Guidance   Agreements that we get out of or live up to in love and in business is today’s stories. Love relationships – fun ones, love at first sight, true love ones. Babies and children, even. The tough guy and his young son. “Never so much fun to be a guy as when both of you are totally in love.” Today we stay at the happy end of the waterfront.

Are YOU here for the first time?Come in! People love this place! Full instructions are at the bottom.

Guidance and the Tarot Readings are for you if you just want your daily look ahead. “Guidance” is the summary, followed by your word for word Tarot Readings from the four Rider Waite Tarot cards you see pictured here. Pick the sentences that you feel are yours and decide whether to encourage or reject them. Sentences contradict one another because negative cards – in this group reading with no question – can attach to any of the other three.

Ace of Cups

Three of Pentacles – Sun – Knight of Pentacles

Tell the visitors here something useful and meaningful to them.

Tarot Readings: Totally in Love (Three of Pentacles + Ace of Cups)

Never so much fun to be a guy as when both of you are totally in love.

This is what a real love relationship is: The only thing that gets his attention is love-love-love.

He is so male, so fun, and he is doing his part like he is in love.

For a guy who is so focused on his freedom to be so totally in love … that’s what I call a relationship.

He is convinced fun is all he wants, but here he is in love and holding up his end of the bargain.

He sees to it there are no restrictions on this love relationship.

A tough guy goes for relationships with young naive females.

If she has a love relationship, it has to be a young guy with muscles.

He is going to do this relationship so she is happy.

You make loving fun for him in this relationship.

He aims to be free of all love relationships.

By happy chance, I met the kind of tough guy I really like.

Spontaneity in a relationship means one thing: love.

Love at first sight in a surprise meeting.

Tarot Readings: Doing Business (Three of Pentacles + Knight of Pentacles)

It’s easy doing business with him, he aims to make us happy in the deal.

He aims to get his in this deal, and then is thrilled to go along with the rest.

He knows they let him out of the deal Scott free.

Let’s each focus on doing our own part and let the rest take care of itself.

He is new to the business, so he will be happy to go along with anything.

Leaves the business because health is the important

Tarot Readings: Happy Fun (Sun)

He aims to have the life of a kid but fit in with what is expected of him too.

He is easy to get along with, all you have to do is make it all about fun.

We all agree to keep this on a warm-fuzzy fun level, and that’s it.

His purpose is to have you leave this meeting happy so you will go along with what he has in mind.

Tarot Readings: Dealing with People (Three of Pentacles)

He knows one thing: how easy it is to get out of doing what he agreed to do.

Is open with people he deals with because their easy cooperation is important to to him.

He impulsively agrees to do this with you because it’s important to you.

Tarot Readings: About the Kid, Child or Children (Sun)

He is so riveted on the birth of his kid that he intends to be there.

Three people meet together in God’s name about one thing: the child.

To him, this relationship is just about the child he loves.

The child’s healing is his business, and he is very focused on that.

He makes sure the kid accepts doing his part.

This healthy son is his main accomplishment in this relationship.

He was the apple of daddy’s eye, the favorite child of them all.

Mr. Macho Man gave one thing in this relationship, the kid she loves.

Youngster is strong of body and in good spirits, playing and having fun with peers.

Tarot Readings: Dominant Fellow’s Dealings

This guy is so intense about things that people he deals with are happy to just go along with whatever he wants.

He dominates the people he deals with even when he is having fun and being receptive.

We had a meeting with a thug, and we charmed him with our tact.

Let’s just go along with what this pig-headed person has in mind, and get out of here.

Tarot Readings: Legal Settlement, Agreements (Three of Pentacles)

You get the stubborn guy to agree to a settlement you are delighted with.

In juvenile court, he is cutting a deal for himself, is cooperating.

He puts himself doing his fair share in child support as first priority; that’s the easy part.

There’s only one way for him to bargain for his freedom, and that is to cooperate.

Ace of Cups

Three of Pentacles – Sun – Knight of Pentacles

Three of Pentacles and Ace of Cups are about agreement. Ace of Cups is being agreeable, cooperation, being open to, going along with. Three of Pentacles is coming to agreement, doing one’s part in the agreement, and getting together on something.

Knight of Pentacles is the most important (anything). The most important point or issue, what is most important to (whoever or whatever). It is focus and ambition. It is the guy with muscle, the tough guy.

Sun is funloving, getting out of things, being irrepressible and irresponsible, being a kid or having a kid.

At a glance you see ‘getting out of an agreement’ in Three of Pentacles + Sun. You see the man’s child (Sun + Knight of Pentacles). You see the health of a child (Sun + Ace of Cups). You see ‘for the sake of health’ in Knight of Pentacles + Ace of Cups.

This is a stories spread. It is a guy day, too.

Three of Pentacles People get together and work things out, agree on things, make contracts, have a relationship, do business, have a meeting of the minds on whatever their joint endeavor is. Legal proceedings and settlements are also the province of Three of Pentacles, which shows an architect demonstrating, with blueprint, that he did his work as agreed so he can get his largest final payment.
Sun Sometimes we duck out. We break the house rules. We are on vacation. We are reckless and feckless. Like a kid. Sometimes we are a kid. Fun, uninhibited spontaneous kicking up of heels is what this card in Tarot Verbatim™ is all about … as well as irresponsibility.
Knight of Pentacles rides a Harley sometimes, always has one thing on his mind, is focused and ambitious. He has muscles, in Tarot Verbatim™. Today he is in love and his son/child is important to him. Today he is focused on relationship. Today he is in love.
Ace of Cups The easygoing concepts of love, cooperation, agreement and agreeable, wholesome and harmless, goodness of any sort. The presence of God and channeling Holy Spirit also, since this card seems to be based on Ste. Teresa d’Avila’s story of the fountain, which is established literarily in Western culture.

I N S T R U C T I O N S & Explanations

Comments are below this.

Did you come here just for your predictions? – If so, you are done when you finish reading the sentences of Group Analytical Tarot Cards Reading.

Each Tarot sentence is a literal-interpretation reading of the scenes pictured on the four cards you see. Only what each of the cards says – phrase by phrase – no fillers – no psychic ability used. The readings are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it. Tarot, all by itself, talks to you. This is a demonstration of that .

Tarot will address any group flexibly, as it does here of ‘all the visitors.’ (It can address ‘all the people at work who have a say in my raise,’ for instance, without you knowing who or where those people are.)

Horoscopes are group readings too.

Astrology has to be based on someone else’s birth data, though, so it does not solidly apply to you just because of where the sun was when you were born. (Astrologers know this.)

Emily wants to know whether these sentences are more accurate for regular visitors than for people who have come only a few times. Would you help with a comment, if that is who you are? Please?

Without a question to focus the answer,  four cards can mean contradictory things,  especially when the Spread has a card that means ‘no, never or not.’ That negative modifier can apply to any one of the cards.

Without a question also the pronouns (you, him, her, me, us, them, they, etc.) in a group reading are more flexible,  especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads.  When a pronoun is in parentheses,  feel very free to substitute.  Notice how, as much as possible, we drop pronouns, which makes for some awkward phrasing.

The question in a  ‘real’  individual reading supplies at least half the information! In a ‘real’ reading, the parties are identified (including the gender of the questioner!), and so is the time frame if there is one. In this group reading, we cannot do that, so we have variety.

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim ™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing. This tells the thinking regarding the combined four pictures in the Daily Spread –  the pictures above here.  It explains how these four cards get together in your mind to make the message.

*Go to Learn Tarot by the Pictures.  This is the meaning of each separate card.  This is how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in this Spread.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim ™ works. Regular visitors actually learn to read Tarot without trying. The Tarot Talks tab has some examples for students.

Off topic, but do you get your diverse descriptions from different illustrations on various decks? I know that Rider-Waite is what you post, so I was wonderin’… What are some of your favorite decks, visually and intuitively?

    • My introduction to Tarot was lectures on consistent violators of the Laws of Random Distribution, of which Tarot was one (of five then known). If you look at the Learn Tarot by Pictures, you will see Rider Waite is the only one used.

The Oracle Dessuart is very good. Many decks are stolen here that I don’t remember very well. There was a rare (Can’t find it anywhere) American Indian deck that was just outline illustrations. Gypsy Witch is useful for mundane questions, and has a built-in system for the cards’ influence on one another. Mother Peace, the round deck, I didn’t get to use, and it’s beautiful.

Since I got the meanings by asking Rider Waite questions I knew the answers to for more than ten years, Rider Waite is very much the focus.

I have also made decks to analyze how card divination works. I have one of them left. I posted two articles on the blog about that, but some material has disappeared. If they are gone, I will have Billijo restore them.

      • Aquillah

I checked those decks out–gorgeous illustrations, but very different. One thing I noticed is that the Mother Peace deck switches Strength, normally VIII and Justice, normally XI–does that change your interpretations at all?

        • That’s a longstanding argument that occultists have. I ignore numbers because I’m a language person instead – so, no it doesn’t matter to me.

I did not get to use mother peace. I had both sizes, and both were stolen. (Employees who can’t read stole books around here.) I did use and enjoy the Oracle Dessuart, and all six of them were stolen. Been promising myself to buy it.
A client bought me another Gypsy Witch. It has meanings printed on it. I knew a psychic who used only it.
The Indian deck, I never saw again. It must have been a private printing. It was good for personal problems subjects, on a daily-life level.

Emily, that email you sent about the elephants just brought tears to my eyes! How amazing/wonderful/touching!!!!

  3. Just a woman

I just starting chatting via Skype with a guy I met recently, unintentionally. He is German, I am on the West Coast in the U.S. I guess I am concerned about whether I should even continue conversations with him. Based on past experiences, I am afraid he is just interested in being anonymous and having fun. Why waste my time?

    • Fool
Three of Wands – Five of Cups – Justice

He will be disappointing (Five of Cups) as far as a steady future goes (Three of Wands) of commitment or what is right for you (Justice) because, yes, he is a lightweight, he’s material for frolic (Fool).

      • Just a woman

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the reading!!!

        • You’re welcome. These are fun for me, like puzzles. I want to get into doing email readings at $18.75 for a single question (which is five minutes phone time). There is a tab above here that says ’email readings’ if you prefer them.

My ex husband just unfriended me on FB because his new girlfriend couldn’t understand how we could still be friends, even on fb. I hardly see him or talk to him so I don’t understand why this is so upsetting to me. I also haven’t heard from my vacation guy for a while, I have a feeling I will, just not sure when. SO I guess my question in all this is “will one of them return to my life soon?”

    • Facebook attracts the kind of ninny that reacts that way. “Losing face” seems to be a concern there to a lot of cranial lightweights. The issue could be unrelated to you. Petty people tend to be power mad in petty ways. So if she is out to control him, she may have chosen this ground rather than a real one where she could lose. Sounds like your ex is in for a tense home life with that sort of person. Maybe she is doing to him what he did to you.

I have to laugh: Drawing just one card, Three of Wands. That is the fellow waiting for his ship to come, and he is eyeballing the ship. So it sounds like you are a flower that will attract a bee. If you want to know specifically what each potential bee is up to regarding you, that’s more suited to a telephone chat.

      • Lori

Thank you Emily! and I agree the email about the Elephants really touched me too.

    All Living Things Need Attention.
    by Cherokee Billie

Plants grow best when we pay attention to them. That means watering, touching them, putting them in places where they will receive good light. They need people around them to notice if they are drooping at the edges or looking particularly happy in the sunlight. The more attention a plant receives, the better it will grow.

We need to be noticed in the same way. If we notice a family member or friend is drooping, perhaps we can pay some special attention to him or her. All of us need someone to care about how we are and to truly listen to us. We can share and double someone’s happiness by noticing and talking about it also. We help the people around us to grow by listening to their droopy edges as well as their bright days. People need this as much as plants need light and water.

Nurture one another. There’s no greater gift you can give to someone then your time and caring. The best cure for depression is to uplift someone else. You will be amazed at how good you feel when you give time and attention to somebody who needs a little love.
