Tarot Readings for You for June 14, 2013 Friday(c)

Jun 13, 2013 by

Guidance     We are viewing success from a novel perspective here! – that it comes from within, from self-improvement and being excellent. We are saying that the performance that makes success – and that’s success generally whether in love or work or whatever – comes from excellence within. A person who joys in work succeeds. People enjoy success who identify with what they are doing. Projects are successfully executed via encouraging words to workers. We also mention that personal joy comes from succeeding at your work.

Instructions: Are YOU here for the first time? Come in! People love this place! Our site is divided into four sections: Guidance, Tarot Readings, Learn Tarot by Observation, and Learn Tarot by Pictures.

If you just want your daily look ahead, Guidance and Tarot Readings are all you need. ‘Guidance’ is a summary of what the cards are generally advising visitors to be aware of that day. ‘Tarot Readings’ is the actual word for word messages to everyone. So, go ahead and pick the sentences you feel are yours and decide whether to encourage or reject them for yourself. THEN, the family of commenters here would love for you to join in.

Tarot Readings: Success (Chariot)

All he talks about is himself, his job, and his car.

So many things to talk about – one success after another.

Thrilled to be successfully self-employed.

He makes it a point to keep up the happy talk.

A good-looking responsible man keeps telling me he loves me.

Prince Charming intends to say ‘I love you’ over and over.

He keeps flirting with this gorgeous lady, and he is succeeding.

Star – Eight of Pentacles – Page of Wands

We are getting things done. We have action. Right in the middle is Eight of Pentacles – work, working on it, keeping at it, one after another, the worker and the work place.

To the left is feeling good, joy, optimism, performance and performer (singer, speaker), speaking, praising or encouraging, and looking really good: Star, of course. I think of cheerleaders, and of singing in the shower, when I see Star.

To the right, the looking good theme and the speaking up theme are repeated in Page of Wands, often the handsome man. Page of Wands is about having the look, being respectable, speaking or talking or speaking up, standing for something, being the best person you can be (excelling). The optimistic side of Page of Wands is brought out in Star.

Above, Chariot echoes the excelling in that it features achievement and accomplishment, success and the determination it takes to succeed. You could say Chariot is Page of Wands grown up: from apprentice to master.

We are viewing success from a novel perspective here!

Star Pictured is a person performing an ablution ceremony – a ritual bath common to religions. A shapely woman is singing and pouring jugs of something into the water and the earth next to it. I think of singing in the shower when I see star. I also think cheerleaders. Star most often refers to feeling good, joy, speaking, being in love or ‘crazy about,’ optimism, upbeat attitude or approach, praising or encouraging, gorgeous woman.

Eight of Pentacles A carpenter is engaged in making one identical item after another at his work bench. We are getting things done; we are doing things. Work, working on it, work site or workplace, worker or employee, labor, keeping at it, doing one thing after the other, routine, and being the one who actually does the hands-on part.

Page of Wands He is the straight arrow, the upstanding young man who aims to fit in, be the type to be accepted, so he is well-dressed, well-mannered and well-spoken, standing up straight and looking handsome – every mother’s son and every girl’s date. He also is known for speaking up, standing for some position, being the best person (you) can be (excelling). He tends to be an apprentice and to be optimistic. Quite often, this card means to say, speak, talk, be the one to be there – be physically present. Page of Wands’ gender is flexible.

Chariot Chariot represents mastery without drama, represents getting the job done by any means possible, represents the success of having done so, and also represents the determination it takes to succeed that way. Chariot is the unsung hero, the project manager who comes up with the unorthodox solution that may not be politically acceptable. Here is the strategist: Charioteers were the special forces of their day.

EXPLANATIONS: [Use the arrow at lower right to skip this and go to Comments.]

All the words of each Tarot card reading you see here are a phrase-by-phrase translation of the scene pictured on those cards: no filler, no psychic impressions, no spirit guide. Word-for-word Tarot Verbatim(TM).

In these group readings, there’s no question (and no Questioner) to limit what the four cards can mean, so they can mean opposite things.

When there is a negative-meaning card (a ‘negator,’ I call them), the readings contradict one another because that card can make any of the other cards in the spread negative. Negator cards mean things like: no, never, not, end, can’t, etc. Never be queasy about the number of ‘bad’ card because it takes two bad cards to say ‘not dead’ and only one to say ‘dead.’

Without a question or a Questioner, pronouns (I, you, he, she, we, they, etc.) are very flexible. I leave out pronouns in writing this as much as possible – awkward to do that sometimes. When I put them in parentheses, feel very free to change them around to suit yourself.

Now in a ‘real’ individual reading, the questioner asks a specific question which provides at least half the information! In an individual’s reading, the parties are identified and sometimes a time frame is too. Here, in a group reading, we cannot do that and so we get more variety of sentences.

Horoscopes are group readings, too. Astrology is based on someone else’s birth data, though, so a ‘solar’ group horoscope never really solidly applies to you! (Astrologers want you to know this!)

Tarot successfully addresses the group of visitors, whoever they are. It provides useful information that applies to their daily lives: They tell you this in the comments, for three years now. Tarot can tell you things about people you don’t know personally – such as whoever on your job has a say in your raise or continued employment there, whether that is one person or many. Visitors report that the information is equally accurate for new visitors as it is for the family of regular visitors.

Do you want to read Rider Waite Tarot, yourself? Start with Learn Tarot by Pictures to get the day’s cards’ individual meanings; then read Learn Tarot by Observation, which gives you the thinking those four cards inspire in a qualified reader. Next, Group Analytical Tarot Cards Reading is the various things those four cards can say (without a question to guide them). Then, Guidance is a summary.

In this way, your intuition allows you to learn to read the cards without much effort if you come often enough. Regular visitors can just put it together.

  1. Jaclyn

Love my work. Love this reading. Thank you for the encouragement . . .

    • It’s a good day. Tomorrow’s, I like. It is about foresight. It says to be looking, because foresight only happens, like vision only happens, when your eyes are open.
