A Seventh Generation Texas Debutante was told, in answer to a question about whether she would see Boyfriend that she wanted to be engaged to, in a week, who had broken up with her: You will have a confrontation with him on the street, and you will holler at him. This Southern Young Lady was aghast: Never would she have a confrontation on the street. She asked several times. Same answer.
She called in a few days, seething. 'Well, I had that confrontation. You didn't TELL me he would be engaged to a Vietnamese hooker two days after he left me!!
