Tarot Readings for You for April 26-27, 2018 Thursday-Friday©

GUIDANCE          Here we are in the bunch of folks we grew up with, and we are like them. That very propinquity (being around them) prompts us to suddenly see that ‘I am just like them’ … when there are things about them we disapprove of and don’t want to be … which prompts us to change our ways for the better. We suggest today that this is the best use to put your relatives to ….

Could This Be YOU?

Picture this: You look at the cards in your spread

You immediately get an idea

because you know a few of them intimately AND

.

Ten of Pentacles You see a family feud or family quarrel here, with the hierarchy clearly pictured: Grandpa on the throne-chair is boss. He rules the dogs. Son, gazing away as wife pleads with him, is next in line to the throne. Wife obviously is ‘below the salt’ in rank. The scene could pass for an estate or a low-rent one.

.

Ten of Pentacles is one of three marriage cards in Tarot Verbatim™. The marriage cards also are buildings, and represent groups of people, or societies, from the couple, family, clan, city/county/state/nation/international groups both private and political. Ten of Pentacles is the negative one; the other two are stable and/or happy.

.

So … you got it … our Ten of Pentacles has a lot of ground to cover: any sort of trouble, problem, disagreement, out-of-sorts or messed-up people. Today it even translates ‘trouble’ several times: trouble; with the troublemaking friends; his troubles, trouble at home, in his troubled marriage; you’ve got trouble in your relationship, in the throes of a complicated situation. And here are the problematical words and phrases Ten of Pentacles brings us today: my mean relatives, disgruntled coworkers, street people, upset family, bad home life, edgy clients, the dive-bar crowd, messed-up friends, mooching relatives, the people who done me wrong.

.

But Ten of Pentacles also can just be the relatives, just be the coworkers. But it can be corrupt organizations or politicos, criminals, criminal gangs.

.

Since Ten of Pentacles also represents buildings, places, and organizations, it is the ghetto, rehab, halfway house.

King of Wands Here’s the common man. We use all sorts of artful phrases to say that. Today he is the redhead, the edgy man, Joe Six-pack, an ordinary bloke or regular guy, being employed, Country-boy, wild man. Being employed,’ because as the common man, Mr. King of Wands is also the workingman. (If you are curious about how redheads are considered ill-tempered, Google ‘King of Wands Tarot Verbatim.’ It has to do with being ‘fiery.’)

.

In Tarot Verbatim™ King of Wands is the husband or any phrase that means that. Queen of Wands is the Wife in Tarot Verbatim™, which is how Mr. King of Wands gets to be Husband, I think. Anyway, that designation includes phrases like these today: the man you marry; him marrying; he is married.

.

And then, as the redhead, Mr. King of Wands is the angry/irritated/frustrated man. This is a bit of a complication in that we make an effort to separate ‘husband’ from ‘mad man’ or ‘madman.’ And here are today’s words for the ill-tempered side of Mr. King of Wands: low-class guy; out of frustration; when he is angry; that make you mad; my cranky ways; troubled man; he gets mad; being mad about.

Judgment Our illustration brings us a long list of categories of meanings for Judgment. Dead people recover to a new life, are alive again, are changed suddenly, are promoted, are back to life and out of death, are newly aware (enlightened), and are into the next phase. There’s also the loud noise of the angel’s horn, which is a big announcement – and that puts Judgment into the speak/tell/say Tarot tribe. Each one of the phrases in this paragraph is a category of meaning for Judgment.

.

We are not mentioning, because it doesn’t come into play here, Judgment’s more esoteric meanings.

.

To make those categories clear, here they are for today: again, re-, new, new life, next, new lease on life; change; surprise; promoted, enlightened, prompted, graduates from; speak/tell/say; recover; gets out of, is back, realizes, reminds. Let’s do the speak/tell/say phrases separately here: he ratted on; telling you; say things; tells off; he tells you.

What have we here! Oh, no! No way around it, we have the dysfunctional relatives ( Ten of Pentacles) of Mr. Angry/Irritated/Frustrated family man, King of Wands. No way around it. Uh-oh – what’s the other card? Whew – a change for the better. So our main story is about a man who’s ill-tempered in a dysfunctional ( messed-up, in people-talk) family, who changes because he sees his place in the saga.

.

Since King of Wands is also the workingman, his job is what enlightens him about the home front. There’s some more stories.

.

But Ten of Pentacles is also coworkers … backbiting coworkers who are hard to get along with. And King of Wands can be an Archie Bunker fella. But here we have Judgment – the change for the better … and the promotion. So Archie is promoted because he can deal with the querulous edgy crew bluntly.

.

Ten of Pentacles is also the ghetto because it means dysfunctional places as well as dysfunctional people, and Judgment is to get out of, so we have a story of a cranky ghetto boy who sees the light and gets out of the ghetto. Good for him. A new life.

.

Another set of stories is the Country-Boy (or redneck) going back to the crowd he hangs out with at the dive-bar – because Ten of Pentacles can be a dysfunctional place as well as dysfunctional people. So we also have the troubled man back in his troubled marriage, because Ten of Pentacles is the negative marriage card. And we even have the wild man graduating from the halfway house, because Ten of Pentacles does appear for rehab.

Uh-oh – what’s the other card? Whew – a change for the better. So our main story is about a man who’s ill-tempered in a dysfunctional (messed-up, in real-world language) family, who changes because he sees his place in the saga.

.

Since King of Wands is also the workingman, his job is what enlightens him about the home front. There’s some more stories.

Relatives are against him re-marrying. What mooches they are! – he gets mad enough to holler at them. Out of frustration, he tells on the whole gang of them. He too was a ghetto boy but that changed when he became employed, where he was promoted because he is blunt enough to deal with edgy clients. He also changed his cranky ways in the throes of this complicated situation with the mean relatives. Still a family man, he feels he has graduated from the halfway house even though he lives among the inmates.

Guidance    Sometimes we get along, and sometimes we don’t. The difference is often getting together and discussing the situation with one another, the problems we have together, and solutions we have together. It is about getting together in goodwill and fixing whatever makes us not get along so well. As the ones who talk, women are often the troubleshooters.

Are YOU here for the first time? Come in!  People love this place!

Guidance and the Tarot Readings are for you if you just want your daily look ahead. “Guidance” is the summary, followed by your word for word Tarot Readings from the four Rider Waite Tarot cards you see pictured here. Pick the sentences that you feel are yours and decide whether to encourage or reject them. Sentences contradict one another because negative cards, in this group reading with no question, can attach to any of the other three cards.

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

Well, we sure have family politics here! Ten of Pentacles is the dysfunctional divisive family or group, and King of Wands is the edgy, impulsive, uninhibited, irritating or irritated, angry working-class man.

Ten of Pentacles is also the family or group who is or who has a problem, and it stands for any government or corporate entity as well: the neighborhood. King of Wands is also the passionate, hands-on man, the husband, and the wild and crazy fellow. So these two cards don’t have to be unsettling, together or apart.

Three of Cups is everybody getting along, sharing life, good times, and money or assets. It is also women or girls, especially girlfriends and girls who are partying together.

Strength is the solution, applying pressure or influence, straightening out a person or situation, the pushy or assertive gal, and overcoming – especially overcoming one’s vice(s).

So our Tarot Talk today is about problems we have together, and solutions we have together. It is about getting together in goodwill and fixing whatever makes us not get along so well.

LEARN TAROT BY PICTURES

.

Three of Cups Three women are toasting, celebrating a harvest on their farm, so this Rider Waite Tarot card in Tarot Verbatim™ is about everybody getting along, sharing life, good times, and money or assets. It is also women or girls, especially girlfriends and girls who are partying together.

Ten of Pentacles – The family is having a ‘discussion,’ the kind in which rich head of clan wants something from a member couple, something the wife wants to have The Talk with the husband about, who is staring into space. This is the dysfunctional and/or divided family or any such group. Or it is a group who has or who is trouble. It’s any community, corporate or government entity.

King of Wands King of Wands  Fiery nature is denoted by the man’s posture and also by the red hair and the salamander. In Tarot Verbatim™ this is the edgy, impulsive, uninhibited, irritating or irritated, angry working-class man. This is also the passionate, hands-on man, the husband, and the wild and crazy fellow.

Strength A woman in a white dress with flowers on it, and an eternity-sign halo over her head, is holding the lion’s mouth shut and making him love her instead of attacking. This is the solution, applying pressure or influence, straightening out a person or situation, the pushy or assertive gal, and overcoming – especially overcoming one’s vice(s).

Did you come here just for your predictions? – If so, you are done when you finish reading the sentences of Group Analytical Tarot Cards Reading.

Each Tarot sentence is a literal-interpretation reading of the scenes pictured on the four cards you see. Only what each of the cards says – phrase by phrase – no fillers – no psychic ability used. The readings are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it. Tarot, all by itself, talks to you. This is a demonstration of that .

Tarot will address any group flexibly, as it does here of ‘all the visitors.’ (It can address ‘all the people at work who have a say in my raise,’ for instance, without you knowing who or where those people are.)

Horoscopes are group readings too.

Astrology has to be based on someone else’s birth data, though, so it does not solidly apply to you just because of where the sun was when you were born. (Astrologers know this.)

Emily wants to know whether these sentences are more accurate for regular visitors than for people who have come only a few times. Would you help with a comment, if that is who you are? Please?

Without a question to focus the answer, four cards can mean contradictory things,  especially when the Spread has a card that means ‘no, never or not.’ That negative modifier can apply to any one of the cards.

Without a question also the pronouns (you, him, her, me, us, them, they, etc.) in a group reading are more flexible,  especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads.  When a pronoun is in parentheses, feel very free to substitute.  Notice how, as much as possible, we drop pronouns, which makes for some awkward phrasing.

The question in a ‘real’ individual reading supplies at least half the information! In a ‘real’ reading, the parties are identified (including the gender of the questioner!), and so is the time frame if there is one. In this group reading, we cannot do that, so we have variety.

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim ™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing. This tells the thinking regarding the combined four pictures in the Daily Spread –  the pictures above here.  It explains how these four cards get together in your mind to make the message.

*Go to Learn Tarot by the Pictures.  This is the meaning of each separate card.  This is how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in this Spread.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim ™ works. Regular visitors actually learn to read Tarot without trying. The Tarot Talks tab has some examples for students.

P. S. Call Emily for your personal live reading at 800 99 3 6 9 12 (from Eastern 1 p. m. to Eastern 1 a. m. at least, every day). Emily analyzes relationships in business situations and personal situations accurately from *Tarot, *intuitive, and *practical perspectives.
