Tarot Readings for You for May 9, 2014 Friday(c)

May 9, 2014 by

Guidance      Belonging limits freedom. To the extent we don’t prescribe to the standard mentalities and the standard loyalties, we don’t share in the benefits those folks graze upon. People tend to resent the ones they do not have an influence upon: They are driven to convince you to believe as they do. Is this about the herd? Today we make the point that not belonging is being free, and also that if you don’t belong anywhere, you belong everywhere, a citizen of the world and not of a community.

Are YOU here for the first time? Come in!

People love this place! Our site is divided into four sections: Guidance, Tarot Readings, Learn Tarot by Observation, and Learn Tarot by Pictures.
If you just want your daily look ahead, Guidance and Tarot Readings are all you need. ‘Guidance’ (above) is a summary of what the cards are telling visitors to be aware of this day.

‘Group Tarot Cards Reading’ (just below this) is the actual word-for-word messages from the pictures of the four cards you see – to everyone. These readings are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it. So, go ahead and pick the sentences you feel are yours and decide whether to encourage or reject them for yourself.

Did you come here for your predictions? – You are done now – See you tomorrow. The family of commenters here would love for you to join in (the very last thing, at the bottom).

Tarot Readings: To Marry or Not to Marry (Four of Wands and Two of Swords)

Don’t forget we’re a couple.

May as well be together; there’s no alternative.

I don’t care if I never get married.

Forgot I was not about to get married.

We are not a couple – I am a free agent.

I assume marriage isn’t for me.

..…..

Tarot Readings: I Don’t Belong Here (Four of Wands and Two of Swords)

We mavericks are barred from polite society.

I was never quite one of the tribe.

Freedom is when you don’t belong anywhere.

Belonging? – What’s that? – I’m a devout outsider!

When you don’t belong to anything, you belong to everything.

I have no affiliation with that company, and I never will.

Not one of those optimistic lighthearted folks.

No free thinkers allowed in the clubhouse.

There’s no community for free spirits.

I’m not one of them, I forgot all about it.

I don’t live here anymore – I’m out.

..…..

Tarot Readings: Things we Can and Can’t Be Free of (Fool and Two of Swords)

Things everyone assumes … don’t.

We can’t be free of us.

Nothing can stop us. Nothing can stop them.

Young people block things out.

I just shut down; everyone is free to do that.

None of us is totally free.

That’s not the house for me, and I don’t know why.

Now,  Part Two,

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing section below. This tells about the combined four pictures in the Tarot Readings – the pictures above here.  It explains how these four cards get together in your mind to make the messages. HERE ARE PHRASES FOR ALL SIX 2-CARD COMBINATIONSis a stream-of-consciousness bridge to your subconscious if you use it regularly – people report.

*Go to Learn Tarot by Pictures.  It is what each of the four cards, by itself, has to say.  It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in today’s Spread. All the words of each Tarot card reading you see here are a phrase-by-phrase translation of the scene pictured on those cards: no filler, no psychic impressions, no spirit guide. Word-for-word Tarot Verbatim™.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim™ works.

This is a group reading, with no Questioner and no Question to limit what the cards say, so there’s more variety – even contradictions – and also the pronouns are more flexible. If it feels like it’s yours, and it says ‘he,’ and you’re a ‘she,’ feel free to adopt it anyway.

..…..…..Fool and Four of Wands Fool is being unaffiliated and Four of Wands is being a member. The more of a citizen of Red Bar you are, the more Blue Bar excludes you. If you are unaffiliated, both Red and Blue want you to drink there and join their flavor. That’s life. There are some cults you can join that make you equally unwelcome everywhere else, too, but that’s another story – not today’s.

..…..…..Four of Wands and Two of Swords Sometimes you don’t want any part of a company, family, or other human group – “I have nothing do do with them,” and sometimes you are barred from their clubhouse – “We don’t allow people like you here.” Sometimes, too, years later, you are glad they didn’t love you.

Four of Wands is a couple, and a marriage, as well as a family or community at any level. There are times when we want no part of teaming up with one other person, times when marriage is out of the question.

..…..…..Then again, some things, and some people and organizations, we will never be free of. And there are some things we cannot and will not forget too. Fool means to forget as well as to be oblivious and/or not care. Both Fool and Two of Swords mean ‘disregard’ or ‘not even think about it.’

Fool….. is happy-go-lucky, oblivious, unaffiliated with anything, free, free of everything as a free spirit, unaccountable and not present. It describes being disengaged from earthly identity and earthly stories, living instead in higher consciousness. Fool does not answer the doorbell just because it rings. It can mean youth, it can mean assume, it can mean ‘nothing,’ it can mean ‘forget,’ and ‘may as well’ and ‘I don’t care.’ Today’s Tarot company brings out Fool’s ‘not a member, not one of them’ spectrum because of Four of Wands. Its illustration shows a young person on a hike with no provisions, skipping blissfully to the very edge of a cliff.

Four of Wands…..  is citizenship, is being a member of anything with other people. It starts with being a couple, marriage. It represents any kind of organization or political entity: company, courthouse, family, Establishment, neighborhood, nation, religion, sports teams – anything – officeholders at any level. Illustration is a public society wedding of power people, of leading families.

Two of Swords…..  puts an end to things.  Stop.   Shut down.   No alternative.  Can’t get through, ‘No.’   You are not allowed – entrance denied.  Barred from.  No way, no way to. Two of Swords blocks things out, as in ‘Don’t even go there.’  It is one of the negative modifiers (negators, I call them) that mean: no, never, not, don’t, can’t, none, isn’t, etc.   Two of Swords shows a blindfolded woman seated on a stone bench in nightclothes, holding two heavy swords in such a way that putting them down without getting hurt is impossible.

    I cannot see the sentences.

    • Well CUSS WORD. It’s pasted into WordPress as one item. Don’t know how that happened. My new security is blocking things, and claiming iYogi is a ‘scammer,’ referring to its remote access site. MAYBE that has something to do with it?
I will be checking from now on.

Thank you for that alert, Lori.
