Tarot Readings for You for March 27, 2013 Wednesday(c)

Mar 26, 2013 by

Guidance     I know I don’t have to react to other people’s ignorant ways or join in their orneriness, and here are my reminders, in detail, of that. Our subject is turning yourself off, not participating, in the rude and nasty situations. We cover the flip side too: Make it a point to be with, interact with, and have relationships with people who are good for you, whom you are comfortable with. Here are some pithy advices from today’s readings: ‘Being very sweet to nasty people is one way to avoid associating with them.’ ‘If your partner in a romance is nasty to you, you’re not in a relationship.’ ‘I don’t scare, I just treat people as if they were harmless kids.’

Instructions:

Are YOU here for the first time? People love this place!

Here’s what’s going on. See the pictures? Those are the four Rider Waite Tarot cards that make today’s messages (group messages) for you (and the people around you).

The site is divided into four sections. The first is a summary, an overview. That’s Guidance (above).

The second is the actual one-sentence group readings, Group Analytical Tarot Readings. If you have come just for your day’s trends, you can go now. You pick out the ones you intuitively relate to, and decide whether to seek or avoid that. People relate to these! See their comments, at the very bottom. We would *love* to hear from you. Don’t be shy!

These answers don’t have a question (or a questioner) to frame them, so, yes, they can be contradictory – especially when one of the cards means ‘not’ or other negative word. The negative can apply to any of the other cards. And many of the pronouns are flexible. Feel free to substitute.

The third section, Learn Tarot by Observation, is the reasoning that makes those four cards say the things you just read in the sentences. It’s what an expert would be thinking.

The last section, Learn Tarot by Pictures, is the individual meanings of each card, based mostly on its picture, which you are looking at. Read this frequently, and you remember what some of the cards mean.

Tarot Readings: Doing Business with Nice People; People Who Are Good for You (Three of Pentacles and Six of Cups)

Such a sweet time with these people that I am indifferent to my lower self.

Being with people who are good to one another gives my bad side a rest.

There isn’t any bad feeling here, just an exchange of affection for one another.

I associate with some scary people but they are not that way to me – they are good to me.

Such a sweet time with these people; they don’t have a mean bone in their body.

Convalescing from the bad experience, surrounded by supportive people in a cozy place.

Doing business with them because they are so nice I don’t have to be rude.

It would be wrong to not do my part in such beautiful relationship.

Tarot Readings: How to Deal with People (Three of Pentacles)

You can deal with it the nice way, the rude way, or not at all.

I don’t scare, I just treat people as if they were harmless kids./

So impaired (he) does not respond to our gestures of affection, but that’s the way we treat (him).

A big mistake to deal with (them) if you want to be (their) friend.

A friend will offer you a very bad deal: Don’t get involved.

Let the kids deal with their problems themselves, not you.

If you hate kids, just don’t be around them. Kids are a problem you can refrain from dealing with.

Naive people get on my last nerve, so I avoid their company.

Tarot Readings: Dealing with Nasty or Rude People (Three of Pentacles and Devil)

Give affection where it is due, and just don’t participate in the nastiness.

Being very sweet to nasty people is one way to avoid associating with them./

Don’t get close to people who have illegal dealings.

I am my rude self dealing with them, you just can’t be nice to them.

I associate with some scary people but they are not that way to me – they are good to me.

They leave me out of the exchange of bad feelings there as if I were a kid.

Romantic partner’s in a foul mood? – just don’t be in the same room.

Don’t react when you are doing business with someone who is mad, just be mellow and polite.

Give affection easily where it is due and don’t even acknowledge rudeness.

If your partner in a romance is nasty to you, you’re not in a relationship.

Tarot Readings: Being In Situations that Are Problems (Devil and Four of Swords)

He remains an addict since his friends are dealers.

Am in the same room with someone I don’t even know that I feel romantic and sexy about. (Feeling lust and love for someone you haven’t met yet?)

You, having a business deal with a buddy who cops an attitude and does not perform.

My sweetheart is back home and I am not there, so we meet for sex.

I feel so bad that the one I love is back home and I can’t be there for us to be together.

A group that keeps bad things from happening to children.

I am into giving to worthy causes, ones that keep suffering from happening.

Devil often makes interesting company, you know, just like in real life. Just watch, here.

Three of Pentacles and Six of Cups both occupy the relationship niche and the exchange niche. Three of Pentacles is any relationship, social or commercial. It usually brings up interesting parallels between the two whenever it appears. It refers to interactions, meetings, settling up. Six of Cups is a sweet relationship, close friendship or love (especially of long standing or long ago) and its exchange is more of a gift. It also harkens to home, as in ‘home sweet home.’

Right in the middle of these two getting along so well comes Devil, who is rudeness, nastiness – debility, sickness or impairment, including mental disturbances and addiction – mistakes, bad things, wrong things, problems and suffering. Bad feelings galore.

Four of Swords is the Tarot guy who reminds us that we don’t have to answer the phone or the door, that we don’t have to be part of what’s going on around us at all. We can just sleep through it. Don’t join in, don’t react to rudeness. He also means to stay or remain, to just be and let be. He is resting up, convalescing, taking time out or even retiring from something. He is on a vision quest in the Rider Waite illustration here.

Three of Pentacles is any relationship, social or commercial. It usually brings up interesting parallels between the two whenever it appears. It refers to interactions, meetings, settling up. It is about doing your part, fair and square, as agreed. The illustration shows a contractor or architect demonstrating, with the blueprint, to his clients, that he has completed his task per the agreement, and deserves to get paid now.

Devil There he is, the father of lies, the bat-winged horned and smarmy Christian Devil. This Tarot card means anything bad, wrong, sick, nasty, disabled or impaired or handicapped. Debility of anything, including situations and machines. Problems, mistakes, and just plain wrong. It is about mental illness, mentally disturbed (person or animal), about suffering of any kind, bad feelings of any kind. But it often simply means ‘attachment’ or ‘physical.’ It comes up as an attachment to documents.

Six of Cups The artwork is kitschy, nostalgic, romantic, along the same lines as the Knight of Cups’. Little Boy Gives Little Girl Flowers is about romance, love, trust, comfortable circumstances, sweet feelings, and any close relationship of long standing, or one from long ago. Six of Cups is about home, and being home-folks. And children, of course.

Four of Swords He is the Tarot guy who reminds us that we don’t have to answer the phone or the door, that we don’t have to be part of what’s going on around us at all. We can just sleep through it. Don’t join in, don’t react to rudeness. He also means to stay or remain, to just be and let be. He is resting up, convalescing, taking time out or even retiring from something. He is on a vision quest in the Rider Waite illustration here. It’s part of the knighthood ceremony – which tells you this card is of more recent origin than some others.

EXPLANATIONS: (Skip this and the gray tags to get to Comments.)

Each and every ‘Tarot Reading’ sentence you see is a literal interpretation of the four Rider Waite Tarot cards drawn and pictured for today. (The literal interpretation is from the illustration on each card.) These sentences are put together by only combining the phrases of what each cards says. In other words, there are NO “filler” phrases added just to make full sentences, and no psychic ability or spirit guide is ever involved.

Now in an ‘real’ individual reading, the questioner asks a specific question and thereby supplies at least half the information! In a personal reading, the parties are identified and sometimes a time frame is too. Here, in a group reading we cannot do that and so we get a variety of sentences.

Horoscopes are group readings, too. Astrology is based on someone else’s birth data, though, so a ‘solar’ group horoscope never really solidly applies to you! (Astrologers want you to know this!)

Tarot, on the other hand, is perfectly capable of flexibly addressing any group, including all of the visitors that come to this site. It can also address people you might not even know personally, such as all the people at your job who have a say in whether or not you get a raise.
