sentences that you feel are yours and decide whether to encourage or reject them. Sentences contradict one another because negative cards, in this group reading with no question, can attach to any of the other three cards.

Family makes trouble for me, and I ‘let them have it.’

Tarot Readings: Destruction of Building (Ten of Pentacles + Devil = Tower)

Demolition of a sick building is under consideration.

I see lowlifes destroy the place they live in.

When you see sparks (short circuit?), you figure there’s something wrong with the house.

I was there when the building was destroyed by an explosion.

I can see that’s broken, and it is a big problem for the people who live there.

I am thinking about destroying the sick part of the house.

Miscellaneous Tarot Readings

Those people are ugly, and that is not who I am.

I refuse to believe in horrible complications.

All these bad people confined in here, thinking about breaking out.

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

Few people would publish a reading with Devil, Ten of Pentacles and Tower. Trouble, all three.

Devil is ‘the problem,’ and attachment of any kind (even a paper clip!), so it’s addiction and lust and codependency, and being the bad guy … just about anything bad.

Ten of Pentacles is people who are a problem or are trouble; people have a problem or have troubles. It’s about any group of people and is usually on the ‘malefic’ side – the dysfunctional family, work place, the evil organization or politicians, or the mob, etc.

Tower is a divorce card. It means confrontation, destruction, blow up (in either sense), overthrow, outburst of temper, being hit (by anything, even a thought).

And our remaining Rider Waite Tarot citizen here simply observes, is a good (young) person, refers to first- and second- person pronouns (I, he. she, it.) It means thinking of, to contemplate or consider, and identity.

But all together, these four have a very powerful and interesting message. They put forth the idea of being the observer, not the participant, in human animosity and combativeness. They strongly suggest you give nastiness among your fellow men a long hard study in order to remain the bystander.

LEARN TAROT BY PICTURES

Page of Pentacles Young, earnest, self-conscious, starting out in life modeling himself after the people whose approval and acceptance he seeks to be successful. So he is watching those people closely as something of a bystander. He is being a student, student of life. He earnestly studies that pentacle, concentrates on it.
Devil Your downside ties you down. Vices are attachments you tolerate because there’s some reward. Low consciousness is a liability, though: A little bit of rudeness is all it takes to take the edge off that glowing recommendation. Being a difficult person makes your life difficult. The loose chains of the people tied to the traditional beastly devil express that voluntary servitude.
Ten of Pentacles It’s always something when you get a bunch of humans together. Somebody is entitled to somebody’s else’s something. Some cranky wannabe plays boss. We quarrel and are drawn into the schisms and rivalries by our very membership in the human family and its gazillions of subgroups. Pictured here is that kind of family quarrel.
Tower Destruction, rejection, tantrum, explosion, short circuits and crashes. The Tower of Babel story. Tower is at its best when its purest meaning, destruction of evil, is being expressed: When it is the downside and the vice we are rejecting. Today it has plenty of chance to exercise that side of its personality.

I N S T R U C T I O N S & Explanations

Did you come here just for your predictions? – If so, you are done when you finish reading the sentences of Group Analytical Tarot Cards Reading.

Each and every one of those sentences is a literal-interpretation reading of the four cards pictured next to them. Only what each of the cards says, phrase by phrase – no fillers. The readings are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it.  They are a demonstration that Tarot, all by itself, no psychic ability used, communicates to you.

Horoscopes are group readings too.

Astrology has to be based on someone else’s birth data, though, so it does not solidly apply to you just because of where the sun was when you were born. (Astrologers know this.)

Tarot is perfectly capable of addressing any group flexibly, as it does here of ‘all the visitors.’ It can address ‘all the people at work who have a say in my raise,’ for instance, without you knowing who or where those people are.

We wonder whether these sentences are more accurate for regular visitors than for people who have come only a few times. Would you help us with a comment, if that is who you are?

Without a question to focus the answer,  four cards can mean contradictory things,  especially when the Spread has a card that means ‘no, never or not.’ That negative modifier can apply to any one of the cards.

Without a question also the pronouns (you, him, her, me us, them, they, etc.) in a group reading are more flexible,  especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads.  When a pronoun is in parentheses,  feel very free to substitute.  Notice how, as much as possible, we drop pronouns, which makes for a little awkward phrasing.

The question in a  ‘real’  individual reading supplies at least half the information! In a ‘real’ reading, the parties are identified (including the gender of the questioner!), and so is the time frame if there is one. Here, we cannot do that, so we have variety.

Now, about Part Two, where you see how it’s done and even learn it.

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim ™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing. This tells about the combined four pictures in the Daily Spread –  the pictures above here.  It explains how these four cards get together in your mind to make the message.

*Go to Learn Tarot by the Pictures.  It is what each of the four cards,  by itself,  has to say.  It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in this Spread.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim ™ works. Regular visitors actually learn to read Tarot verbatim without trying.

Do you ever see a good side to the 10 of pentacles? I mean, visually, it looks rich, and when I get it, I am generally hanging out by the pool in a gated community, definitely not the ghetto, more Stepford. I know you’re multi-faceted, so is there something positive to be inferred? Because, even if the Master is not listening, hell, thank God he is paying the bills and providing me a vineyard to drown whatever sorrows I may have, no? And, yes, we will relish whatever Grandpa leaves us in the will when his time comes… Sure grateful he got to spend time with the family before he left us… a ton of money…

    • Ten of Pentacles is one of three family cards, and they generally refer to organizations and buildings as well. Ten of Cups and Four of Wands are the more positive ones of this theme group.
Ten of Pentacles is also associated with wealthy powerful families or organizations. It can be the scions of the town, mob, gang, political parties, coworkers, and so on.
The scenario you describe, of the wealthy member of a clan dominating the family, is exactly what is pictured in the scene. Most of the people in dysfunctional groups are members for what is rewarding to them or what benefits them.
Four of Wands and Ten of Cups are about cooperation, celebration of marriage, unity in a voluntary way. The difference that makes Ten of Pentacles ‘dysfunctional’ is the dictator, the controlling member. It is a difference of emphasis. If the Ten of Pentacles comes up, there is usually a problem, whereas with the others (unless there are other cards talking) a problem is not the subject. Remember, Ten of Pentacles is often the problem these people have, rather than the problem they are.
As always, the individual meaning of a card is expressed as part of a sentence with other cards. In good company, for instance, Ten of Pentacles could be about a cottage the extended family gathers in for holiday.
Speaking of that, Ten of Cups is a couple (with children, often); Four of Wands is being married and therefore part of a clan; Ten of Pentacles is the extended family, the clan.
Maybe more than you wanted to know?
