Three of Pentacles and Six of Pentacles Both Six of Pentacles’ and Three of Pentacles’ main meanings are those two things. They both describe mutual respect; giving others the attention they deserve; a give-and-take relationship; a fair exchange or deal; being paid what you are worth and paying others what they are worth; money in contract or deal.
