Fool is the zero of the deck, and we make a lot associations based on that for Fool. One of them that grows from his being absent-minded is what you (or anyone) forgot. Prancing to the edge of a cliff, not looking, is because he forgot.
Ten of Wands has some things in common with Eight of Wands, words that express a plurality, words like ALL of it, many, more and more, several. Ten of Wands means these and in addition means synonyms of ‘too much,’ since the fellow carrying all the wands is definitely overloaded, overwhelmed.
