GUIDANCE      We are in the background observing the behavior of peers and using the parts of their ways that we dislike to better ourselves. Nothing like a bad example to start you on the straight and narrow, we say. Spiritual enlightenment born of earthly aggravations is an old story – a good book, usually, too. The times I mess up tell me how to be at peace instead. And at the same time, we talk about setting such a persistently good example to counterbalance an environment that you educate other people for the better. So our study today is really about affecting other people as we are affected by them, with the focus being our being the good example, and our making use of their bad examples … which may sound a little one-sided, but that's what the topic for today is.
