Tarot Readings for You for August 9, 2014 Saturday(c)

Aug 8, 2014 by

Guidance     Disengage from hostilities you are not involved in, and consider being very casual about those you are involved in. Save yourself the heartache of being a social war casualty. Joining has a hidden price of being against something else. You can join and be oblivious to the dogma of the clan, or you can just not be a joiner. Every family is fractured, and many are divided into camps with the most disagreeable member being the clan leader. It’s one thing to be informed and quite another to get drawn into two-sided combat … because it’s always two-sided no matter how many parts there are to the whole pot, isn’t it? University life is rife with ‘which side’ a professor is on. Think up a third side … especially if it reconciles the two … and everybody turns on you, just like when you try to save a woman who is being beaten up. This unremitting war is human history. (P. S. Forget the heart surgery.)

Are YOU here for the first time? Come in!

People love this place! Our site is divided into four sections: Guidance, Tarot Readings, Learn Tarot by Observation, and Learn Tarot by Pictures.
If you just want your daily look ahead, Guidance and Tarot Readings are all you need. ‘Guidance’ (above) is a summary of what the cards are telling visitors to be aware of this day.

‘Group Tarot Cards Reading’ (just below this) is the actual word-for-word messages from the pictures of the three cards you see – to everyone. These readings are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it. So, go ahead and pick the sentences you feel are yours and decide whether to encourage or reject them for yourself.

Did you come here for your predictions? – You are done now – See you tomorrow. The family of commenters here would love for you to join in (the very last thing, at the bottom).

Tarot Readings: There Doesn’t Have to Be Heartache (Three of Swords and Fool)

Somehow, I gotta dismiss the heartache.

I win by not being part of the hostilities.

I have to be free but it hurts.

There doesn’t have to be heartache.

It isn’t a victory if it is painful.

……….…………

Tarot Readings: I Don’t Know From Animosity (Ace of Swords and Fool)

I forgot why you have to hate me.

Animosity is reason enough to not be there.

I guess you won when you broke my heart?

I know nothing about the wars.

……….…………

Tarot Readings: Never Mind Heart Surgery (Three of Swords and Fool)

Absolutely free of heart trouble.

Don’t worry about heart surgery.

……….…………

Tarot Readings: Have to Divorce (Ace of Swords and Three of Swords)

I suppose we have to divorce over this?

Threats to divorce don’t count.

I didn’t know I would have to divorce.

We have to part and go our merry way.

To be free means you have to split.

……….…………

Tarot Readings: Absolutely Ambivalent (Ace of Swords and Fool)

No way are you going to make me fight.

I’m absolutely ambivalent about conflict.

There’s no winning side in a war.

What threats? – what enemy?

.

Now, Part Two,

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing section below. This tells about the combined three pictures in the Tarot Readings – the pictures above here.  It explains how these three cards get together in your mind to make the messages. HERE ARE PHRASES FOR ALL THREE 2-CARD COMBINATIONS is a stream-of-consciousness bridge to your subconscious if you use it regularly – people report.

*Go to Learn Tarot by Pictures.  It is what each of the three cards, by itself, has to say.  It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in today’s Spread. All the words of each Tarot card reading you see here are a phrase-by-phrase translation of the scene pictured on those cards: no filler, no psychic impressions, no spirit guide. Word-for-word Tarot Verbatim™.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim™ works.

This is a group reading, with no Questioner and no Question to limit what the cards say, so there’s more variety – even contradictions – and also the pronouns are more flexible. If it feels like it’s yours, and it says ‘he,’ and you’re a ‘she,’ feel free to adopt it anyway.

Ace of Swords – Three of Swords – Fool

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

.

……………….…………………… Here we have two hostility cards and one who isn’t paying attention to them.

……….……….……….    Ace of Swords and Three of Swords Ace of Swords is all-out war, and Three of Swords is hostility, animosity, divorce, hate, militant, heartache and hurting. Ace of Swords means you have to, are forced to, so these two mean things like ‘have to divorce.’ Theoretically, they could say ‘against fighting,’ it it’s unlikely that would be expressed that way.

……………………….. Then along comes Fool who is entirely free of contexts without really trying. Fool isn’t present, isn’t paying attention, isn’t preparing, doesn’t care. Fool lives out there in Subconsciousness. In a word, Fool is disengaged and unattached. Fool never joined and doesn’t know a thing about belonging. Fool is free. Free of everything. That is why he is the cipher, the number 0.

What we have here, part of the time, is a militant pacifist. “I win by not being part of the hostilities,” “I guess you won when you broke my heart?”and “It isn’t a victory if it is painful” come from there. Bluntly, “No way are you going to make me fight. I’m absolutely ambivalent about conflict.” Today, instead of going with the turgid flow, let it be water off a duck’s back.

Ace of Swords………. There’s no compromise with Ace of Swords: It’s all one way. A definitive victory for one side is a total defeat for the other. Ace of Swords is an ultimatum, is ‘you have to’ and is force or being forced. It is war, and it is winning. It is being the champion: See those laurel leaves crowing the sword’s crown?

.

Three of Swords …………. The glyph says it all … a heart with three swords stabbing through it, and storm clouds for a background. Hurt, heartache, hate, fighting, heart trouble, heart surgery. This is one of the divorce cards. Today it is war, with Ace of Swords modifying it.

.

Fool………. The deeper meaning of Fool is that living through the subconscious frees you somewhat from the physical world. Fool has a charmed life: He is expected not to fall off the cliff he is skipping over. Fool is to ‘not be’ something or somewhere. To not be present, to not be paying attention, to not care, to not prepare. Fool is free. ‘God protects fools and drunks,’ as they say.

You know all about University life Emily. Yes I stood up for my daughter when her two room mates and their parents started ganging up on her and sweet boyfriend; and of course am now drawing fire . . . .

    • Well, I’m more militant than most people. I really would be looking for a different place for her to be. Looking down the road, years from now, are these the ‘old college buddies’ she wants to know? Bet there are some better contacts than these upstarts.

  2. Kelly

So very timely and helpful. Completely right on for my “question of the day”. It’s there in the guidance.

  3. Win

Oh yeah, wisdom up side the head…great read today!

    • Missed you, Win. Been thinking about you. Good to hear from you, and thank you for telling me this was your message.

  4. Mary

Wow. I have been the fool my whole life, but I’m starting to pay attention now. Talk about oblivious. Thanks.
