Guidance     It's all about how we are limited by being a member of one or another group – limited in our thinking.  We censor our own thoughts to keep them within the bounds of our loyalties.  “I'm a fill in the blankand you're a fill in the blankso we can't (whatever).”  Ordering your thinking around who instead of considering the concept itself is a way of keeping yourself down.
