LEARN TAROT CARDS BY PICTURES Are you ready to begin learning Tarot Verbatim™? Here your in-depth meanings come alive for each of the three cards! In Tarot Verbatim™, pictures make the meaning, so each card is like a person you know and remember.

WITHOUT THE PICTURES For the true seeker of Tarot knowledge, here is what you need to know about how the three cards in today’s spread affect one another, and how to apply Tarot Verbatim™. Here too the cards come alive, together.

WHERE EACH PHRASE COMES FROM At a glance, with a color for each card, your subconscious picks up on how the sentences of GROUP TAROT CARDS READING came to be. You feel how individual card meanings reach out and blend, unite, into a sentence. (You can learn this – yes, you!) Your subconscious awareness sees the image and its feeling and your conscious awareness sees the language meaning, the text… so your two minds focus together to see 3D, three dimensionally, the same way your two eyes see depth that one eye does not.

PHRASES FOR ALL THREE TWO CARD COMBINATIONS Are you ready for the final step of this revolutionary Tarot Verbatim™ technique? Now to make it exceedingly plain and simple, we list the expressions each pair of cards makes. We list them in paragraph form rather than itemized so that they flow, and your subconscious clicks into place and ‘gets it.’ You may even find flashes of dreams or intuitive realities as you read these, at times.

The Rider Waite Tarot™ deck is a data bank in mass consciousness that your subconscious can communicate with. Tarot Verbatim™ is the Rosetta Stone that makes that communication easy because it is a bridge between conscious and subconscious thought. When both your levels of awareness focus together, you think intuitively in real time in ‘the real world.’

Bon voyage!

Ten of Cups

Ten of Cups

The successful family woman. The bunny and the greenery indicate fertility is associated with her, and the serving-platter size gold coin she holds in her lap indicates wealth and money. Put them together, and she is the support of husband and family, the loyal and generous backer of whatever the family endeavors. It extends further than that: She is the caretaker, the Earth Mother. And it may further extend to Queen of Pentacles being the possessive too-loyal member of family and clan, the domestic woman whose relatives can do no wrong.

Ten of Cups, as one of those what-you-see-is-what-you-get Rider Waite Tarot cards, is easy to apply. This is an anchor card: Its meanings are few and dependable. You see mama and papa embracing and the two kids, boy and girl, skipping for joy, and you even see a rainbow over their house in the suburbs on a corner lot. Happily ever after, Ten of Cups says, everyone getting along, being prosperous, being good people, and being married … married with children. The home life, home and family, the family gathering even. The good people, the good life. Happy, celebrating.

In Tarot Verbatim™ the three marriage cards also mean house and real estate, and groups of people or organizations of any size, including neighborhood, city, county, district, state, region, nation, and international. (Four of Wands is the other positive marriage card, and Ten of Pentacles is the negative one (negative unless the other two are already in the spread, in which case it may be promoted).

Nine of Cups

Nine of Cups

Nine of Cups, we love you, you are the one we want to see. And you’re so easy to read, to apply: This is another anchor card of few and reliable interpretations. Nine of Cups is famous (in just about any deck) as Your Wish is Granted. Its most common translate is ‘want.’ It spans having enough, having plenty, and having too much. The picture of the fella who drank it all (the nine empties behind him) assumes he ate it all too, so Nine of Cups is the card for the feast.

But its focus is on the sort of good feeling you have when you ‘have it all.’ Words like these: happy, content, satisfied, enjoy, pleased, content, satisfied, safunsified, dream life, dream-come-true.

Nine of Cups’ shadow side is excess, greed, too much … and this is the card for your fat self.

Seven of Pentacles

Seven of Pentacles

And here’s our third anchor card. Seven of Pentacles is for when you aren’t sure, you don’t know, you wonder, you ponder, you are puzzled, you think, you figure, you guess, you doubt, you contemplate and speculate. You have done your part – done everything called for in the situation, and you will not know until later whether the result is what you want it to be. (Notice how that ‘want it to be’ echoes Nine of Cups.) Seven of Pentacles will only know whether he has cucumbers when the plant’s blooms set fruit. Watch this card simply translate ‘if’ sometimes. ‘If you can,’ we say today. And phrases like ‘somehow or another.’ And don’t forget ‘maybe,’ one of its favorite words.

Like Page of Cups, Seven of Pentacles can form your sentence into a question, so you find a lot of our one-sentence readings ending in question marks. Sometimes, after a statement, Seven of Pentacles will add the rhetorical ‘aren’t we?’ or ‘doesn’t it?’

Now Without The Pictures

Ten of Cups and Nine of Cups have so much in common you have to be careful interpreting verbatim a sentence both appear in. Both are happy, content, prosperous, and satisfied. Of course Ten of Cups is more likely to be happy, and Nine of Cups is more likely to be satisfied.

Ten of Cups is about house, marriage, get-togethers, and community (any sort of human group) and Nine of Cups is not. Nine of Cups is about feasting, excess, being satisfied, being pleased and/or wanting to please, getting what you want, enough, gratitude, and having possession or wealth as an individual, as Ten of Cups is not. (Ten of Cups’ prosperity emphasizes the family or other group.) Nine of Cups and Ten of Cups together say ‘I just want to be happy’ and also ‘I am happy with what I have.’ This should help you grasp the distinctions that are the difference in the two of them.

Ten of Cups and Nine of Cups both give you whatever makes you happy. Together they say unequivocally your dream comes true. Ten of Cups is having it all – happily ever after, life in the suburbs as one of the good people (well-off people); Nine of Cups is also having what you want, wanting what you have, or wanting something.

And with all this joy and wealth, wouldn’t you know the remaining card casts doubt! So most of our readings are wondering about what Ten of Cups and Nine of Cups together mean. Most of our sentences are wondering about or guessing, contemplating or asking why, questioning or figuring out, not being sure and thinking about all those things that you enjoy, that make you happy, that satisfy you. ‘Get married to the person you want and live happily ever after’ becomes ‘What if’ and ‘Will I’ do all those things.

Ten of Cups “One big happy family” is a slogan for Ten of Cups.

.

Everybody who counts belongs to Ten of Cups – the public, the neighbors you can live with, good people, the straights, your family, your friends, the in crowd, even the good neighborhood. People you know, like, and trust – or people you approve of at least. Ten of Cups actually translates ‘everybody’ often. Think ‘the well-adjusted people,’ but that’s an odious term.

.

Ten of Cups is one of three marriage cards in Tarot Verbatim™, and its focus on marriage is positive. It translates ‘marriage’ and ‘marry’ frequently (and ‘spouse’), and it means happily married and married with children as well. Ten of Cups is also the good relationship, the couple who feels they are a couple. And apart from all that, Ten of Cups means ‘happy.’

.

Ten of Cups is also prosperity: living well. You see ‘the American Dream’ (may it rest in peace) here: nice house in the suburbs, a boy and a girl child who get along together … even a rainbow over the house, in case you missed the point. So Ten of Cups (like Ace of Pentacles) equates living well with being a good person. Us good guys live in this-here good neighborhood, and that’s that. So Ten of Cups often says ‘happy,’ and ‘happily ever after.’ (You find Ten of Cups referring to ‘what makes (whoever/whatever) happy.’)

.

In Tarot Verbatim™ the marriage cards expand to any size group of people with interests, traits, or characteristics in common. Ten of Cups and Four of Wands are about the ‘good’ people (well-adjusted, civilized, play-by-the-rules people), and Ten of Pentacles are the ‘people who are a problem or who have a problem.’ Ten of Cups’ part in the grouplife set of meanings refers to neighborhood,, community and community or public life, and, well, moral majority, clean, in-crowd type folks, subjects, and organizations. For example, Ten of Cups may appear as the church crowd. It also refers to ‘peers,’ in which case it may not address its usual set of clean-cut humans.

.

Do note that the answers to individual Tarot inquiries are in the perspective of the Querant; so if you’re reading for a jailbird, Ten of Cups will represent this person’s view of who the accepted people are. And the same for reading for a stoic: That person would populate Ten of Cups far more sparsely than its average range is.

Seven of Swords Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to enter the competition’s camp and make off with its tools. Mr. Seven of Swords is a daredevil who dresses in red and goes bare-handed and barefoot (er, sock feet) into enemy camp in midday and makes off with their best weapons, carrying those heavy double-blades in his bare hands as he hotfoots it outta there. Keep in mind that this card can refer to self-destructive acts, and specifically to self-destructive acts designed to out-do or undercut a competitor. Seven of Swords will appear for a self-destructive person too.

.

Keep in mind that Seven of Swords has two faces or two applications, so there’s a distinction to be made as you look at your spread. First, Seven of Swords is daredevil, derring-do, adventure. Words for this today are: adventuresome; walk on the wild side; dangerous; taking a chance; no matter what; you outsmarted; he pulled it off; had the nerve; to pull of this shenanigan; you get away with it. That ‘no matter what’ is the feeling you get when you decide, by god, you are gonna (whatever): resolve, grim determination.

.

And Seven of Swords is risk, generically: risks (whatever) for illicit (whatever); risking, so bad will risk it all; a long shot; goes to any lengths; no matter what.

.

And Seven of Swords is about cheating, violating the rules, turning against, violating a person’s trust or someone’s defenses, double-cross, and general reckless disregard for what’s expected. We say ‘crossed the line’ with a certain tone of voice for this concept.

.

The other face of Seven of Swords is more heinous, no longer social approbation (disapproval) but actual criminal activity or activity so against the social norm that it (and the person who did it) is condemned. Beyond-the-pale stuff. Words for that today are: criminal, suspicious character, thief, robbing, black sheep, bad guy, stolen property. Because the crime depicted here is thievery, Seven of Swords represents what is stolen as well as who stole it: ‘stolen property,’ a legal term; loot (and slang words that mean ‘loot’).

.

But Seven of Swords represents any given crime, especially assault and murder. And this is the card for mercenaries, black ops, organized thuggery of any sort.

.

Once in a while Seven of Swords will represent the crisis itself.

Nine of Cups – Think of Nine of Cups as Thanksgiving Dinner, the safunsified feeling you have after you ate the whole thing. Nine of Cups is being happy and satisfied, having it all, wanting something (even wanting it all, greed). And Nine of Cups is the feeling you have after that meal: the pleasure of consumption; enjoying a good profit; the satisfaction of having what you want, having it your way. Nine of Cups’ song is ‘I did it my way.’

.

Nine of Cups represents being rich, and here are those phrases from our sentences: can live well; you profit from; it’s worth it to them; get rich; rich people; better off; my good life; the loot; paid off; a profit.

.

But Nine of Cups isn’t always about having what you want; it’s about the wanting. Even then, Nine of Cups is wanting what it’s likely to get; it’s not longing after what isn’t reachable. Here are the ‘want’ phrases for today: whatever you want; to get what I want; wants to be; we choose to be; prefer; you like most; you do it your way; I like the best; really want to be; just like we wanted him to; who really wants to be; want to (whatever) and still be (whatever).

.

Remember this about Nine of Cups: Although we think of it as meaning ‘having it all’ or ‘having what you want,’ it also applies as having enough and being happy with that, and it also applies as greed and excess – having too much. So Nine of Cups is the Goldilocks of prosperity.

.

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

…………..…………. …………………….

Here’s a picture of human life: Wanting (Nine of Cups) to be a member of the herd in good standing (Ten of Cups), and willing to compromise or chance that (Seven of Swords) for something else you also want (Nine of Cups). Ten of Cups is the community; Nine of Cups is having it all; Seven of Swords is taking what’s not yours. Today’s spread is a study of Seven of Swords, its spectrum. After reading today, you should no longer live in dread of this Seven landing in your spreads.

.

Living well is found in the lexicons of both the Ten and the Nine of Cups. You could think of Nine of Cups as one person who ‘ has it all’ and is satisfied with his/her life; you could think of Ten of Cups as two or more people who are in that same boat with that same gratified feeling.

.

….. . Ten of Cups and Seven of Swords contrasts upright people with criminals, and juxtaposes *something everyone considers normal and okay* with something risque, dangerous, or dastardly. Examples for today of these ‘strange-bedfellow’ pairings are: risks a good marriage; cheats on his spouse; a criminal is a good guy; thief in the family; criminal accepted by peers; good people get away with; happy no matter what; friends turn against you;neighborhood is dangerous; friends are suspicious characters; criminals in public life; the black sheep of the family; one of the straight people pulls off a shenanigan.

….. . Ten of Cups and Nine of Cups are reflections of one another, in that Ten of Cups is two or more people feeling just as Nine of Cups by himself does: happy, satisfied, things are going my way. These two Tarot cards are in the same glad emotional groove. Their phrases in their today-sentences say upbeat slogans like these: a good marriage for pleasure; everybody can live well; his spouse gives him satisfaction; is a good guy if he profits; our family likes it like that; accepted by peers and enjoys his life; people who feel good about themselves; be one of the good people and have whatever you want; I am one of those people who gets what I want; people get rich; we are all better off; wants to be married; choose to be happy; the neighborhood you like most, friends I like best; good life was hanging out; profit made from the house; really wants to be one of the good guys; glad I got married and have kids like everyone else (This sentence uses three meanings of Ten of Cups, note!); want to be one of the straight people.

.

... . .. Seven of Swords and Nine of Cups combine all those good feelings and all that profit Nine of Cups speaks of with the hijinks and criminality of Seven of Swords. Forbidden thrills! Think of it as getting away with whatever you want. There’s something perverse, often, when these two make phrase music together. Here are some of their thoughts: risks for illicit pleasure; living well is a long shot; cheating gives satisfaction; a criminal profits; l ikes being a thief; enjoys the criminal life; violating the rules was worth it; go to any lengths to get what I want; get rich by risking; rich criminals; risk all for what you want; wants it so bad will risk all; prefer to walk on the wild side; what I like is dangerous; I like suspicious characters; my good life was with a bunch of criminals; oh, the loot from robbing; taking a chance paid off; gleeful to be the black sheep; profit from stolen property; glad I had the nerve; want to pull off that shenanigan; you profit if you get away with it.

Living well is found in the lexicons of both the Ten and the Nine of Cups. You could think of Nine of Cups as one person who ‘has it all’ and is satisfied with his/her life; you could think of Ten of Cups as two or more people who are in that same boat with that same gratified feeling.

.

….. . Ten of Cups and Seven of Swords contrasts upright people with criminals, and juxtaposes *something everyone considers normal and okay* with something risque, dangerous, or dastardly. Examples for today of these ‘strange-bedfellow’ pairings are: risks a good marriage; cheats on his spouse; a criminal is a good guy; profit from the crime; thief in the family; criminal accepted by peers; good people get away with; happy no matter what; friends turn against you; neighborhood is dangerous; friends are suspicious characters; criminals in public life; the black sheep of the family; one of the straight people pulls off a shenanigan.

….. . Ten of Cups and Nine of Cups are reflections of one another, in that Ten of Cups is two or more people feeling just as Nine of Cups by himself does: happy, satisfied, things are going my way. These two Tarot cards are in the same glad emotional groove. Their phrases in their today-sentences say upbeat slogans like these: a good marriage for pleasure; everybody can live well; his spouse gives him satisfaction; is a good guy if he profits; our family likes it like that; accepted by peers and enjoys his life; people who feel good about themselves; be one of the good people and have whatever you want; I am one of those people who gets what I want; people get rich; we are all better off; wants to be married; choose to be happy; the neighborhood you like most, friends I like best; good life was hanging out; profit made from the house; really wants to be one of the good guys; glad I got married and have kids like everyone else (This sentence uses three meanings of Ten of Cups, note!); want to be one of the straight people.

. .. Seven of Swords and Nine of Cups combine all those good feelings and all that profit Nine of Cups speaks of with the hijinks and criminality of Seven of Swords. Think of it as getting away with whatever you want. There’s something perverse, often, when these two make phrase music together. Here are some of their thoughts: risks for illicit pleasure; living well is a long shot; cheating gives satisfaction; a criminal profits; likes being a thief; enjoys the criminal life; violating the rules was worth it; go to any lengths to get what I want; get rich by risking; rich criminals; risk all for what you want; wants it so bad will risk all; prefer to walk on the wild side; what I like is dangerous; I like suspicious characters; my good life was with a bunch of criminals; oh, the loot from robbing; taking a chance paid off; gleeful to be the black sheep; profit from stolen property; glad I had the nerve; want to pull off that shenanigan; you profit if you get away with it.

. ……. ….. ……. ..

.

.

.

...………..

Everybody violates the rules when it’s worth it to them. Some of those reckless adventuresome people feel good about themselves, and prefer to walk on the wild side. The friends I like the best are suspicious characters, and someone in my family is a thief who likes it like that. He is gleeful to be the black sheep but I am glad I had the nerve to get married, have kids, and be like everybody else. I would like to pull off one great shenanigan and remain one of the straight people, because you are accepted in the best circles of polite society if you get away with the profit.

Ten of Cups Ten of Cups, as one of those what-you-see-is-what-you-get Rider Waite Tarot cards, is easy to apply. Happy, celebrating.

.

In Tarot Verbatim™ the three marriage cards also mean house and real estate, and groups of people or organizations of any size, including neighborhood, city, county, district, state, region, nation, and international. (Four of Wands is the other positive marriage card, and Ten of Pentacles is the negative one (negative unless the other two are already in the spread, in which case it may be promoted).

.

Nine of Cups Nine of Cups, we love you, you are the one we want to see. And you’re so easy to read, to apply: This is another anchor card of few and reliable interpretations. Nine of Cups is famous (in just about any deck) as Your Wish is Granted. Its most common translate is ‘want.’ It spans having enough, having plenty, and having too much. The picture of the fella who drank it all (the nine empties behind him) assumes he ate it all too, so Nine of Cups is the card for the feast.

.

But its focus is on the sort of good feeling you have when you ‘have it all.’ Words like these: happy, content, satisfied, enjoy, pleased, content, satisfied, safunsified, dream life, dream-come-true.

.

Nine of Cups’ shadow side is excess, greed, too much … and this is the card for your fat self.

Seven of Pentacles And here’s our third anchor card. And phrases like ‘somehow or another.’ And don’t forget ‘maybe,’ one of its favorite words.

.

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

.. …..        ….

Ten of Cups and Nine of Cups have so much in common you have to be careful interpreting verbatim a sentence both appear in. Both are happy, content, prosperous, and satisfied. Of course Ten of Cups is more likely to be happy, and Nine of Cups is more likely to be satisfied.

.

Ten of Cups is about house, marriage, get-togethers, and community (any sort of human group) and Nine of Cups is not. Nine of Cups is about feasting, excess, being satisfied, being pleased and/or wanting to please, getting what you want, enough, gratitude, and having possessions or wealth as an individual, as Ten of Cups is not. ( Ten of Cups’ prosperity emphasizes the family or other group.) Nine of Cups and Ten of Cups together say ‘ I just want to be happy’ and also ‘I am happy with what I have.’ This should help you grasp the distinctions that are the difference in the two of them.

.

Ten of Cups and Nine of Cups both give you whatever makes you happy. Together they say unequivocally your dream comes true. Ten of Cups is having it all – happily ever after, life in the suburbs as one of the good people ( well-off people); Nine of Cups is also having what you want, wanting what you have, or wanting something.

.

And with all this joy and wealth, wouldn’t you know the remaining card casts doubt ( Seven of Pentacles)! So most of our readings are wondering about what Ten of Cups and Nine of Cups together mean. Most of our sentences are wondering about or guessing, contemplating or asking why, questioning or figuring out, not being sure and thinking about all those things that you enjoy, that make you happy, that satisfy you. ‘ Get married to the person you want and live happily ever after’ becomes ‘ What if’ and ‘ Will I’ do all those things.

HOW TO USE THE MATERIAL WE HAVE FOR YOU HERE. Read the sentences, and pick out the ones that seem to apply to you, to the people around you. They are a Tarot analysis of your day’s circumstances. As the day (or several days) unfolds, you may find the information is relevant. The question is: “Tell the visitors here something useful and meaningful to them.” Often, your adopting the attitude you feel in the blog works for your day!

Without a question to focus the answer, four cards can mean even contradictory things. Without a question also the pronouns in a group reading are less specific, more flexible, especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads. Especially when a pronoun is in parentheses, feel free to substitute. The Advice section sums up a general meaning of all the sentences.

Remember to share your experience with a comment here if you have words for it …

There’s no second spread today. I thought this was very filling, and another would be ‘too much.’

Rider_Waite_Tarot_Spread

Poor times in the past and prospects for wealth are what make people happy.

Ten of Cups
Five of Cups, Nine of Cups, Two of Wands

Marriage Perspective:
He/She is so broke that this marriage will bring prosperity.
Wanted to have this happy marriage years ago that he/she is looking forward to now.
Looking forward to a fulfilling married life while mourning the past.
This is the secure marriage you want, that you missed.
Would lose the marriage to gain the money.
You never got what you really wanted but now there’s a happy future with this marriage.

Family Perspective:
The family wants a good future for the black sheep.
Out of this unfortunate past will come enough money to make the whole family happy.
Looking ahead to getting what you really want, and that disappoints the family.
He will make it, be rich, and the family will be poor.
The family will be disappointed when the black sheep is rich.

Would lose the family to gain the money.
Would do without a good financial future to have the family he/she wants.
Everyone is going to be very happy to get together, and someone will be missing.

Financial Perspective:
Such an impressive and secure neighborhood, you could only wish …
Losing makes you sad, having it all will make you happy.
The financial outlook, compared to the past, is: There’s a boom for everyone.
People will be sad even in the best of times when there’s plenty.

They are going to miss those happy well-off days.
After a terrible time, the future you want and happy times.
Everyone gets everything they want in the future, and feels sorry for themselves.
Now will be the poor times, when everyone has the good life.
Poor times in the past and prospects for wealth are what make people happy.

Our spread is an example of the ‘spoiler card.’ We begin with it, Five of Cups means loss, mourning, missing, regret and melancholy. Then we have ‘your wish is granted, whatever you want’ and lots of money, lots of everything in Nine of Cups; we have a good future, a solid sure thing, financial security
in Two of Wands; followed by a happy marriage, everyone is happy. So we have a contrast, obviously.

Nine of Cups, Two of Wands and Ten of Cups all speak of prosperity, financial security, having it all.
Five of Cups is mourning the loss. So a bad experience has created a good outlook. So the happy marriage with its prosperity and good future arose from losing it in the past. Or despite wealth, one is blue. Or we have a choice as to family or being well off, and we chose one and lose the other.

Advice is to make the best use of losses. If losing something makes you all that sad, best to plan to have an abundance of that, to be happy. And it’s all relative: Feeling rich depends on where you came from, doesn’t it? If you grow up in the ghetto, a good job means you are now rich, but if you grow up pampered, what does it take to make you feel rich? In a sense, the poorer and more miserable you are, the better your prospects are. The fatter you are, the easier it is to lose weight and feel good. This is about that: That it’s all relative.

Meanings and Illustrations:

Five of Cups is a party pooper if ever there was one. Five of Cups means loss, mourning, missing, regret and melancholy. It refers to the past. A black robed, head bowed figure faces the spilled and has its back to the full. The landscape all droops and is in depressing shades of grayish.

Nine of Cups: ‘Your wish is granted, whatever you want’ and lots of money, lots of everything in Nine of Cups, excess and excessive. This is the dude with the gold faucets and the silk undies. A fat man with an expression of surfeit is hugging himself, nine empty cups behind him … He done et the whole thang.

Two of Wands: A good future, a solid sure thing, financial security, a good outlook. It refers to the future. A bankster contemplates his real estate empire from the rooftop, with the globe in his hands … Bank of America, perhaps? … as he contemplates how to make even more money for his future.

Ten of Cups: A happy marriage, everyone is happy. The good people in the good neighborhood. This is the Moral Majority … they don’t have a dog. They are the elite. Now, in the Rider Waite illustration, why isn’t there a picket fence? I’ll tell you why: Because the illustrator was being English at the time. I mean, there’s a rainbow over the house, the kids are prancing around, the couple’s arms upraised to the sky: Yes, they have moved on up!

Ten of Cups

Ace of Wands – Six of Pentacles – Nine of Cups

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

Three of the four Rider Waite panelists at our Tarot Verbatim ™ table are affluent. Six of Pentacles is getting paid, receiving (or paying out) money.

Nine of Cups is having it all, wanting for nothing.

Ten of Cups is the suburban good life (The American Dream).

The remaining card even means ‘top’ or dominant or premiere; but it also means sex … speaking of having it all and having a family.

Today’s theme is money-money-money.

LEARN TAROT BY THE PICTURES

Ace of Wands A cave man’s club, still sprouting, held aloft in a hand. How’s that for territorial imperative? Meanings here are ‘you have to’ and ‘has to,’ the only thing, most, are sure to, assertive, sexy and being sexy, have to be, must, more than (anyone), and -iest (meaning ‘most’).

Six of Pentacles An exchange, a fair exchange – illustrated as an exchange of money for services: the employer weighing coins into the hands of the laborers. It means things like paid-for or pay for, buy, be given or give me, get or I get. It also means ‘can afford’ and legal.

Nine of Cups Here’s that chubby dude who ‘ate it all.’ Drank it all too. The empty cups are on the mantel on display … conspicuous consumption. This is the your-wish-is-granted card in any deck at all. It mainly means ‘I want’ – or any pronoun there. I crave. Wants more than anyone. Gratification. Greatest experience. Has its benefits. Have it all. The best.

Ten of Cups Happily ever after is sitting next to ‘your wish is granted.’ How about that. The suburban dream house, happy couple with happy two kids, a rainbow over the house. Ten of Cups births phrases like house, people, respectable, respectable people, happy, marriage, happy marriage, a member, the good life, they, included in their group, family, married with children.
