Tarot Readings for You for December 15-16, 2018

GUIDANCE         When it comes to derring-do*, you either do or you don’t. Take it on a case-by-case basis. When there’s some danger, some risk, some adventurous opportunity, or when a troublemaker is up to something, sometimes you don’t know, sometimes you ignore the pest, sometimes you pursue an unsuspecting troublemaker, and, well, sometimes it’s you who are pulling something off or sneaking out of town, or quietly getting even so no one knows. We cover all these eventualities here today. (Be on the lookout, either way. It looks like today is a good day to get away with something.)

TAROT READINGS: TAKE CHANCES, GET AHEAD (SEVEN OF SWORDS AND KNIGHT OF WANDS)

Damn the torpedoes; full speed ahead.

It’s a long shot, but – may as well pursue it.

I guess it was risky, but it got me ahead fast.

I outfox Mr. Hotshot without even knowing I did.

Somehow or another, you get that troublemaker outta here.

Once you get past the tricky part, you are home free.

You may as well take a chance and go through with it.

Pursuing subconscious adventure.

There’s no danger – full speed ahead.

Going out of town where no one knows me for an adventure.

You get ahead through a back door somehow.

Fool.………..……….

TAROT READINGS: I WASN’T THERE TO DO THAT CAPER (FOOL AND SEVEN OF SWORDS)

I wasn’t there – I was out of town when he got his comeuppance.

Get ahead by letting lobbyists do the dirty work.

I seem to be a risk-taker, but I’m outta there.

He gets out of here before anyone knows he is a thief.

The guilty party is gone before you know it.

He flees and is not at the scene of the crime.

Get on with just forgetting the whole thing and get out of there.

He moves around so fast people are oblivious to this bad boy.

Far be it from me to pursue revenge.

.………..……….

TAROT READINGS: SO FAST YOU DON’T KNOW (FOOL AND KNIGHT OF WANDS)

You don’t know the risks when you are in a rush.

Pursue that unsuspecting mischief-maker.

And I’m up for the adventure – let’s get on with it.

It’s tricky, and there’s no way I’m going to rush through it.

Not paying attention, so the man cheats and gets away with it.

When you ignore and they keep after you, there’s something in it for them.

The way he left in such a hurry, I assume he was up to something.

Oblivious to the speed being dangerous.

I didn’t know he was fooling around out of town.

You don’t know the shortcuts to pulling it off fast.

You had no idea that speed is illegal.

Fool – Seven of Swords – Knight of Wands

.

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING and

                LEARN TAROT BY PICTURES

.………..………. .……..…….. Seven of Swords, like Nine of Swords, tends to be the star card (the one the others relate to more than they relate to other citizens of the spread). Here it is in the middle – the daring act, danger, getting away with something, sneaking off, disarming the foe, outsmarting, revenge, and general gutsy stuff.

To the left of Seven of Swords is Fool, who is oblivious, ignoring, or just going with the natural flow at the moment … but who also wasn’t there, and left no fingerprints. To the right is full-speed-ahead Knight of Wands who, with Seven of Swords next to him, may be making a getaway from a crime or a caper. He also adds the idea of speed or hurry to the story the three of them are telling us.

Today is a good day to pull off something and get away with it, or to have that happen to you … or both, since we cover getting even (revenge) along with all the other dramas of the day.

.

.

GET A SINGLE CARD’S MEANINGS: TYPE ITS NAME AND ‘TAROT VERBATIM’ INTO GOOGLE.

Fool……. Who, me? I didn’t do it. I wasn’t even there.

I may as well, what the heck?

Let him do whatever, it’s none of my business.

I had no idea what was going on.

Fool is all of these today. He is a general-purpose covers-all-bases kind of guy card anyway. That’s because, one may surmise, he is the zero, the cipher, the number-fellow who has no value of his own but changes the value of his fellow number-beings by being in their vicinity.

The core meaning of this many-splendored Tarot person is living on the ‘out there’ spiritual plane right down-here in the body. A person who does that is distracted, absent-minded, optimistic and unafraid to deal with anything because it’s all the same to him or her, he or she doesn’t live here anyway … has dual citizenship.

Fool is a youth who is taking his dog for a walk somewhere, carrying almost no provisions, and not looking where he is going. He is about to skip over a cliff, but is expected not to because, well, God protects fools and drunks.

Seven of Swords …….. Here’s that bad guy – the sneak, the cheater, the criminal, the shoplifter, that double-crossing weasel with all the guts, the nerve. Here’s also you, carving off your piece of the guts and the nerve to pull off an adventure, get even, disarm and outsmart the foe. So Seven of Swords can be a dangerous mission, a criminal out to harm and steal, assault or kill, and can be pulling off an against-the-odds achievement.

Seven of Swords is also about self-harm and self-destruction. This part of his lexicon comes from his carrying heavy blades with his bare hands. Sneaking into enemy camp brings in outfoxing the foe, disarming and violating defenses – which of course includes trespassing and double-crossing. Think of those red socks as ‘hot-footing it out of there.’

Knight of Wands……Knight of Wands covers both ‘full speed ahead’ and ‘getting out of Dodge.’ Speed is the constant in Knight of Wands’ dictionary, as is ‘out of town’ and ‘moving on up.’ Getting ahead fast and being one step ahead of whatever is chasing you, that’s Knight of Wands. You can see how he and Seven of Swords would hang out together. With Seven of Swords being the criminal getting away, and Knight of Wands fleeing, you can see fleeing the law here. With Seven of Swords being taking a chance, a risky endeavor, you can see ‘pursuing a chancy opportunity’ for these two as well.

Seven of Swords and Knight of Wands both relate to ‘getting away with it’ and getting away. (And Fool, of course, wasn’t involved, either.)

.

.

To dare, or not to dare; that is the question. Whether to pull it off if I can get away with it, or whether to run from the whole risk. I didn’t know that man was cheating on me until he was gone from here. I don’t know whether I will get away with *what it takes to get ahead fast* or not. I’ll just sneak out of town and no one will know. It’s a long shot, but, heck, I’ll just pursue it anyway. I outfox that bad guy without even knowing I did. And I’m up for the adventure – let’s get on with it.

.

.

Our Daily Spread for November 20, 2011 Sunday ©

Advice is that a woman who can handle anything,  and does a lot for a man,  could be up to no good.  The road to perdition is paved with her good deeds for you.  Conversely,  the woman who instinctively babies her dude can fall victim to a bad one.  The key factor identified here is  ‘not paying attention’  and  ‘before you know it.’  We also speak of how being in a rush leads to mistakes  –  on the road, too.

(At the time of production,  there’s no way to correct the lack of spaces after punctuation.  I am writing around it now!

Fool

Is this the first time you come here?  Well … what to do:

*Go to Advice above which is a summary of the Messages.  (Advice is everyone’s favorite part.)

*Go to Daily Message Tarot Analysis below.  One or more of those sentences has something to say to you.  Intuitively pick those out.  They are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it.  (It  is a group message like a horoscope,  except Tarot isn’t based on someone else’s birth data,  so it can be specific, accurate, detailed and direct.  Our experiment here is  “How much more accurate is it?”)

Did you come here for your predictions?  –  You are done now  –  See you tomorrow.  Without a question to focus the answer,  four cards can mean contradictory things especially when the Spread has a card that negates other cards.  Without a question also the pronouns in a group reading are more flexible,  especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads.  When a pronoun is in parentheses,   feel very free to substitute.   The question in a  ‘real’  individual reading supplies at least half the information!

Queen of Pentacles

Fool  –  Knight of Wands  –  Moon

DAILY MESSAGE TAROT ANALYSIS  Tell the visitors here something useful and meaningful to them.

Romantic Perspective  –  Woman who Takes Care/Can Handle (Queen of Pentacles)

His Perspective

May as well let this perverted lady who is after you do her … whatever.

She is up to no good pursuing him by doing things for him,  and he doesn’t know.

I’m doomed,  I may as well just let her chase me and possess me.

Well,  that was a big blunder,  I guess I will pursue a woman who cares for me now.

She runs his business,  he doesn’t even know when it’s in trouble:  His energy is on getting it going.

If I’m going in the wrong direction,  my woman will take care of things without me knowing even.

She is possessive to the point of obsession,  but he doesn’t care,  he just keeps going.

Running from the woman,  had no idea she was twisted.

Instinctual fear to run away from a woman who can handle you.

As fast as he senses a woman is the type to take him over,  he runs away in fear.

No idea this gal who babies him is an avid practitioner of bad magic.

Her Perspective

She is investing her energy in him even if it’s wrong.

She is not aware the guy who is pursuing her is a criminal.

She has no idea the guy in her care is an escaped criminal.

She has the ability to get him to chase her,  no idea he is a weirdo.

She is getting out of here so fast,  it was just a mistake on her part.

Guys who need mothering just come to her;  it’s a curse.

She can make a fellow forget about going all the wrong places.

She can get a fella going in the wrong direction without him even suspecting.

She puts a guy on the road to hell and he will never know.

She gets a man in lust with her and taking out after her before he even knows it.

She Handles a Nasty Situation (Queen of Pentacles + Moon)

There’s a bad situation she is taking care of,  so she may as well get on down the road.

She isn’t concerned with this right now,  there’s a bad situation she is zooming off to take care of.

I guess that’s a murky situation she is handling in such a hurry.

Just let it fester and go about your business,  she can handle it.

She is handling a really nasty situation that no one is to know about,  as fast as she can.

She has the ability to drive through the swamp,  just let her.

If she isn’t there to back me up,  it’s a mistake to pursue it.

Bookkeeper (Queen of Pentacles)

No one knows the bookkeeper has wreaked havoc until he/she is down the road.

Fools rush in where bookkeepers fear to tread.

Bookkeeper won’t know if she does it wrong when she is in a hurry.

Traffic Perspective (Knight of Wands)

Speeding the wrong way,  not looking where she is going.

The drunk driver never saw the woman

Miscellaneous

Let’s just get the heck out of this stinky creepy place of hers.

Now,  Part Two,

Do you want to know a little,  or a lot,  about how this Tarot Verbatim ™ thing works?  If so,

*Go to Meanings and Illustrations:  Observation of the Spread section below.  This tells about the combined four pictures in the Daily Spread  –  the pictures above here.  It explains how these four cards get together to mean things.

*Go to Meanings and Illustrations:  Individual Rider Waite Tarot Cards.  It is what each of the four cards,  by itself,  has to say.  It describes how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in this Spread.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim ™ works.

Say hello back!  Comment!  I spend two hours a day or more writing these to you.  Remember to share your experience about our experiment here if you have words for it.  Read others’ comments.

And you can call me at the 800 99 3 6 9 12 number from Eastern 1 p. m. to Eastern 1 a. m. at least, every day. (3-6-9-12 like a clock.  It makes a pattern on the phone as well  –  easy to remember.)  I analyze business situations and personal relationships accurately from both Tarot and practical perspectives, and even make it fun.  (Testimonials are on the web site.  https://emilysinsight.com.)

Queen of Pentacles

Fool  –  Knight of Wands  –  Moon

MEANINGS AND ILLUSTRATIONS:  OBSERVATION OF THE SPREAD

Moon is always trouble,  a mistake,  all-round bad stuff.  First thing you notice.

Then we have being oblivious,  not thinking,  being unaware (Fool) and being in a hurry or rush,  speeding (Knight of Pentacles).  These three are a recipe for disasters.  All three of them involve the road in one way or another,  too.

There’s a lot you can do with these three that Queen of Pentacles keeps you from doing.  She is the spoiler card that limits their expressions.  The woman who is able,  can handle,  is motherly and possessive and backs her man in his endeavors.  Now,  I have said before she is potentially witchy if there is something that brings it out,  or if that theme is in the question.  Moon is that card par excellence.  So  ‘Evil Woman’  is here.

MEANINGS AND ILLUSTRATIONS:  INDIVIDUAL RIDER WAITE TAROT CARDS

Fool operates on instinct,  out of the subconscious,  and is oblivious to real-world reality.  Its deeper meaning is living  ‘out there’  in the mental and/or spiritual planes and not quite,  therefore,  inhabiting the physical consciousness. That this  ‘works.’  Which it does,  for some people at least.  Different drummer stuff.  He is pictured about to skip off a cliff with his little dog,  nose in air,  on a journey with no provisions to speak of.

In real-world readings,  being oblivious to reality does not turn out well.  Imagine that.

Knight of Wands Over the road,  speeds,  is in a hurry or rush.  Is pursuing or fleeing or even escaping.  Has a lot of energy and is using it right now.  Illustration is him on his horse who is reared up as the wind whips the fellow’s clothes.

Moon “The worst card in the deck,”  we say.  It means things like wrong and evil and foul,  as well as blunder and mistake.  What is pictured is  ‘The Left Hand Path’  known as the road to perdition or hell.  It shows a swamp with a lobster about to go on a land journey and a coyote hanging out with a dog (natural enemies consorting).  The two towers mean something foul in occultism,  as well.

Queen of Pentacles The woman who can … can handle anything,  can run her man’s business,  can be so possessive she engulfs the fellow she is babying or taking care of or caring for.  She can be on the witchy side,  especially when she is set next to the Left Hand Path.  (See the goat head on her throne?)  She can make or break a fellow,  and it’s interesting that we also have the Knight of Wands who is either/or running away from or pursuing.

Being pictured with the huge coin of gold in her lap suggests being the handler of the money or the bookkeeper.  She is surrounded by symbols of fertility,  and is considered the administrator of an estate,  often her husband’s estate.
