Tarot Readings for you for February 25, 2015 Wednesday©

Feb 24, 2015 by

GUIDANCE          Today we address those flashes of scenes from the past that shower us with good feelings. They are about the glory days of love, about a house we enjoyed being in, about a warm fuzzy scene. It’s easy to dismiss them, just a glint of memory like a flash from the windshield of a passing car, but let’s appreciate them as replays, sort of like interest on a memory bank account. They are joys we already collected, reminding us of our walk.

Are YOU here for the first time?Come in!

Tarot Readings: Intense Romantic Feelings (Hanged Man and Six of Cups)

Intense urge to go back to the times we loved one another.

Inspired to change my life because of that loving feeling.

An intense warm fuzzy mood takes over unexpectedly.

All of a sudden he is smitten and is chasing the li’l gal.

It feels like puppy love all over again.

He was so romantic, I think he’s coming back.

We had such a memorable … and very brief … love affair ‘way back when.

A rush of intense trust comes over me.

An old flame is passing through town, and I’m all turned on.

He has radar for the young ones and takes out after them.

……….…………

Tarot Readings: Nostalgia Strikes (Six of Cups and Knight of Swords)

Nostalgia strikes me intensely.

Suddenly in my head I’m a kid again.

I wanna go home so bad, and it’s over with, it’s past.

Suddenly I hearken back to flashes of the best times of my life.

Urge to return to innocent times.

I remember the way things always were, until they changed.

An idea to go back to the simple quiet life.

A vision of myself being the way I was again.

……….…………

Tarot Readings: Looking at Change (Hanged Man and Knight of Swords)

Change of mind about having children.

An inner knowledge I’ve mellowed out: What a change!

I was under such intense pressure to change back then.

Remind yourself that is the past, and you are out of there.

……….…………

Tarot Readings: Back to the Way It Was (Six of Cups and Knight of Swords)

Realize I’m back to being comfortable.

A feeling in my bones I’m being naïve again.

It’s back to the past, with great good feeling.

A homing instinct.

Now, Part Two,

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing section below. This tells about the combined three pictures in the Tarot Readings – the pictures above here.  It explains how these three cards get together in your mind to make the messages. HERE ARE PHRASES FOR ALL THREE 2-CARD COMBINATIONS is a stream-of-consciousness bridge to your subconscious – people report.

*Go to Learn Tarot by Pictures.  It is what each of the three cards, by itself, has to say.  It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in today’s Spread. All the words of each Tarot card reading you see here are a phrase-by-phrase translation of the scene pictured on those cards: no filler, no psychic impressions, no spirit guide. Word-for-word Tarot Verbatim™.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim™ works.

This is a group reading, with no Questioner and no Question to limit what the cards say, so there’s more variety – even contradictions – and also the pronouns are more flexible. If it feels like it’s yours, and it says ‘he,’ and you’re a ‘she,’ feel free to adopt it anyway.

Hanged Man – Six of Cups – Knight of Swords

,

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

.

……………….……………………    It’s back to the past with great feeling. It’s reliving the past in a flash. Hanged Man is the flash, the intense feeling, the sudden instinctive urge, the deja vu or eureka experience. Six of Cups is the sweet past, sweet romance, fondness expressed in giving, or being given, some precious gesture or thing. And Kight of Swords is going there in such a terrific hurry, briefly.

………………………..    Hanged Man‘s energy halo, the hair on fire there, signifies an eruption of mental activity. Hanged Man also exemplifies the upside-down, disoriented feeling you have when your perspective is rearranged behind your back, in the back of your busy subconscious mind. No warning: You’re onto some engaging train of thought. Bam! You are back there in a meaningful stab of pure intense emotion.

………………………..    Six of Cups is the intensely romantic, or deeply comfortable warm-and-fuzzy feeling, the return with interest of a golden moment that is in your memory bank account. Nostalgia on steroids happens to us all. Six of Cups is the cozy home, is children and childhood and has many other meanings we are not dipping into today. Today Six of Cups is the sweet part of my past.

…………..……………   Knight of Swords is a sudden strike (sudden anything, actually), and means to return, or to double back. The doubling back is brought out by Six of Cups because it means home, and means the past. We are not using the full spectrum of Knight of Swords, either. So be it.

………..…………..   Hanged Man and Six of Cups    Hanged Man and Six of Cups both show an intense mood and a calling to mind or a memory. Hanged Man is a thought suddenly striking, and/or an intense emotion associated with a mental experience – not necessarily just a memory. But Six of Cups is about a memory, and the intense mood is one of warm fuzzy loving nostalgia, about the beautiful past, or a scene from it. Knight of Swords joining this pair suggests returning to the past or revisiting a place or person from the past. Hanged Man suggest that revisiting could be mental, but Knight of Swords would suggest a physical over-the-road visit. x..

………..…………..   Hanged Man and Knight of Swords   Hanged Man and Knight of Swords both mean ‘striking.’ Hanged Man is an idea striking; Knight of Swords is any strike. Knight of Swords is a return or redo; Hanged Man is to think – so, rethink. Knight of Swords is coming (yes, as well as going – more later) and Hanged Man is ‘mind,’ so ‘coming to mind,’ or ‘remind.’ Knight of Swords is ‘again’, so Hanged Man’s ‘think’ becomes ‘rethink.’ Knight of Swords is change, so Hanged Man’s ‘mind’ becomes ‘change your mind.’ (Any pronoun will do here, depending on the question and other cards. I tend to use ‘your’ by default, because we all relate to ‘your.’ Hanged Man and Knight of Swords can even say the mind races, because Knight of Swords, yes, is racing. x..

……………………   Six of Cups and Knight of Swords    Six of Cups and Knight of Swords suggest revisiting the past, returning to the past, the return of an old love, or even an anniversary, which, if you think about it, is a return of the past. Six of Cups is home, so with Knight of Swords, we have going back home. Six of Cups is childhood, and Knight of Swords is ‘again,’ so we also have ‘a kid again.’ x..

A mellow mood overtakes us, some beautiful memory replays, some precious scene returns, with accrued interest, to the present, intensely, and is gone in a flash. A reminder of the way we were, the way things were, maybe a hint to turn around and head back in the direction of the flash.

LEARN TAROT BY PICTURES

Hanged Man ……… Hanged Man echoes some myths – more than one culture, quite a few of them, actually – of the culture hero or god who hangs on a tree and sacrifices a body part in return for wisdom or enlightenment. All-Father Odin was one of these; he sacrificed an eye for wisdom. ‘Wisdom’ in these myths includes paranormal abilities. So it’s no surprise Hanged Man is about all sorts of paranormal abilities, and about the subconscious. Today, Hanged Man is an intense flash of an emotional scene revisiting – a nostalgia attack.

.

Six of Cups  …………. Six of Cups is that emotional scene that comes back as nostalgia, as a gift to yourself to relive it briefly. One whiff once in a while of this intense sweetness is all a person needs, you know. Six of Cups is also about a cozy home or place or scene, children, innocence, etc. But today it’s the past, the prime cut of the past, the sudden return of the sound and smell of its sizzle.

.

Knight of Swords ………. Knight of Swords especially is doubling back today because the figure in the illustration is facing the sweet comfy past of Six of Cups. Knight of Swords also bolsters the flash-in-the-pan aspect of Hanged Man, because Knight of Swords means ‘sudden.’ The great energy of his speed and momentum also bolsters the high-energy awareness of Hanged Man.
