Tarot Readings for You for March 5, 2013 Tuesday(c)

Mar 4, 2013 by

Guidance    Family and kids is our subject.  We contrast goofy uninhibited family members with one who does ‘have his eye on the ball.’  A man stays married because of his child.  We go into various attitudes a man would have about marriage and children.  Then we talk about houses, the family home, even vacations.  It’s a family story day.

Instructions:

Are YOU here for the first time?  People love this place!

Here’s what’s going on. See the pictures?  Those are the four Rider Waite Tarot cards that make today’s messages (group messages) for you (and the people around you).

The site is divided into four sections.  The first is a summary, an overview.  That’s Guidance (above).

The second is the actual one-sentence group readings, Group Analytical Tarot Readings. If you have come just for your day’s trends, you can go now.  You pick out the ones you intuitively relate to, and decide whether to seek or avoid that.  People relate to these!  See their comments, at the very bottom.  We would *love* to hear from you.  Don’t be shy!

These answers don’t have a question (or a questioner) to frame them, so, yes, they can be contradictory – especially when one of the cards means ‘not’ or other negative word.  The negative can apply to any of the other cards. And many of the pronouns are flexible.  Feel free to substitute.

The third section, Learn Tarot by Observation, is  the reasoning that makes those four cards say the things you just read in the sentences.  It’s what an expert would be thinking.

The last section, Learn Tarot by Pictures, is the individual meanings of each card, based mostly on its picture, which you are  looking at.  Read this frequently, and you remember what some of the cards mean.

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

.

Sun is obviously a child, a kid, often a boy; Four of Wands is a home, house, or marriage.  Sun also means fun and leaving, so there is plenty of room for stories when these two Rider Waite Tarot cards get together in Tarot Verbatim(TM).

Knight of Pentacles is a guy, often a tough guy – the stereotype would be the shorter fella with muscles, like Don Johnson in Miami Vice, or even Danny DaVito.  This is the man with ‘one thing on his mind,’ the energetic manly or macho man who is focused, even obsessive, who is interested in the main thing, in his priority.

Two of Pentacles is continuing, a continuing process, something ‘we always do,’ and is lighthearted or even silly.  Both Two of Pentacles and Sun, therefore, are about a frolic.  Two of Pentacles is one of those cards that means ‘over and over,’ repetitive movement.  Its main meaning is about movements:  up and down, back and forth, on and on – expressed by a juggler who is dancing while he juggles.

Sun   The boy sneaks out of the house, and out from under its sensible rules, to play naked on a pony, bareback and handsfree.  Whee!  He is leaving all restrictions behind.  This Rider Waite Tarot card obviously means a child, a kid, often a boy;  reckless behavior, free of restrictions, fun, play, and leaving (especially leaving the house or home).  It also represents a playboy, a ‘charming baby boy’ fellow.

Four of Wands    A big wedding is what we are looking at here, the kind celebrities or leading families would celebrate.  So Four of Wands is marriage, family, home, established citizens, public affairs.  It is also organization, company, government agencies, the Establishment, the parental home, the neighborhood (usually meaning a good neighborhood).

EXPLANATIONS: (Skip these to go directly to Comments.)

Each and every ‘Tarot Reading’ sentence you see is a literal interpretation of the four Rider Waite Tarot cards drawn and pictured for today. (The literal interpretation is from the illustration on each card.) These sentences are put together by only combining the phrases of what each cards says. In other words, there are NO “filler” phrases added just to make full sentences, and no psychic ability or spirit guide is ever involved.

Now in an ‘real’ individual reading, the questioner asks a specific question and thereby supplies at least half the information! In a personal reading, the parties are identified and sometimes a time frame is too.  Here, in a group reading we cannot do that and so we get a variety of sentences.

Horoscopes are group readings, too. Astrology is based on someone else’s birth data, though, so a ‘solar’ group horoscope never really solidly applies to you! (Astrologers want you to know this!)

Tarot, on the other hand, is perfectly capable of flexibly addressing any group, including all of the visitors that come to this site. It can also address people you might not even know personally, such as all the people at your job who have a say in whether or not you get a raise.

  1. Isn’t it interesting that, due to this snafu, the information that described her (FCP’s) situation appeared for this day.

  2. FCP

My son was officially diagnosed with Asperger’s today. Hmm.

    • That is really awful. Officially, I read, the American Psychiatric Association discontinued that diagnosis to make it something like level five of autism. Typically, Aspberger’s involves hostility, defiance, acting out, even violence. Hope that is not your case. Have had clients who lived with guys who had this diagnosis. Rhodiola rosea helped one of them a lot. Extract, get it from Siberian sources (colder the better, to grow it).

It is similar to bipolar, to live with, one of my clients reported who had experienced the former, too.

Here’s to you. Take care of yourself first, and call me if you can. (Chantix, for getting out of a nicotine habit, exacerbates this condition.)

  3. Anna

We’ve had these cards and sentences before and I think recently.

    • I checked, Anna. No. But I think one day I posted what I had typed without telling the widget when it was to be published, which makes it ‘immediately,’ and I removed that one. If you came by when it was up, you would see it. If you came by later, you would see the ‘real’ one.

      That may explain it.

We have had two – I think on successive days – that both ended in the same two cards, one of which was Seven of Wands. I did not notice it until I was looking at the list of posts.

We also in the past had two identical sets of four cards. Not on successive days, though. One I did from memory, one I did from the now-destroyed encyclopedia of meanings. They were different.

      • Anna

February 28, 2013 and March 5, 2013 cards and sentences are the same and are still showing as the same right now, really no fooling

        • Grrr. February 28 is in a triangle with March 1 and March 5 somehow. Too confusing for me to understand, much less explain. I am dyslexic about this sort of thing. Anyway, it does not have a writing of its own, it’s the subject of an overlap. Cards were chosen for it but never got typed out. I’ll just leave it as it is because, to write one for the past is a little useless, and probably no one wants to read it anyway. Duh.
