Tarot Readings for You for May 15, 2013 Wednesday(c)

May 14, 2013 by

Guidance     We continue with our ‘love and marriage theme’ today. Put it all together and we are talking about being attached by belonging or loving or being a member making us head in a given direction; and we are talking about achieving our choice in that regard. Going home to the family, to the one(s) you love or are attached to; leaving a community you have roots in. Choosing to leave a lover and go back home. We also talk about family’s intention to help a couple out of some trouble.

Instructions:

Are YOU here for the first time? People love this place!

Here’s what’s going on. See the pictures? Those are the four Rider Waite Tarot cards that make today’s messages (group messages) for you (and the people around you).

The site is divided into four sections. The first is a summary, an overview. That’s Guidance (above).

The second is the actual one-sentence group readings, Group Analytical Tarot Readings. If you have come just for your day’s trends, you can go now. You pick out the ones you intuitively relate to, and decide whether to seek or avoid that. People relate to these! See their comments, at the very bottom. We would *love* to hear from you. Don’t be shy!

.Answers don’t have a question (or a questioner) to frame them, so, yes, they can be contradictory – especially when one of the cards means ‘not’ or other negative word. The negative can apply to any of the other cards. And many of the pronouns are flexible. Feel free to substitute

The third section, Learn Tarot by Observation, is the reasoning that makes those four cards say the things you just read in the sentences. It’s what an expert would be thinking.

The last section, Learn Tarot by Pictures, is the individual meanings of each card, based mostly on its picture, which you are looking at. Read this frequently, and you remember what some of the cards mean.

Story, drama, still on our love theme after all these days. Ten of Cups (marriage, home, happily-ever-after, family, people, us, community) and Lovers is love and marriage, marry who you love, married love, etc. Lovers means attachment too, of course.

Chariot is a decision, an intention or ambition, commitment, choosing, and accomplishing your purpose – success, successfully, succeed.

Six of Swords is going away from a bad scene, but its emphasis in a given inquiry can simply be heading in a certain direction, or even drifting there.

So Six of Swords and Chariot is an intention to leave or to head to (whatever – heading home, mostly, here).

We continue with our ‘love and marriage theme’ today.

Ten of Cups Everybody happy and well-adjusted, we all have enough, we are one big happy family, community, or group of individuals. Married with children as the ideal life. There’s even a rainbow over the house as the boy-and-girl prance and the couple embraces one another and the sky.

Lovers Put this card next to Ten of Cups, and it brings out the couple belonging to or being attached to a family, community or other group, with love being the attachment. So when you attach yourself to a person, you attach yourself to whatever that person belongs to, unless you can resist. Lovers shows Adam and Eve with the volcano of passion in the background and the overseeing angel above them, a couple who are stuck in a story. (Aren’t we all?)

Six of Swords They have had enough, and been had enough, and they are headed out with what little they have left. This Tarot citizen in Tarot Verbatim(TM) has two trunks: One emphasizes leaving and times will be better over there (and that includes ‘departing’ the physical world), and the other simply means to head off in a direction, or even drift off.

Chariot Achieving your purpose, having the willpower and the guts and the self-control and the self-confidence to see the project through, having the strategy to see the project through by any means possible – even using the factors that would defeat you to win instead, being in charge of the project – choosing, deciding, and getting there, getting it done. Being on top of things, ‘on top of your game,’ being in control. Using otherworldly factors to succeed, even: Notice he has no reins to control sphinxes he has hitched to his vehicle; he has a magic wand in each hand. Charioteers were the special forces of their day; they were strategists and often were the main factor in winning or losing a war. F.Y.I., the sphinx that will go only left is hitched to the right side, and vice-versa, so that together, by default, they go forward.

EXPLANATIONS: SKIP THIS (AND THE TAGS) TO GO TO COMMENTS, BELOW. (Use the arrow on the right lower screen.)

Each and every ‘Tarot Reading’ sentence you see is a literal interpretation of the four Rider Waite Tarot cards drawn and pictured for today. (The literal interpretation is from the illustration on each card.) These sentences are put together by only combining the phrases of what each cards says. In other words, there are NO “filler” phrases added just to make full sentences, and no psychic ability or spirit guide is ever involved.

Now in an ‘real’ individual reading, the questioner asks a specific question and thereby supplies at least half the information! In a personal reading, the parties are identified and sometimes a time frame is too. Here, in a group reading we cannot do that and so we get a variety of sentences.
Horoscopes are group readings, too. Astrology is based on someone else’s birth data, though, so a ‘solar’ group horoscope never really solidly applies to you! (Astrologers want you to know this!)
Tarot, on the other hand, is perfectly capable of flexibly addressing any group, including all of the visitors that come to this site. It can also address people you might not even know personally, such as all the people at your job who have a say in whether or not you get a raise.

I’ve decided not to be attached to people anymore, is my sentence

    • Thank you for that.
I guess Monday’s date was less than perfect. Oh, well. There’s always other times.

Tomorrow we are off the love theme and back on to ‘something to look out for’ them big time. Six of Wands shows its snarky head again.

It has some interesting concepts. I am intrigued … just finished posting it to go up at three today for tomorrow’s.

      Bye
