Magician
Caught in the act of creating or preventing an event is our Magician, right hand raised to heaven, left hand earthward to ground himself in the transition between heaven and earth. This is what Magicians, and humans, do: channel happenings.

Ace of Cups
Although this Ace of Cups card has far-flung and numerous words and phrases to its name, they are apples that do not fall far from the tree when you know what it, and its picture, are all about. Today, we use eleven categories of Ace of Cups’ meanings.* This is a Roman Catholic cultured Tarot card, as are a few of Rider Waite’s. It depicts Holy Communion, and God’s spirit entering the consciousness of a person, entering and flowing through the whole body metabolism of a member, flowing into mass consciousness.
The dove of course is Holy Spirit, and it carries the wafer of the Communion ceremony, depositing it into a fountain (representing the human) from which flows the five senses (or five ‘bodily humors’ if you are going by Middle Ages culture) – flows into mass consciousness, represented by the large body of water with the water lilies.
So Ace of Cups is all good things including people who are good, God, positive effects on people around (you or whoever). Ace of Cups is a flow of any sort, which expands to include cooperation, going with the flow, comfortable and relaxing, ease and easy, getting along and cooperating, help, peace, and good health. Ace of Cups is ‘all benefit and no harm.’ Ace of Cups can translate ‘good,’ ‘better,’ and ‘best.’

Knight of Pentacles
Knight of Pentacles can be a bad-boy(a punk) in the company of, say, Seven of Swords and Ace of Wands, but not today in the company of Ace of Cups which removes harm.
Knight of Pentacles is a short stocky strong Type A dude, a man with muscles who is usually stubborn and/or driven. ‘One thing on his mind’ is his calling card, which can be determination, obsession, or his own self-interest.
Knight of Pentacles is a member of the Knowing clan of Tarot. This is a very very frequent translate for him.
