Fool as the zero indicates the absence of a person, trait, or thing, even the absence of awareness. Fool indicates nonexistence rather than acting as a simple negative modifier. Here that is expressed as 'not to be.' Yes, Fool brings negative words (at least in English) but it isn't a simple negator.
