Tarot Readings for You for March 15, 2014 Saturday©

by

Guidance      The point of this spread is one’s attitude about one’s position and possessions in life: whether to worry before or after ‘having it all,’ whether to let concerns about having it all keep one from even going there.   As Bob Dylan said early on in his career “When you’ve got nothin’, you’ve got nothin’ to lose.”    Being oblivious – on purpose – both to what you want and what you fear gives you self-reliance.    I want to be free of anxiety and beholden to no man.   (But someone is at home grieving by herself;  she doesn’t want to be anywhere with anyone, either.)

Are YOU here for the first time? Come in!

People love this place! Our site is divided into four sections: Guidance, Tarot Readings, Learn Tarot by Observation, and Learn Tarot by Pictures.
If you just want your daily look ahead, Guidance and Tarot Readings are all you need. ‘Guidance’ (above) is a summary of what the cards are telling visitors to be aware of this day.

‘Group Tarot Cards Reading’ (just below this) is the actual word-for-word messages from the pictures of the four cards you see – to everyone. These readings are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it. So, go ahead and pick the sentences you feel are yours and decide whether to encourage or reject them for yourself.

Did you come here for your predictions? – You are done now – See you tomorrow. The family of commenters here would love for you to join in (the very last thing, at the bottom).

Tarot Readings: To Have No Fear, to Not Be Stressed (Fool and Nine of Swords)
You are self-sufficient; why worry about having it all?

Be fearless and you are as secure, all by yourself, as you want to be.

I am not afraid to be alone: That is what I want.

Not up nights anymore since I live in the place I want.

When she wants to get on his nerves, she is just not home.

What, me worry? – I got everything I want right here at home.

When you’re single, you have no worries unless you want them.

They want you there because you are so competent they don’t worry.

I just wanna be rich and have no worries, ya know?

Being fearless got her what she wanted: a private peaceful life.

To hell with being stressed out – enjoy what you have where you are.

Disengage both to what you want and what you fear, and you’re self-reliant.

Tarot Readings: Living With My Stress and Fears (Nine of Pentacles and Nine of Swords)

I just want to have my own home, that is what I worry about.

Scary thought: Until what you have is all yours, you don’t have it all.

I don’t know what I want so I worry about being alone.

When you’re the one in charge, you have stress – I just want to not think about all that.

What I want is to have only myself to worry about, you know?

I enjoy ditching my anxieties and being self-confident.

She won’t bother anybody if she feels in control of her domain.

I don’t know what you are afraid of, you have the life you want.

Having it all and being responsible for it would only get on my nerves.

I want to be free of angst and beholden to no man.

They want you to worry as if you’ve got something of your own.

She mourns by herself, she doesn’t want to be anywhere with anyone.

The grief of not having the person you want, being alone in the world.

Not having it all is your nightmare when you do have it all by yourself.

Are you letting concern about having it all keep you from having it all?

Now,  Part Two,

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing section below. This tells about the combined four pictures in the Tarot Readings – the pictures above here.  It explains how these four cards get together in your mind to make the messages. HERE ARE PHRASES FOR ALL SIX 2-CARD COMBINATIONSis a stream-of-consciousness bridge to your subconscious if you use it regularly – people report.

*Go to Learn Tarot by Pictures.  It is what each of the four cards, by itself, has to say.  It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in today’s Spread. All the words of each Tarot card reading you see here are a phrase-by-phrase translation of the scene pictured on those cards: no filler, no psychic impressions, no spirit guide. Word-for-word Tarot Verbatim™.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim™ works.

This is a group reading, with no Questioner and no Question to limit what the cards say, so there’s more variety – even contradictions – and also the pronouns are more flexible. If it feels like it’s yours, and it says ‘he,’ and you’re a ‘she,’ feel free to adopt it anyway.

.

Nine of Pentacles and Nine of Cups         Both Nine of Pentacles and Nine of Cups ‘have it all.’ Neither he nor she is a philanthropist. Nine of Pentacles owns her own enterprise and/or home, is independent and self-sufficient (but not retired, usually); she often is in charge of or manages an enterprise of some sort. She does not care, she does not worry, she has whatever she wants, mainly peace – a private and peaceful existence. She is competent in her position, probably has a niche or skill that makes her valuable, and she is secure.

Nine of Cups      (burp!) has it all and ate it all and drank it all; he stands for excess and also getting what you want – all of what you want, doing it your way, having it your way. But he also stands for the thing(s) a person wants.

Fool and Nine of Swords        On either side of having whatever you want and being secure is ‘not worrying’ and ‘worrying.’ Fool is Alfred E. Neuman’s ‘What, me worry?’ Fool is to be free, free of, and/or carefree, to not worry, to have no baggage and ‘travel light,’ to not know or not think, be heedless. Fool is also being ‘not there’ or not present. It often calls up ‘just’ and ‘only’ to express a casual devaluing of something. Its deeper meaning is dormant in today’s spread.

Nine of Swords is worrying, anxiety, not sleeping, fear, getting on my nerves, having something to worry about, being stressed out (or stress itself). It is also grief and nightmare.

Fool and Nine of Pentacles        Both Fool and Nine of Pentacles are free of attachments and don’t care. Nine of Pentacles has it all and Fool is free of it all.

The point of this spread is one’s attitude about one’s position and possessions in life: whether to worry before or after ‘having it all,’ whether to let concerns about having it all keep one from going there.

LEARN TAROT BY PICTURES

Fool      Not being attached is Fool’s underlying core meaning; that spiritual life means not being focused on the physical, that the spiritual life is irrelevant and even silly in the physical world. (Fool doesn’t go around preaching that, though.) The illustration of prancing off a cliff on a summer walk with your dog in the wilderness, and carrying no supplies for the trip: That is how this core meaning is expressed … so you don’t get it. Fool is to be free, free of, and/or carefree, to not worry, to have no baggage and ‘travel light,’ to not know or not think, be oblivious or heedless. It is also being ‘not there’ or not present. Sometimes it reflects the absence of something or someone. It often calls up ‘just’ and ‘only’ to express a casual devaluing of something.

Nine of Pentacles       This lady is self-made, has made a life for herself that she is in control of, a life that allows her to be in an elaborate robe in her vineyard with her falcon friend in the middle of the afternoon. Nine of Pentacles owns her own enterprise and/or home, is independent and self-sufficient (but not retired, usually); she often is in charge of or manages an enterprise of some sort. But she need not be wealthy and powerful at all: The point is, she is content. She does not care, she does not worry, she has whatever she wants, mainly peace – a private and peaceful existence. She is competent in her position, probably has a niche or skill that makes her valuable, and she is secure.

Nine of Cups      Just look at him. This is one of those easy obvious Rider Waite Tarot cards you don’t have to look up the meaning in the book for. Nine of Cups (burp!) has it all and ate it all and drank it all; he stands for excess and also getting what you want – all of what you want, doing it your way, having it your way. The main meaning of this card in a spread is that things are going your way. Sometimes it stands for phrases about what you want, though.

Nine of Swords      Speaking of Rider Waite Tarot cards whose meaning is apparent! A person in the middle of the night is sitting up in bed holding his hands to his face in that universal gesture of grief or horror or a bad dream. Nine of Swords is worrying, anxiety, not sleeping, fear, getting on my nerves, having something to worry about, being stressed out (or stress itself). It is also grief and nightmare. Sometimes it is advice to get some sleep, or refers to the fact someone is up nights (as in the night shift).
