Tarot Readings for You for September 26, 2014 Friday(c)

GUIDANCE Some highways of opportunity are unmarked, and many routes to it are back alleys. One 'oops' moment can make the difference between being a winner and being a loser, and that moment may pass unnoticed. Some of your best moves were blunders, you know. Sometimes bouncing back from some desperate hole is what puts you several rungs up on a ladder of success as desperation triggers creative thinking. Coincidence is destiny, and Lady Luck often guards the door to the storehouse. If y...

Tarot Readings for You for September 25, 2014 Thursday(c)

Guidance Today we are musing upon the back-and-forth trajectory of our lives on earth, and pointing out the fun of that. It's one kind of fun to fall off the wagon of, say, a bad habit, and another kind of fun to get back on the horse that threw us: Each are chapters. There's a time to be responsible, even to run the rat race, and a time to be irrepressible, uninhibited and spontaneous. That's called vacation or 'blowing this joint' sometimes. Today we suggest that both directions have the...

Tarot Readings for You for September 23, 2014 Tuesday(c)

Guidance Time out. Time to reflect: Put a bookmark on the action tab and ruminate and meditate upon your scene. Get alone and get quiet and just take yourself out of gear and coast awhile. Dreams, visions, intuition, psychic insight: All these develop in the quiet private spaces behind closed doors. Open up those doors and check what's in your account there ... might be interesting! We also suggest you look around for someone who, you have not quite let yourself notice, is getting a ri...

Tarot Readings for You for September 20, 2014 Saturday(c)

Guidance Sometimes I wonder how far I can trust reality. Is it real, or is it just real in my own context, and I'm not part of the bigger picture that would see this situation in a whole different light? This is not a contemplation for a sober person, if you know what I mean. It's a contemplation for a person who can make a hypothesis (a theory) and isolate it for 'later' as soon as the morning sun comes up. Today Tarot talks like this, about keeping to yourself and not fitting into oth...

Tarot Readings for You for September 18, 2014 Thursday(c)

Guidance Today we stand on the edge and look into the pit and contemplate the chances of a pitfall. We say things like these: “He will never make it all the way to hell. Mistakes you avoid are the profitable ones. I was too stable to go completely crazy. My walk on the wild side is how I am on top of things now. Times are good since I got my lost self back on the road. Doom isn't a sure thing. Being scared straight is a turning point. Near-death experiences change your perspective.” Our subjec...

Tarot Readings for You for September 14, 2014 Sunday(c)

Guidance Our face is in the back of our mind if we are like most people. As normals in the human herd, we vest part of our self-confidence and part of our self-respect in how successful we look financially and socially. We know we are rewarded financially and assessed socially based on the image of success we project, no matter what our level of spiritual sophistication is, no matter how brilliant we are. Since it's the sizzle, not the steak, that is to be rewarded, it behooves us to define...

Tarot Readings for You for September 13, 2014 Saturday(c)

Guidance Heading toward waking up but refusing to get up as the sun comes busting through the window. That's what it's like when we don't get it because we don't want to get it. That's what it's like as my mind drifts into places I don't want to go, places where flashes of insight turn into indelible enlightenment. I can't put the dream behind – it is burned onto the screen in the back of my mind. “I don't want to know; I just want to leave here for someplace better,” I tell the steering whee...

Tarot Readings for You for September 12, 2014 Friday(c)

Guidance Who am I? How many identities, how many memberships and sympathies are in the sphere of my self? Potentially, every one of these attachments has a cost and a benefit that is not apparent from within the you-sphere. You join and you belong: The costs and benefits are not apparent after you belong because they appear as another blip of Self on the screen of your feeling and thinking. Removing identities is a chore like removing a tick. Mostly, we don't contemplate that chore. However...

Tarot Readings for You for September 11, 2014 Thursday(c)

Guidance Questions, questions, questions! We go through the day being presented with all these ponderables, don't we? They're like flies at times, and enough's enough already! Is it wrong? Should I have not done it? Can I quit this? Does life have a purpose or is it a waste? What was that dream about? Can I be guilty if I didn't do it? Was that a wrong turn? Maybe I should just put up with this shit, and let them be dead wrong. If wondering about it drives me crazy, should I quit wondering? ...
