Guidance   A person who is competent in some skill, and who is also competent socially, is successful. That success will be rewarded sooner or later with security – both social and financial security. Goodwill toward others is a huge factor in one’s personal effectiveness and in one’s success in business and enterprise of any kind.

Are YOU here for the first time? Come in! People love this place! Full instructions are at the bottom.

Guidance and the Tarot Readings are for you if you just want your daily look ahead. “Guidance” is the summary, followed by your word for word Tarot Readings from the four Rider Waite Tarot cards you see pictured here. Pick the sentences that you feel are yours and decide whether to encourage or reject them. Sentences contradict one another because negative cards, in this group reading with no question, can attach to any of the other three cards.

Tarot Readings: Two Responsible People in Love (Ace of Cups + Nine of Pentacles & Chariot)

Two responsible people in love have a sound relationship.

He is in love, so he decides to live where she does.

Any woman he chooses to love will be able to take care of herself.

He aims to be in control of his own finances and have the woman he loves do the same with hers.

They each choose and plan to keep their love life private.

She is in love with success, so success is what she will always have.

She is minding her own business waiting for the love of a responsible man.

From a sound (and pure) motive, he chooses to love a woman very set in her ways.

A master of unconditional love will have a self-interested woman in his future.

She loves being in control and will love a man who is.

He decides on a future with the cool woman he loves.

She chooses to love him forever on purpose.

He has unconditional love for her as long as she can do fine without him.

He controls his car, she controls her house, and they control their love.

For a long time now, she has managed to have a good life all by herself.

Tarot Readings: Financial Business (Two of Wands)

An independent who has financial backing decides to cooperate.

Her prospects in business are excellent, success will come easily.

She has a good future because she deliberately gets with the program, cooperates.

Her responsibility is to run the place smoothly and secure its finances.

Her investments are in real estate because that is easy for a person to be in control of.

A single woman with her own money has a good financial future to fund her ambitions.

A man or a woman of goodwill is successful.

Being in control will be as easy for her as it is for him.

Success is certain; she has the money – no problem.

He will let her run her own business all to herself.

Nine of Pentacles

Nine of Pentacles

Nine of Pentacles, Two of Wands, Ace of Cups

We are still in our ‘control’ theme. Three of the four Rider-Waite Tarot cards in Tarot Verbatim (TM) have to do with that subject.

Nine of Pentacles is on home turf where she shines: She owns it, she is competent there, and does as she pleases. Two of Wands is having power, influence and money – owning the town, having an overview of the place and being secure – especially financially secure. Both of these cards in Tarot Verbatim (TM) are about owning real estate.

Chariot is the project manager, the strategist who uses all the factors in his environment to further his success. Chariot is also the achievement, the success, the mastery, as well as the man who pulls it off. When it stands for a person, that person is ‘most always a man.

Ace of Cups funnels all this mastery and success into love, unconditional love, good health, good (anything), cooperation, agreeing and allowing, ease and flow.

Nine of Pentacles

Nine of Pentacles is on home turf where she shines: She owns it, she is content with what she has, is competent there, and does as she pleases. This is the independent woman, possibly financially independent, who is associated with a place (home, business or other). She is both successful and leisurely.

Two of Wands Two of Wands has the world in his hands; has power, influence and money – owns the town, has an overview as he stands on the ramparts of his castle roof contemplating what he will do with his real estate empire below. These days he is the banker we love to hate. This is your pension. This is the solid citizen. This is global anything.

Ace of Cups Love, true love, unconditional love, no harm and all benefit, God, being godly, cooperating, good and goodness and wholesomeness, cooperation, agreeing and allowing, ease and flow. Blessings all around. The illustration is opaque to modern people: It’s the Holy Spirit infusing a person’s five senses or five ‘bodily humors’ (Middle Ages parlance) so the person channels the presence of God.

Chariot Chariot is the project manager, the strategist who uses all the factors in his environment to further his success. Chariot is also the achievement, the success, the mastery, as well as the man who pulls it off. When it stands for a person, that person is ‘most alwa

I N S T R U C T I O N S &  Explanations  (Comments are below this.)

Did you come here just for your predictions? – If so, you are done when you finish reading the sentences of Group Analytical Tarot Cards Reading.

Each Tarot sentence is a literal-interpretation reading of the scenes pictured on the four cards you see. Only what each of the cards says – phrase by phrase – no fillers – no psychic ability used. The readings are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it. Tarot, all by itself, talks to you. This is a demonstration of that .

Tarot will address any group flexibly, as it does here of ‘all the visitors.’ (It can address ‘all the people at work who have a say in my raise,’ for instance, without you knowing who or where those people are.)

Horoscopes are group readings too.

Astrology has to be based on someone else’s birth data, though, so it does not solidly apply to you just because of where the sun was when you were born. (Astrologers know this.)

Emily wants to know whether these sentences are more accurate for regular visitors than for people who have come only a few times. Would you help with a comment, if that is who you are? Please?

Without a question to focus the answer, four cards can mean contradictory things,  especially when the Spread has a card that means ‘no, never or not.’ That negative modifier can apply to any one of the cards.

Without a question also the pronouns (you, him, her, me, us, them, they, etc.) in a group reading are more flexible,  especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads.  When a pronoun is in parentheses, feel very free to substitute.  Notice how, as much as possible, we drop pronouns, which makes for some awkward phrasing.

The question in a ‘real’ individual reading supplies at least half the information! In a ‘real’ reading, the parties are identified (including the gender of the questioner!), and so is the time frame if there is one. In this group reading, we cannot do that, so we have variety.

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim ™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing. This tells the thinking regarding the combined four pictures in the Daily Spread –  the pictures above here.  It explains how these four cards get together in your mind to make the message.

*Go to Learn Tarot by the Pictures.  This is the meaning of each separate card.  This is how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in this Spread.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim ™ works. Regular visitors actually learn to read Tarot without trying. The Tarot Talks tab has some examples for students.

  1. Sue

I just talked to the friend of mine you did a reading for. A year ago you did a reading for my friend about a guy. He’d broken off contact. You said he’d come back to her later, but by then she wouldn’t want him. Today it came true, exactly as you said

    • ‘By the time he comes back you will have outgrown him’ happens more often than you would think. Thank you for telling me about this … and the ‘world’ about this.

Oh Emily, this is a great post. I’m back in the land of the living! Took the RPR two days ago. Preliminary results were that I failed the 2-Voice, passed the Jury charge, and a human has to look at the Lit because it’s right on the edge.

I was thinking of going out and looking for transcription clients between now and the next test, but I need to become competent socially. I have to learn that for the future, whether or not I pass, so… Thanks. This was just what I needed to hear.

    • That’s good for me to hear.
I think recorded tests are unfair. Court reporters report live, and, to me, there’s a world of difference.
I don’t remember whether you have to redo it section by section, or whether you have to pass all three at one sitting. I think I took it around 1970, when the live dictation was lifted from a very old practice phonograph record … which I had experienced as a test when I worked for the State Attorney’s Office. It rattled me. It started with a list of fruit (trees, I think) ‘oranges and peaches and cherries’ ….

      • meow

Oh Emily. The Lit was about how much animals bring to our lives, and how each one has its own personality. It talked about cats, dogs, horses, even snakes… : ) If ever there was a test for you, this one was it.

        • Wow. Wish I had been there. The California test, when I was in the biz, was the hardest one. People would go there and take it just to ‘show off.’

  3. Glitches
in posting this! It’s late. Oh, well, you got it.
