Tarot Readings for You for February 4-5, 2017 Weekend©

GUIDANCE  To be involved, or not to be involved; that is the question. Whether ’tis the thing to do heartily and gung-ho, or whether ’tis better to not be there when the fight breaks out. One is all for it, or one is all against it. It’s either fun or you are not interested.

.

.

Are YOU here for the first time? Come in!

People love this place! Our site is divided into three sections: Guidance; Group Tarot Cards Readings; Learn Tarot by Observing and Learn Tarot by Pictures.

So what do you want to do? –

Did you come here for YOUR PREDICTIONS? – daily trends? –

*Then you read the summary above, titled GUIDANCE,

*Then you read the one-sentence readings below titled GROUP TAROT CARDS READING –and you’re done: See you tomorrow. Invite your friends. At the very bottom are comments. New! – the black boxes to the right as you scroll down allow you to comment right there.

GROUP TAROT CARDS READING is the actual word-for-word messages from the pictures of the three cards you see – to everyone. These readings are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it. So, go ahead and pick the sentences you feel are yours and decide whether to encourage or reject them for yourself. All the words of each Tarot card reading you see here are a phrase-by-phrase translation of the scene pictured on those cards: no filler, no psychic impressions, no spirit guide. Word-for-word Tarot Verbatim™.

Tarot Readings: Four of Swords and Sun

… .. …..

Still impulsive, and I’m so against that.

Time out – get away from your struggle.

Sleeping alone is more fun than fighting.

It’s such an effort not to party anymore.

Fun bedtime activity.

Just let the kids fight.

Nope, I wasn’t at the party where the fight broke out.

Putting a lot of effort into meditating to get myself free.

.

Tarot Readings:  Four of Swords and Five of Wands

… .. … ..

You can do nothing or you can get out and get involved.

All that effort for nothing – color me outta here.

Quit fighting the impulse.

Doesn’t fight you because you would just enjoy it.

I got used to the war, but I got out of it too.

Exercise and sleep make me a happy camper.

Don’t get involved in a fight – leave the house.

.

Tarot Readings: Sun and Five of Wands

. ………n

I’m a freedom fighter – NOT.

Party hearty, and sleep it off.

Against having a kid – not doing that!

Trying hard to cheer up, but not really doing anything about it.

I enjoy sports but I don’t participate.

Impulsively getting involved in something I’m not interested in.

It’s a lot of effort to have fun if you really don’t care.

Throw myself into aerobic activities I enjoy, so I can sleep.

Four of SwordsFour of Swords shows a knight candidate meditating on his life purpose, as part of the knighthood ritual. He reports his vision to the bishop, who decides whether he is worthy of knighthood. A person lying in the death position on a coffin naturally has meanings like being sidelined, sleeping or resting up, not participating, not doing something or not doing anything, being indifferent, minding his own business, nothing is doing. But Four of Swords doesn’t introduce death as a subject.

.

First, in real life, Four of Swords acts like a negator, providing negative words to tone down or undo its neighbors’ meanings. Four of Swords is doing that here, with this language from the sentences:

not to _ anymore

you can do nothing

for nothing

quit

doesn’t

I’m a … – NOT

nope, I wasn’t at where

don’t get involved

not doing that

but not really doing anything about it

but I don’t participate

something I’m not interested in

you really don’t care.

.

Four of Swords also brings the idea of things being the same (“Still ….”), things (you) are accustomed to (“I got used to ….), ‘time out,’ etc. Along the same line, it can express ‘just letting.’

.

It is the main card for meditating, naturally.

.

And Four of Swords is all about sleep: sleeping alone, bedtime, sleeping it off and ‘so I can sleep.’

Sun – The little kid sneaks out of the house naked to get on that cranky pony. Here he is bareback and hands-free, having the time of his life for the moment. This story brings several elements to the card’s meaning.

.

There’s the freedom of getting out from under the house rules. There’s leaving the house. There’s impulsive uninhibited activity. There’s the fun and the ‘party time – cheering up, enjoying, being happy.

.

And there’s the kid theme.

.

Once in a while Sun refers to reckless behavior, but you never-to-seldom find it meaning the consequences of that behavior. It attracts another card to say that sometimes.

Five of Wands – Working up a sweat here, these five fellows, intensely involved in a fight, a competition, a struggle, a sport, exercise – some activity. All these words belong to Five of Wands. Its workout ranges from exercise to war.

.

Five of Wands is also against something (anything).

.

.

. ….. …..

.

The contrast between Four of Swords and Five of Wands is the first thing you see here if you’re used to Tarot.

.

Look at Five of Wands. It is about effort, and five individuals. These five fellows could be playing a sport or fighting, they could be violent, and they certainly are expending energy, trying hard, and competing with one another.

.

Look at Four of Swords. An individual who is lying in death position on a coffin in a church. He is doing nothing, all alone.

.

So the energy of Five of Wands meets the disinclination, indifference, ennui or laziness of the lying-down Four of Swords fellow. (He could be sick too, but not so much with Sun here. Some of the things Four of Swords and Five of Wands can speak of are: resting after exercise; meditation being a big effort; taking time out from active life; sleeping alone instead of fighting; doesn’t fight any longer; not a fighter; being used to ‘the war zone’ or a competitive scene; against not doing anything; not struggling anymore; indifferent to, or not participating in, sports; it’s an effort when you don’t care; something you try hard not to do. There’s the energy phase, and there’s the resting or dormant phase.

.

Four of Swords and Sun contrast staying and leaving. They also combine fun with being in bed (an enjoyable nap?). Four of Swords is not participating in Sun’s fun – is not partying anymore too. Or partying and then sleeping it off. Four of Swords is also not having children, or not having anything to do with children. From there we go into unexpected disparate meanings like meditating on getting free; or refraining from something because someone else would enjoy it.

.

Four of Swords and Sun have quit being impulsive, and are not doing a thing to cheer up, and are not participating in something enjoyable.

.

You can also see a nap that vitalizes a person, in Four of Swords and Sun – the ‘up and at ’em’ after a good nap

.

Sun and Five of Wands seem to meet at random in this spread: They mean all sorts of things. The struggle to be free is one to keep in mind. A fun fight, but getting away from the struggle, or leaving the house in a fight. A party where a fight broke out … or where the action is. It’s an effort to enjoy myself, or to have fun … but I throw myself into aerobic activity I enjoy. Trying hard to cheer up. But you enjoy sports. Get out and get involved. Kids fight.

.

With these three cards, you know from the getgo that you’re going to have storytime.

.…..

After an intense workout, you sleep so well. After a big struggle, you give it a rest. You don’t go right back down Mount Everest. You throw yourself into some aerobic endeavor, or you party hearty, and then you sleep it off. We are appreciating both ends of the cycle today: Get it done, and give it a rest.
