Guidance Advice speculates "Is there a different right way to be getting this done?" Changing the way I am doing these things may be the right way to go. We are invited to ask questions about how it's always been done, to be open to a different and maybe better way, a way that seems strange or silly. People who always did the right thing can change, and so can the 'suspicious characters.' Run over there, apply for that job!
