Tarot Readings for You for March 10, 2013 Sunday(c)

Guidance    Today’s a rarity.  It’s about the ability to think things into happening, to will an event.  Some people do this.  Some of those people have noticed it, and accept it, and believe they can, while others do backflips to deny such an irrational idea.   We also talk about things that cannot be prevented, and people who won’t admit they are actually setting their tormenters straight.  ‘I did not think up the solution, things just happen,’ we tell ourselves when we are scared to admit we squelched an opponent (because we are such a lady).

Instructions:

Are YOU here for the first time?  People love this place!

Here’s what’s going on. See the pictures?  Those are the four Rider Waite Tarot cards that make today’s messages (group messages) for you (and the people around you).

The site is divided into four sections.  The first is a summary, an overview.  That’s Guidance (above).

The second is the actual one-sentence group readings, Group Analytical Tarot Readings. If you have come just for your day’s trends, you can go now.  You pick out the ones you intuitively relate to, and decide whether to seek or avoid that.  People relate to these!  See their comments, at the very bottom.  We would *love* to hear from you.  Don’t be shy!

These answers don’t have a question (or a questioner) to frame them, so, yes, they can be contradictory – especially when one of the cards means ‘not’ or other negative word.  The negative can apply to any of the other cards. And many of the pronouns are flexible.  Feel free to substitute.

The third section, Learn Tarot by Observation, is  the reasoning that makes those four cards say the things you just read in the sentences.  It’s what an expert would be thinking.

The last section, Learn Tarot by Pictures, is the individual meanings of each card, based mostly on its picture, which you are  looking at.  Read this frequently, and you remember what some of the cards mean.

Headings [So you can choose which belongs to you]

Tarot Readings:  She Makes Things Happen, She Knows That (Queen of Cups + Strength)

Tarot Readings:  Doesn’t Admit She Can Do and Is Doing It (Strength + Two of Swords)

Tarot Readings:  The Obstacle to Controlling Your Situation (Strength + Two of Swords)

Tarot Readings:  She Makes Things Happen, She Knows That (Queen of Cups + Strength)

She knows how to take hold of a roadblock and make a breakthrough.

She isn’t going to let that happen; she knows how take control and halt it in its tracks.

I’m not taking any chances; I’m doing it myself.

Her mind isn’t on a man but on making her own fortune.

No, it’s not luck; it’s knowing to stay on top of things.

She isn’t that sweet little lady who understands; she will not let a ‘problem child’ prevail.

She’s got the opposition down; (they are) not going to win.

Tarot Readings:  Doesn’t Admit She Can Do and Is Doing It (Strength + Two of Swords)

She thinks it’s just luck, that she did not really fix that problem all by herself.

She’s no miracle-worker; she just knows who to put pressure on.

She knows how to make things happen but doesn’t feel like a miracle-worker.

She doesn’t even think about it, she just won’t let that happen.

She cannot believe she is the one who pulled this off.

Things I think about happen:  I have nothing to do with this.

She does not believe in her own ability to handle what is happening here.

Tarot Readings:  The Obstacle to Controlling Your Situation (Strength + Two of Swords)

She knows there’s no way to prevent it from happening.

You can’t stop it, but you know how to make it happen for the best.

Be thinking about the obstacle to you controlling what is going on.

Be aware of what stands between you and fulfilling your destiny.

She knows he isn’t overcoming the gambling.

Wheel of Fortune and Strength are interesting bedfellows.

Wheel of Fortune is a happening, a miracle, a windfall, luck, gambling, a breakthrough, the optimum result.  Wheel of Fortune is winning the lottery.

Strength is being on top of things, having things under control, overcoming, dominating, quashing opposition, applying a solution or a fix, being spiritually adept or mature, preventing harm, nipping interference in the bud, and controlling the situation diplomatically.

Strength and Wheel of Fortune together mean ‘making the miracle,’ or being the miracle-worker.  But they can also mean ‘prevent it from happening,’ since Strength is quashing something as well as handling something or being the solution to something.  (If you use the two of them that way, it makes Two of Swords add ‘can’t,’ so it reads ‘can’t prevent it from happening.  Those awkward constructs are rarely used in Tarot Verbatim(TM):  Your other configurations are much more likely to be the ‘real’ message.

Two of Swords – a roadblock, to stop, obstacle, can’t be done, ‘no,’ – complicates the story the first two are telling.  Two of Swords and Strength can say ‘can’t prevent it.’  This is a prime example of now cards that supply a negative word (no, never, not, can’t, won’t, etc.) complicate our group Tarot readings, since we don’t have a question that would supply a context or perspective.  Two of Swords and Wheel of Fortune mean ‘it can’t happen’ or ‘won’t let it happen.’

Queen of Cups is the woman who understands, thinks, is aware, knows … all of which often applies to her man, because she is the sweet kind loyal emotional fairly simple lady of yesteryear.  But in today’s company, she knows how to make things happen … but may not believe it.  Look for her to mean ‘She’s got it all figured out’ too.

Wheel of Fortune    is a happening, a miracle, a windfall, luck, gambling, coincidence, randomness, a breakthrough, the optimum result.  Wheel of Fortune is winning the lottery.  It’s really about how influences outside our physical realm create its events – how spiritual entities are involved in coincidence.  You see in the center the Name of God in Hebrew letters interspersed with an occult word  ‘rota’ with hands that look like the four points of a compass.  Outside of that wheel are all sorts of critters with wings, some with books.  Is this saying both divine and other spirits affect events?  – the divine in the center of the whieel, and the other guys on the outside?

Queen of Cups   is the woman who understands, thinks, is aware, knows … all of which often applies to her man, because she is the sweet kind loyal emotional fairly simple lady of yesteryear,   the naif (naïve). A blond woman dreamily regards some object d’art as her house floods, in the illustration.  But in today’s company, she knows how to make things happen … but may not believe it.  Look for her to mean ‘She’s got it all figured out’ too.

Strength     is being on top of things, having things under control, overcoming, dominating, quashing opposition, applying a solution or a fix, being spiritually adept or mature, preventing harm, nipping interference in the bud, and controlling the situation diplomatically.  In the illustration, a woman makes the monster who came to attack her purr, holding its mouth shut, because she has such presence, such strength of character.

Two of Swords – a roadblock, to stop, obstacle, can’t be done, ‘no.’  This is a simple card.  The helplessness is illustrated by a blindfolded female in nightdress, at night, seated on a stone bench with her back to water, two heavy swords held in her crossed arms so it looks difficult to put them down.  The crossed swords remind you an an ‘X,’ as in to X something out.

EXPLANATIONS: (Skip this and the gray tags to get to Comments.)

Each and every ‘Tarot Reading’ sentence you see is a literal interpretation of the four Rider Waite Tarot cards drawn and pictured for today. (The literal interpretation is from the illustration on each card.) These sentences are put together by only combining the phrases of what each cards says. In other words, there are NO “filler” phrases added just to make full sentences, and no psychic ability or spirit guide is ever involved.

Now in an ‘real’ individual reading, the questioner asks a specific question and thereby supplies at least half the information! In a personal reading, the parties are identified and sometimes a time frame is too.  Here, in a group reading we cannot do that and so we get a variety of sentences.

Horoscopes are group readings, too. Astrology is based on someone else’s birth data, though, so a ‘solar’ group horoscope never really solidly applies to you! (Astrologers want you to know this!)

Tarot, on the other hand, is perfectly capable of flexibly addressing any group, including all of the visitors that come to this site. It can also address people you might not even know personally, such as all the people at your job who have a say in whether or not you get a raise.

    Wow.
After yesterday’s “shades and varieties of feeling (and allowing oneself to be)
victimized”, which is how I took it, this is a great reading. Both have meant a lot to me in a very interior way.
    Thanks.

And also – today I was literally wondering if I caused a few rather significant changes in behavior in the “bully’s” nearby.
