Tarot Readings for You for July 14, 2014 Monday(c)

Jul 14, 2014 by

Guidance      Adventure comes in two main flavors: the ones you get into out of guts or courage, and the ones you get into out of ignorance, optimism, or not paying attention. We mostly delve into the accidental type of adventure today, the ones that are so easy to get into and such a challenge to get out of unscathed. Pretending to be dumber than you are is a defense to others’ schemes, we say. The underlying message is that other people’s self-interest can be bad for the health of yours.

Are YOU here for the first time? Come in!

People love this place! Our site is divided into four sections: Guidance, Tarot Readings, Learn Tarot by Observation, and Learn Tarot by Pictures.
If you just want your daily look ahead, Guidance and Tarot Readings are all you need. ‘Guidance’ (above) is a summary of what the cards are telling visitors to be aware of this day.

Tarot Readings: I Think I’m Being Sneaky (Fool and Seven of Swords)

This is the first day of my walk on the wild side, and I’m faking it.

This maverick is daring to fake going along with the program.

This is the first day of my gutsy life as someone who has an agenda.

No one knows or cares about this, but it’s a trick that benefits me.

It’s a long shot for me to fit in with them, but I may as well join in.

………………….………………….

Tarot Readings: Pretend and Ignore (Fool and Six of Wands)

Pretending to be naïve is a strategy.

Just blow him off; he’s a smooth operator with that blarney.

Pretend you are oblivious to this sneaky bastard.

Act as if revenge were the last thing on your mind.

Never mind about them, those two will double-cross one another.

………………….………………….

Tarot Readings: Daring Involves Unknowns (Fool and Seven of Swords)

I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I took up a dare.

The subconscious is not what it seems; it violates all the rules.

Missions you are lighthearted about only seem to be dangerous.

Ignorance sucks us into adventures.

Oh the hot water your friends get you into when you are young.

………………….………………….

Tarot Readings: Adventures in Not Knowing (Fool and Seven of Swords)

A criminal has no idea his buddy is an informant.

So open-minded, my pretend boyfriend was stealing from me.

I am not really one of those ballsy people; I just act that way.

Against all the rules in this crooked world, I just forget and be happy.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I cut corners and forget.

Take it for granted that in a gang, the most daring one is the informer.

Subconscious adventure is not what you are led to believe it is.

He doesn’t seem to know, or admit to himself, what a cheat he is.

I trip myself up when I don’t pay attention, and am misled.

As naïve as I was with the con artist, I outfoxed him.

………………….………………….

Tarot Readings: Getting Away with Tricks (Fool and Six of Wands)

Pretending to be oblivious, you can get away with murder.

He gets away with the dirty deed by ratting out his friends.

He has such a good game going, he cheats and gets away with it.

He gets away with pretending he isn’t involved.

People are just oblivious to this bad boy’s trickery.

Puts friends up to taking chances, and isn’t even there.

Disinformation about a break-in: I wasn’t present.

Now,  Part Two,

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing section below. This tells about the combined three pictures in the Tarot Readings – the pictures above here.  It explains how these three cards get together in your mind to make the messages. HERE ARE PHRASES FOR ALL THREE 2-CARD COMBINATIONS is a stream-of-consciousness bridge to your subconscious if you use it regularly – people report.

*Go to Learn Tarot by Pictures.  It is what each of the three cards, by itself, has to say.  It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in today’s Spread. All the words of each Tarot card reading you see here are a phrase-by-phrase translation of the scene pictured on those cards: no filler, no psychic impressions, no spirit guide. Word-for-word Tarot Verbatim™.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim™ works.

This is a group reading, with no Questioner and no Question to limit what the cards say, so there’s more variety – even contradictions – and also the pronouns are more flexible. If it feels like it’s yours, and it says ‘he,’ and you’re a ‘she,’ feel free to adopt it anyway.

Fool – Seven of Swords – Six of Wands

.

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

………….…………..    Fool lives a charmed life (drunks and fools, you know) but you want to reach out and snatch the poor fellow away from this setting: He shares this scene with two schemers who are daring operators. Fool is pictured skipping along the edge of a cliff, feeling very optimistic, on a journey he has no provisions for. A youth, of course.

………………………..     Seven of Swords is the spy, the adventurer, the special ops agent, the brazen thief, the punk. Assault and murder are on his resume. Here’s the slick and daring adventurer who may very well be self destructive. He is pictured entering enemy camp in broad daylight and making off with its swords, carrying them blade down in his bare hands. (That’s where the self-defeating element comes into Seven of Swords.)

………….…………..    Six of Wands is the false friend who is going to use you for his own benefit, the wolf in sheep’s clothing, the guy or girl who is sucking you into something that benefits him or her as it costs you dearly. The illustration is about a battle King Richard III won, that was designed by the next-in-line for the throne to get him permanently out of the way kidnapped by those Arabs he won the battle with. Six of Wands is a warning about other people’s self interest. King Richard did not see it coming.

……..…………………………   Fool and Six of Wands   Both of these involve, or can involve, pretending. Fool ‘acts as if’ and Six of Wands overtly isn’t what he seems. Both of these Rider-Waite Tarot cards also mean ‘only seem to’ or ‘only seems to be.’

….…..……………………….   Fool and Seven of Swords both can mean ‘get away with.’ Fool’s ‘freedom’ spectrum of meanings encompass that phrase. Seven of Swords overtly is getting away with a trespass, or making a getaway from the scene of a crime.

The overall message is to scan events for other people’s self-interest where it conflicts with yours, and ‘check your neck’ for naïvete. Even the most hardened cynic has blind spots of faith in his fellow man.

Fool ……….  Fool has many shades of meanings. Today, in the company of schemers, Fool is oblivious or acting as if oblivious. He also isn’t involved, isn’t present, is naïve, is young and ignorant, and acting like he does not have something on his mind – or hers. Fool is the maverick too. We have the ‘starting out in life’ for him today, too.

.

Seven of Swords…………. Skulduggery here. Making the getaway, and getting away with something. But also ‘pulling it off.’ Outfoxing the enemy or opponent. Taking a chance, having the guts. It’s strategy and/or being the sneaky one. Seven of Swords is the wild side. It’s also about revenge, of course: He is taking the enemy’s swords in broad daylight, which brings in the double-cross concept.

.

Six of Wands………. emphasizes the sting, setting someone up, getting people to serve your interest at the expense of theirs. It is being misled, and mistrusting. It is faking allegiance, and it is the misfit doing his best to fit in. Six of Wands’ emphasis is self-interest.
