Tarot Readings for You for October 7, 2013 Monday(c)

Oct 6, 2013 by

Guidance      Here you are in the phase where risk pay off. Take that gamble today: Step off the curb. Coincidence is what makes luck, fate, chance and destiny work, and these converge to grease the way for your dream to bloom, for you to get your heart’s desire. Even to capitalize on a loss, to profit from shorting a stock, to jettison a burden, to get revenge or to get away with some rule-breaking or lawbreaking. Risk is now being rewarded, get in line for the prize. One after another each dream emerges from the mist – with a glitch or two.

Are YOU here for the first time? Come in!

People love this place! Our site is divided into four sections: Guidance, Tarot Readings, Learn Tarot by Observation, and Learn Tarot by Pictures.
If you just want your daily look ahead, Guidance and Tarot Readings are all you need. ‘Guidance’ (above) is a summary of what the cards are telling visitors to be aware of this day.

‘Group Tarot Cards Reading’ (just below this) is the actual word-for-word messages to everyone. These readings are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it. So, go ahead and pick the sentences you feel are yours and decide whether to encourage or reject them for yourself.

Did you come here for your predictions? – You are done now – See you tomorrow. The family of commenters here would love for you to join in (the very last thing, at the bottom).

Tarot Readings: Long Shots Pay Off, You Are Lucky Now (Seven of Swords and Wheel of Fortune)

To get everything perfect, you take one chance after another.

If you take big risks you could get big rewards.

It turned out he was lucky when his valuable was stolen.

He wanted to get rich and lose it over and over, and he did.

Opportunity to get rich by gambling with shorting the market.

Capitalizing on a theft loss turned out to be profitable.

Luck on one long shot after another can really pay off.

One huge winning makes a gambling habit pay off.

Keep gambling, there is a good chance you will win a big one.

Keep trying against all odds to get the life you want, and you will.

You get each and every dream to happen one after the other, with some glitches.

Each time there was a betrayal, luck was with you and you came out on top.

A dream-come-true has happened but (he) still cheats every so often.

One wonderful thing after another is happening just the way you want it to since you had the nerve to break the rules.

Broke one law after another and is lucky enough to have a great life.

You are satisfied with your life because each time things could have gone against you, luck was on your side.

Content with the odds of either you lose it all or win it all.

An idiot lucked out against all the odds.

The long shot pays off once in a while, and it pays off big.

Tarot Readings: The Risk Cycle (Seven of Swords and Two of Pentacles)

A criminal could get rich or could have fate come back on him.

What comes around goes around. You have your dream come true or it’s taken away.

One ripoff artist after another wants to score the big one here.

It’s not really stealing if you get a fortune.

Not so sure you want to be fabulously rich.  It seems risky.

Now,  Part Two,

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing section below. This tells about the combined four pictures in the Tarot Readings – the pictures above here.  It explains how these four cards get together in your mind to make the messages.

*Go to Learn Tarot by Pictures.  It is what each of the four cards, by itself, has to say.  It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in today’s Spread. All the words of each Tarot card reading you see here are a phrase-by-phrase translation of the scene pictured on those cards: no filler, no psychic impressions, no spirit guide. Word-for-word Tarot Verbatim™.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim™ works.

This is a group reading, with no Questioner and no Question to limit what the cards say, so there’s more variety – even contradictions – and also the pronouns are more flexible. If it feels like it’s yours, and it says ‘he,’ and you’re a ‘she,’ feel free to adopt it anyway.

Wheel of Fortune

Seven of Swords – Two of Pentacles – Nine of Cups

Take one look at these four Tarot citizens at the same table, and you go “WOW! Show me the casino!”

We start with Seven of Swords taking a risk.  This is usually an ominous card (can mean revenge, for example), but not ominous in this company.

Next we have Two of Pentacles which is about a cycle, a chance and playing.  It means something could go either way … what are the chances?

And this concept is modified by Wheel of Fortune, which is the big payoff, and it means gambling – hitting the jackpot.  ALL THREE OF THESE CARDS (Seven of Swords and Two of Pentacles and Wheel of Fortune) ARE ABOUT GAMBLING!

And as if this weren’t good enough, Nine of Cups says ‘Your dream comes true.’

There is a wheel theme in Two of Pentacles and Wheel of Fortune. Wheel of Fortune looks like a roulette wheel. You could say the curve of the table behind Nine of Cups echoes those wheels … kinda.

The more general message is that taking a risk pays off – any kind of risk.  Since Seven of Swords is a loss, shorting a stock or capitalizing on a theft or fraud loss could pay off.  This is a good time to get away with something against the rules or even against the law.

Seven of Pentacles is the double-crossing lawbreaker … is the spy or thief or assassin … as a rule.  (See him hot-footing it off holding the stolen enemy swords by the blades in his haste to escape?)  He is not these things today so much.  Hanging out with these other guy cards, the risk content of this card is featured front and center.  Right now his message is:  Today is the day to take a chance.  (Timing is of the essence because of Two of Pentacles and Wheel of Fortune.)  But today would also be a good day to break the law or get revenge, come to think of it.  Or disarm the enemy.

Two of Pentacles It could be.  There’s a chance.  Could go either way.  Play.  Go with the flow.  There’s a lighthearted feeling like putting a lamp shade on your head at a party to this card.  You see the juggling, the ships being tossed on waves.  Timing.  Cycles.  And stupid stuff.

Nine of Cups Too much is not enough for this fella.  He wants it all and, by golly, he’s got it all.  He is rich.  A rotund fella with all the cups he has emptied displayed on the table behind him says it all.

Wheel of Fortune is about chance, coincidence, fate, destiny, and the big payoff. Its general message is that the nonphysical world – both divine and infernal – affects affairs here on earth. There’s the four Hebrew letters tha t mean God’s Name in the center, interspersed with T A R O, which is also on the book High Priestess has in her lap. There are angels and demons and animal critters around and on the wheel.

  1. Kelly

Thanks for doing each day Emily. I look forward to it!

I have been turning away from so many things (situations, people), and that feels like risking. Maybe payoff is lined up. There have definitely been some glitches,
    i.e. work involved.

    • Kelly

      • Appreciation is appreciated, Kelly. This is a chore at times. I know you (and others) look forward to it.
I have – a few times – lived through the phase you are going through, and, yes, it is uncomfortable. Ending chapters with no beginning ones in sight. People dropping away (who serve no purpose) and no new ones. Reviewing what you don’t like about it all, and not seeing much to like. Yeah.
The phase is called ‘dark night of the soul’ or ‘aridity’ by mystics.
What comes next is things open up, you are new, and the situation is new.
        Knight of Wands
Four of Cups – Queen of Swords – Knight of Pentacles
“You are turning down what doesn’t live up to your standards or expectations, focusing on getting past and getting ahead.”
