Tarot Readings for You for November 14, 2013 Thursday©

Nov 13, 2013 by

Guidance      Today we are nipping potential opposition and risks in the bud deftly, with finesse. Clearly there is an undeclared opponent (or even enemy) who is being dealt with arm’s length before it gets to the target. Deep down inside, I feel I’ve got to prevent some intended harm or sabotage. The point of the messages is that no harm is done, that the accomplishment is done and the day is won without much exertion.

Are YOU here for the first time? Come in!

Now,  Part Two,

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing section below. This tells about the combined four pictures in the Tarot Readings – the pictures above here.  It explains how these four cards get together in your mind to make the messages.

*Go to Learn Tarot by Pictures.  It is what each of the four cards, by itself, has to say.  It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in today’s Spread. All the words of each Tarot card reading you see here are a phrase-by-phrase translation of the scene pictured on those cards: no filler, no psychic impressions, no spirit guide. Word-for-word Tarot Verbatim™.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim™ works.

This is a group reading, with no Questioner and no Question to limit what the cards say, so there’s more variety – even contradictions – and also the pronouns are more flexible. If it feels like it’s yours, and it says ‘he,’ and you’re a ‘she,’ feel free to adopt it anyway.

Seven of Swords

Four of Pentacles – Ace of Wands – Strength

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

.

Ace of Wands and Strength are assertive. Strength is shutting the lion’s mouth with your bare hands, is preventing harm, thwarting aggressive or malicious behavior with strategy in a sophisticated way, rather than by open aggression. Ace of Wands is brute force, whilst Strength is spiritual ability or outsmarting the problem children before they see it coming. Strength is a putdown; Ace of Wands is the threat – so thwarting aggression, putting down the upstart, handling aggression with a martial arts approach.

Four of Pentacles is thwarted, is not expressing or keeping quiet … keeping quiet in the face of the threat Ace of Wands is asserting … being kept quiet by the influence Strength is asserting.

So Four of Pentacles and Ace of Wands is having to keep quiet, not having enough force, being not much of a threat.

So Four of Pentacles and Strength is not exerting much control over a situation, being quietly in control, intimidating the opposition from expressing itself, preventing something without making a point of it, solving the problem without direct action, not having it in you to get the upper hand.

Seven of Swords is a taking a risk, daring adventure, mission, self-destructive or self-defeating. Seven of Swords is the thief, the criminal, the spy. He is the cheater and the sneak too. In the illustration, we see him sneaking into enemy camp to steal their weapons – hence sabotage. Look for Seven of Swords when there’s double-crossing or other treachery or betrayal too.

=+ Strength = Four of Pentacles and Ace of Wands. See that? “Forced to keep quiet.” Strength shuts him up, and he has to (Ace of Wands) restrain himself and not express himself (Four of Pentacles). This equation is a good illustration of the Tarot Verbatim™ process.

.

Four of Pentacles Core meanings for Four of Pentacles are:not enough, restraining oneself, and not talking or expressing. Four of Pentacles in Tarot Verbatim™ brings forth phrases and words like: not enough, shut up, prevented from, cowed, budget, broke, short of or shortage or shortfall, keeping quiet, secret, subliminal, ‘in the bud,’ stifle/stifled, not much or not very or not quite, withholding, not express, concealed, quieted or quietly, potential, refrain from, not much, laying low, don’t let yourself, hidden, undeclared, undiscovered … and even inferior or feeling inferior.

Its illustration shows someone hunched over sitting in the road out of town, holding onto coins for dear life, his back to the town, staring ahead with his lips sealed. Yes, he has something to hide and is all alone.

Ace of Wands shows a hand with a club in it that looks like a penis and is sprouting (obvious symbols of virility and fertility). Among the words and phrases it brings are: force, make, intimidate, strict __, important, sexual or sex, top ____, have to, aggression, win, power, weapon, main point, make a point.

Strength The lion has come against her to attack. Her character and/or spiritual expertise – represented by the white robe with garlands of flowers and the eternity mathematical symbol above her head – is so strong that the lion is influenced against his will to shut up and purr. This is the victory of diplomacy, this is overcoming or winning without a struggle, this is nipping opposition in the bud.

Seven of Swords is the mugger, the stalker, the thief, the guy who gets past your defenses to double-cross you.

The most common applications for Seven of Swords are risk and hazard, taking a chance, adventure, daring or ‘having the guts,’ pulling it off, doublecrossing or betrayal other treachery, sabotage, outwitting or overcoming the foe, getting even, cheating or ‘running around,’ sneaking or being sneaky, stealing, trespasser, a thief or other criminal (including a killer or assassin).

In the illustration, we see him sneaking into enemy camp to steal their weapons – hence sabotage. We see him holding the unsheathed blades by the business end – hence self-defeating or self-destructive antics (or person). He is a spy too on this mission, and those are seldom-used meanings.

Yes, I refused to continue talking to my friend’s boyfriend cause he says mean things

    • He may be separating her from her friends. ‘Love’ does that. Newlyweds seem to do it to one another. Maybe that’s it. A good response to that sort of thing is “Oh are YOU having a bad day?’
