Guidance

If you keep changing your mind, sooner or later you are right. I am encouraging myself to do just that … as soberly as I can … as I look at some things that may or may not make sense. It has come to this … questioning and coming to the opinion that maybe, just maybe I am sane and the world I am looking at is crazy … or is randomly insane.

GUIDANCE    Would vacation be half as much fun if we hadn't been through hell?, we ask. The pain was worth it when we graduate or have the baby. Some people have enjoyed a terrible childhood: Whether it's fun or whether it hurts, it's all perspective; it's all in your head. Some of us can cheer up by wallowing in morbid songs. The difference between adventure and nightmare is perspective too. Things are seldom as bad as we dread they will be. And it feels so good when you quit beating yourself up. Welcome to the antique phrase 'exquisite pain.'

Three of Swords
Sun, Page of Pentacles, Seven of Cups
He is a happy-go-lucky guy.  He feels animosity is senseless. Young immature argumentative  muddleheaded  fellow. His idea of fun is a free-for-all fight. All kinds of crazy ideas about getting out from under the restrictions he hates. He was just having fun when everything turned against him. In a messy divorce, he is free. All kinds of opposition to the idea of just leaving the house. Getting out from under the senseless restrictions, he is a rebel. His idea is to oppose all those unrelated items - just get loose from them. The idea makes no sense to him, he is opposed to freeing all of them willy-nilly. Unrestricted, uninhibited out-of-control rebellion in his opinion. Divorce that crazy uninhibited playboy. He is a rebel and an anarchist, he believes in ridiculous freedoms. Leaving the house and the rules he hates, he is out of control.
