Guidance

I had no idea I was going to say that – it just popped out of my mouth! Enlightenment comes upon an ordinary bloke who is blissfully unaware. He is unaware of what a grouch he has become, too. Let it be known to all that I am free of that married fellow. Surprises happen when you are passionate about having an open mind.

Could This Be You?

Picture this: You look at the cards in your spread.
You immediately get an idea because you know a few of them intimately.
AND you know a system that works because you have had a few
Tarot Email Training emails from Emily.

GUIDANCE Did you come here for Your Daily Predictions? Good! Guidance provides your predictions in a summary. It is the Guidance received for you through three Rider Waite Tarot™ cards, using Tarot Verbatim™.

GROUP TAROT READINGS Here are several one-sentence readings that are predictions for you and the people around you for today and the days around it. Here Tarot is talking to you: These sentences express word-for-word, verbatim, the meanings of those three Tarot cards. You choose which sentences apply to you, and you choose whether to encourage them or not.

SYNOPSIS Located right after the Group Tarot Cards Reading sentences, is a deeper expression of today’s Guidance. Read this too for your predictions. Here you complete your predictions experience. The rest of the page is more about learning to love and learn Tarot Verbatim™.

LEARN TAROT CARDS BY PICTURES Are you ready to begin learning Tarot Verbatim™? Here your in-depth meanings come alive for each of the three cards! In Tarot Verbatim™, pictures make the meaning, so each card is like a person you know and remember.

WITHOUT THE PICTURES For the true seeker of Tarot knowledge, here is what you need to know about how the three cards in today’s spread affect one another, and how to apply Tarot Verbatim™. Here too the cards come alive, together.

WHERE EACH PHRASE COMES FROM At a glance, with a color for each card, your subconscious picks up on how the sentences of GROUP TAROT CARDS READING came to be. You feel how individual card meanings reach out and blend, unite, into a sentence. (You can learn this – yes, you!) Your subconscious awareness sees the image and its feeling and your conscious awareness sees the language meaning, the text… so your two minds focus together to see 3D, three dimensionally, the same way your two eyes see depth that one eye does not.

PHRASES FOR ALL THREE TWO CARD COMBINATIONS Are you ready for the final step of this revolutionary Tarot Verbatim™ technique? Now to make it exceedingly plain and simple, we list the expressions each pair of cards makes. We list them in paragraph form rather than itemized so that they flow, and your subconscious clicks into place and ‘gets it.’ You may even find flashes of dreams or intuitive realities as you read these, at times.

The Rider Waite Tarot™ deck is a data bank in mass consciousness that your subconscious can communicate with. Tarot Verbatim™ is the Rosetta Stone that makes that communication easy because it is a bridge between conscious and subconscious thought. When both your levels of awareness focus together, you think intuitively in real time in ‘the real world.’

Bon voyage!

Synopsis

That first enlightenment, when you are just basic human material, is a sea change. But you aren’t much aware of it because, well, the insight module isn’t installed yet. Other people see him as no longer the open mouth with the closed mind, but as the open mind with the closed mouth.

King of Wands

King of Wands

Christians have a word for King of Wands: the natural man. It’s a slur from their perspective. Doing what comes naturally is not Biblical. King of Wands reflects the Middle Ages concept of fiery nature attributed to redheads because red is associated with salamanders (See his pet salamander and salamanders in the pattern above his throne.), and salamanders breathe fire. They called them dragons in Europe in those days because somehow these lizards belched a little foggy stuff. The poor things went extinct, what with knights having to make a name for themselves.

So King of Wands is Archie Bunker: impulsive, uninhibited, opinionated, irritable and edgy.

Fool

Fool

Fool as the zero is the starting point, so he represents whatever was before creation happened: the potentiality. Needless to say, not many stories are going to involve that directly. Think of Fool as the blank, the open mind before anything fell into it. The deepest level of Fool is that a spiritual adept is exempt from some physical reality. But we are not using that much either, are we?

So Fool isn’t paying attention, is dissociated from what’s going on below. This is the nut of its practical applications. Fool is not knowing, being oblivious to reality, being ignorant of the fact, being devil-may-care. Fool ignores an acts as if, or acts as if not. Fool doesn’t mind and doesn’t care. Sometimes he is an assumption, and sometimes he is not present!

Judgement

Judgment

Judgment has meanings to spare! We use quite a few of them, and they all grow out of the angel blowing the horn so loud people suddenly begin life again, becoming their next self. So today we use: become, comes alive, suddenly, changes from, again, all of a sudden, gets over, and next. Judgment is a citizen of the speak/call/say/tell/announce theme, and we make use of that, along with ‘holler’ which combines the speak/say/tell theme with the ‘loud noise’ meaning of Judgment. We also use ‘promoted,’ since promotion is a new phase of life.

Now Without The Pictures

Fool is ‘footloose and fancy free.’ It comes from being the ‘zero,’ the placeholder, the cipher, in the deck. Fool is associated with youth, with optimism and with not knowing, being oblivious. Fool is the subconscious – the lead card for all things subconscious. The zero is a nascent stage – that’s how that meaning gets to be his. So Fool lives ‘out there’ and is ‘not with us.’

King of Wands is the polar opposite of Fool. King of Wands is very much in the physical world and is a very plugged-in hands-on physical man – the impulsive, edgy, irritated, uninhibited common man. The redhead. You could say the red-blooded redhead. (The redhead thing actually accounts for his meanings. You can find that story on this site if you just Google ‘King of Wands Tarot Verbatim.’

But in their very different ways, Fool and King of Wands are both acting naturally, letting it flow. Fool is tuned into nonphysical reality as he traipses to cliff edge leading his charmed life (?fools and drunks?). King of Wands is letting it flow from his body chemistry, reacting to whatever stimulus he encounters.

So how appropriate that our other card means a change, a new life, and recovering.

Judgment and Fool are both about newborn experience. Fool is coming out of nowhere, and Judgment is being reborn or is starting anew.

Biographies today. He has no idea what a grouch he has become. He’s your man, he just forgets to talk to you. He hollers when he has a tantrum, but it don’t mean a thing. He gets over his mad as if it had never happened.

Tarot Readings for You for July 4, 2018 Wednesday© Email

Here’s a special Wednesday treat for all of you who do your own Tarot using this site as a library of combined meanings of Tarot cards. The treat is a peek into why your question should include pertinent factors that the cards are not precise about. The big factors are dates, person(s), and time.

Ask ‘who did it’ and you get a description you may not recognize. Ask the motive of who did it, and you will get a description of the scene that usually tells you whodunit. Don’t ask ‘when’ about anything because Tarot is mass-consciousness based ‘out there’ or ‘in there’ somewhere, and isn’t earthbound with clocks and calendars. Instead, you ask ‘Will X happen in Y time?’ as I call it. Not ‘When will he call?’ but ‘Will he call this week?’ That converts the question into a yes-or-no one which Tarot will answer well (or pretty well) giving details that are applicable (cogent).

First thing here is the question I did answer for our client ‘as modified.’ She wants to know ‘what a relationship is going to become,’ not specifying the relationship. Tarot Verbatim is fine (is excellent, really) with that. With no background, however, once the cards talk about marriage and leaving or switching, you as the reader don’t know who’s who. The answer is to be from Client’s perspective, but you don’t know which position Client occupies unless that is in the ‘history.’ And there’s no history required in these cold Email readings. This is why the instructions on the Email Reading tab suggest saying whether love interest is married

I wrote Client, and when she did not respond right away, simply modified the question to include just Dude and her. That is the first set of spreads you see.

Then Client answers with history and perspectives. Tarot did rise to the occasion in its answer.

THEN I include the original set of cards which are confusing to apply if you don’t know the history. Now, you can put these together and see how to handle this – how to phrase a general relationship question which gives no identity of parties or background.

If you subscribe to Tarot Email Training, you know things like this about doing readings and forming questions. Click Here to try that out.

You can also get email readings just like these for a mere $18.75. (Sometimes you wait. These are underpriced because I love doing them, so other parts of the work come first, AND the email readings require peace-and-quiet which isn’t scheduled on my calendar (or yours?).

And by the way, you can also call for a telephone reading and ask that the pertinent cards be identified and explained for you. I do a lot of that.

Question: What will I see this relationship situation actually become in the real world in the next, say, three months?

Note the last cards of the last three spreads are about marriage: King of Wands is the husband card in Tarot Verbatim™; Queen of Wands, the wife card; Ten of Cups, one of two good marriage cards.

Emily writes to Client, re the first set of spreads:

This looks like a married man who has ‘the other woman.’  And it looks like that stressed guy you can’t make up his mind but is being affectionate.

If I type up what I have, it may not make sense without me knowing who’s who.

I will wait a while for you to respond, and write these spreads down, and ask the question again limiting the answer to just him and you.

Client writes to Emily re the above Note:

Hi Emily,

Thank you for this.

He is not married, but recently divorced with all sorts of drama with manipulative ex and 2 very manipulative/manipulated kids.

In this sense, even though we are very much in a committed relationship (it’s been almost 2 years, and we met well after his separation but during the final months of divorce litigation), I guess I am the other woman because of all the claws and fangs still gripping him and pulling him in directions his heart does not agree with?

I should add that he has said many time that he will “never get married again”… perhaps he is conflicted about that belief and the prospect of me walking away from him and the drama that he may have to continue to deal with for the next several years…

Emily writes to Client,

This thread of conversation here is a perfect example of the limitations of verbatim Tarot – a perfect example of what should be put in a question to get a focused answer (because the question best contains what the cards are likely to be imprecise about).

I am thinking of publishing it along with the original spread that I replaced when I asked another question limiting the answer to ‘just you and he.’

How do you feel about that?  Your name isn’t mentioned, of course.

Client writes to Emily

Sure, go for it.  Thanks!

Our Daily Spread for The Fourth of July! Enjoy The Sun Today!

Advice pictures a workingman who gets an idea and acts upon it before he knows he has. It pictures a man whose passion overcomes him before he knows it, or who has such a sexual experience he ‘goes out of himself.’ Anger may have overcome our guy or he may be the edgy, irritated sort. He may not be aware of how sexy, or how angry, he is. Fool ===================================================================================

Is this the first time you come here? Well … what to do:

*Go to Daily Message Tarot Analysis below. At least one of those sentences has something to say to you. Pick those out. They are about you and the people around you. They are about today and the days around it. (It is a group message like a horoscope, except Tarot isn’t based on someone else’s birth data, so it can be specific, accurate, detailed and direct. Our experiment here is “How much more accurate is it?”)

The Question for weekdays is: “Tell the visitors here something useful and meaningful to them.”

The Question for weekends is stated right on top on those days. Comment or call if you have a suggestion for a question.

(Some days are ‘keep an eye open for’ and some days are ‘green light, go fast.’)

*Go to Advice to apply what those sentences say (in the best way) for you. (Advice is everyone’s favorite part.) Did you come here for your predictions? – You are done now – See you tomorrow.

Without a question to focus the answer, four cards can mean contradictory things especially when the Spread has a card that negates other cards. Without a question also the pronouns in a group reading are more flexible, especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads. When a pronoun is in parentheses, feel very free to substitute. The question in a ‘real’ individual reading supplies at least half the information!

==================================================================== PAGE OF PENTACLES KING OF WANDS, FOOL, ACE OF WANDS DAILY MESSAGE TAROT ANALYSIS Tell the visitors here something useful and meaningful to them. He may as well be himself, assert himself, when he is this excited. Sex with your husband is what’s on her mind: (He) isn’t aware of it. So passionate in bed he forgets himself. He isn’t going to let this emotion get the best of him. Doesn’t care if it makes him a redneck, he is gonna do it. Husband is acting as if he isn’t thinking about sex. He feels he is a commoner, has no idea how sexy he looks. So frustrated when (he) forgets his point. You have no idea the sexy thoughts he is thinking, how frustrated he is. Doesn’t even think of husband sexually. Realizing how forceful you are going to have to be to get the point across to this edgy lout. He doesn’t look the part of the workingman at all. Absolutely no thought in his head about being a married man. The one thing on his mind is to be free of being a married guy. His first priority is to be free, he is so irritated. Asserting himself when he is angry – that’s not who he is at all. Seized with an idea before he even knew it, an idea he is passionate about. ====================================================================

Now, Part Two,

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim ™ thing works? If so,

*Go to the first Meanings and Illustrations section below. This tells about the combined four pictures in the Daily Spread – the pictures above here. It explains how these four cards get together to mean things. Then you can

*Go to the second Meanings and Illustrations. It is what each of the four cards, by itself, has to say. It describes how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in this Spread.

You can put all this together and see yourself how Tarot Verbatim ™ works.

Those are each assertive male cards. Then we have the Page of Pentacles: one’s image (self or public), thinking, having an idea. Pages tend to represent men. Right in the middle of this is the Fool who don’t know nothin’ – who is oblivious, who ignores, who acts as if, or acts as if it’s not – who assumes, who doesn’t care – blasé is is word. He is an unselfconscious as the Page of Pentacles is self-conscious. Meanings and Illustrations: Individual Rider Waite Tarot Cards King of Wands is the married man, is your or her husband. He is the workingman or redneck, the angry, irritated, edgy common feller. He is also the decent hardworking husband (and father) and provider. Fool is the devil-may-care attitude, being oblivious to the reality, ignorant of the facts, who ignores. He also acts as if – or acts as if not. He is about assuming, not minding, not caring. See, in the illustration, he is skipping to the edge of a cliff whilst looking up, and so is his faithful canine. Ace of Wands is assertive, sexual, is the main point, is totally and absolutely … The photo shows a penis-looking board with a right hand holding it up, and it’s sprouting: Can you say ‘fertility symbol’? Page of Pentacles is as self-conscious as the Fool is unselfconscious. This is about my image, how I look to myself and others, my appearance. He means thought, an idea, and he is a student, concentrating and learning – an apprentice.

Advice is ‘Oh, just forget about it; put it behind. Go on with life and things will be better. He doesn’t call – the cranky old flame? – well, heck with him, and on to the next. A man is married and not free to leave; he isn’t young and wants no part of passion now. He has come to his senses and gone. Whatever. Some drama, some soap opera of the past is being erased, and you had best enjoy that smell of fresh air.

Six of Swords

King of Wands, Fool, Four of Cups

DAILY MESSAGE TAROT ANALYSIS Tell the visitors here something useful and meaningful to them.

The Woman’s Perspective of Romance

Assume times will be better when you don’t talk to husband.

Husband won’t communicate, he is off somewhere.

Forgets with the passing of time and does not acknowledge there ever was any husband.

Won’t get over the passionate man until you move away.

Won’t be free of husband until he departs.

He’s a married man who won’t leave, so forget about him.

He’s a married man who isn’t free, so leave him.

Assume he doesn’t want you and just leave the grump.

Optimism fades away when the hot-to-trot fella doesn’t call.

Her old flame she hasn’t forgotten.

The Man’s Perspective of Romance

The man isn’t forgetting his passion as time goes by.

Husband won’t be free until he departs.

Frustrated angry man cannot forget the past he is putting behind him.

He is so free of the past it’s as if it never existed, he isn’t even frustrated about it.

Husband isn’t even thinking about leaving.

He is mad about it; it’s not ‘out of sight, out of mind.’

He overlooks he was mad when he refused to leave.

He is married and not free to leave.

He forgets his mad when they don’t leave.

He doesn’t acknowledge his passion, it fades in time and he forgets it.

He isn’t optimistic any more, his passion fades.

He isn’t young any more, he does not want any part of passion.

He isn’t lighthearted any more, but he isn’t angry anymore, either.

Meanings and Illustrations: Observation of the Spread

After all these philosophical spreads, we are back to a man-woman thing. (I was hoping I would not lose my audience here!) Our four Rider Waite Tarot cards mean husband or angry or passionate man; just forget about it or assume; not acknowledge, refuse; and get over it, put it behind. The stories arising from these four are varied, but are notes on the same old soap opera.

Six of Swords and Fool mean putting it behind, and mean optimism (in very different ways). Times will be better because they were so miserable, the Six of Swords says. And Fool is a ‘What, me worry?’ kind of optimism in Tarot Verbatim’s ™ Rider Waite.

Fool means to ignore, and Four of Cups means to refuse to acknowledge, to refuse to consider.

With three cards meaning: ignore it; don’t pay attention to it; and put it behind, we have to have a cranky kind of narrative going. After all, the other card is the angry, frustrated husband or passionate man.

Meanings and Illustrations: Individual Rider Waite Tarot Cards

King of Wands is the aforesaid grumpy, angry, frustrated, irritated man or husband. He has been showing up here lately. Anyone claim him? His illustration is the red headed fellow dressed in red, a salamander by him, and a board in his right hand not fit for the king that he is. He is the commoner at heart and the husband all women are annoyed by, but could be your old flame too, with a modifier.

Fool is a frequent visitor at our cafe, too, lately. The focus of this multipurpose Rider Waite Tarot card is being free or free of. Forget it – out of mind – or overlook it as if it never were. Or assume it. Then there’s the ‘isn’t even,’ and isn’t present category.

Fool’s illustration is the youth who is heedlessly and recklessly setting out unprepared on a journey with no provisions for himself or his dog. They won’t need them anyway, because they are going to go over the cliff.

Four of Cups is a very simple card and is one of the negators (cards that cancel another out with a negative modifier – like don’t, won’t isn’t, not). To refuse, to not acknowledge, to not want, to not communicate. Illustration shows a fella with his arms cross and head down, eyes averted as yet another cup is offered him by a disembodied hand. He sits cross-legged.

Six of Swords is something fading away as time goes by. Times will be better. The past you are putting behind and will be free of. It isn’t that way any more. He is off somewhere. Until you move away or until he departs.

Its illustration in Rider Waite Tarot is a woman and child huddled in a small rowboat. A friend is taking them away from the misery.
