Our Daily Spread August 5, 2012 Sunday©

Guidance We have achieved a win-win lifestyle today and are describing it. We are motivated to treat him fairly because he is treating us fairly. We are feeling warm and fuzzy about this, and are used to our cozy situation. Steady customers are like steady lovers: It’s a quiet and entrenched love fest.

Is this the first time you come here? Well … what to do:

*Go to Guidance (above ) which is a summary of the Messages. (Guidance is everyone’s favorite part.)

*Go to Group Analytical Tarot Cards Reading below.  One or more of those sentences has something to say to you.  Intuitively pick those out and decide whether to encourage or suppress them They are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it.  (It is a group message like a horoscope,  except Tarot isn’t based on someone else’s birth data,  so it can be specific,  accurate,  detailed and direct.  Our experiment here is  “How much more accurate is it?”)

Did you come here for your predictions? –  You are done now –  See you tomorrow.

Without a question to focus the answer,  four cards can mean contradictory things,  especially when the Spread has a card that negates other cards.  Without a question also the pronouns in a group reading are more flexible,  especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads.  When a pronoun is in parentheses,  feel very free to substitute.  The question in a  ‘real’  individual reading supplies at least half the information!

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

Right off the bat, you can tell we have a theme today of giving and of getting what is deserved, of being rewarded for what one has done, and of giving and getting romantic attention. As a matter of fact, what leaps out at you, looking at these four Rider Waite Tarot citizens, is: Perfect (Ace of Pentacles) love (Six of Cups); He (Magician) treats her right (Six of Pentacles).

Six of Pentacles is giving or getting what one deserves, usually referring to attention or money.

Magician is him doing it.

Ace of Pentacles is doing right, the reward that is being given or received, and ‘perfect.’ Oh, success too. Don’t forget success!

Six of Cups is being in a very sweet romantic loving relationship, having a cozy loving home life, and – once again – giving and receiving a gift.

Three out of four cards are giving-receiving. All the cards are very ‘good’ ones: No party-pooper here. So that is our theme, lucky us.

Six of Pentacles Giving or getting what one deserves, usually referring to attention or money. This is a justice card, so it can refer to courts and police and such – but not today, not here. Today, we are rewarding and being rewarded, which is the more frequent application of the Rider Waite Six of Pentacles Tarot card, which shows an employer carefully weighing coins to pay the help – being very fair.
Magician represents the male, active, principle as the second card in Rider Waite Tarot decks. (Fool is the blank or incipient state; High Priestess is the female receptive principle, and Emperor is the finished product.) Its meanings are male, action, will and willpower, any form of the verbs: do, make, initiate, bring about, create. He is shown here with his wand in the process … of course … of bringing about some intention he wills.
Ace of Pentacles We’ve got it made. Whatever ‘it’ is. The hand in possession of the reward, represented as a gold coin, is suspended over the matching gold straight and narrow path. The path begins in the purity of white lilies and ends in the victory of the rose trellis. This Rider Waite Tarot card is about the reward of successfully being on your right path.
Six of Cups An exchange of established long-term quiet love. Romance and appreciation are being expressed with a gift the boy is giving to the girl. Nostalgia is reflected in the artwork in this Rider Waite Tarot card.

  1. The spread from a few days ago was very accuarate. Away from home at the moment but will be in touch..

    • May you (and all of us) have the days we are describing for this weekend.

Are you on a mobile device? One of us who is told me how my site looks on hers. In response to this information, I have moved most of the instructions to the very bottom. A piece appears just under advice, not indented. I put it in small print. Need to know, when it comes out, how it looks and whether something else should be changed.
