Guidance          I am a different person with people who are my superiors (in whatever category) than I am with my peers.    I can tell by our tone of voice.    As well, I am a different person when I am the superior.   It's almost a parental-type taboo that you don't want to be 'too familiar.'    Camaraderie occurs among peers most comfortably, doesn't it?    This bugs me sometimes.   Resolved: to make an effort to get over this hump and relate to people more directly and less along the lines ...
