Tarot Readings for You for May 8, 2014 Thursday(c)

Guidance       The dark side: It’s out there … or in here … waiting for us to beat it. We do. Beating an addiction is a victory in the same way your immune system overcoming an attack is a victory. On the other side of the coin, we show scenarios of how being on the dark side gets people defeated. Abuse backfires; taking advantage attracts revenge. We point out that being on the dark side complicates your life as chickens come home to roost in your karmic consequences. We also peek at the satisfaction a person feels when getting even with his tormenters.

Tarot Readings: Beating the Dark Side (Five of Swords and Moon)

All by myself, I am beating the dark side.

Beating an addiction: I DID it!

My immune system took action and overcame the worst of it.

Here’s what to do: Dare them to do their worst.

To do the impossible, sometimes you cheat.

Disabled, but I get ‘er done in spite of that.

You ‘did me dirt,’ but I am still standing.

I got the best of my bad habit, I did!

This is the worst time of my life, and I do what I have to, to survive.

I engage my bad side in battle.

I am actively resisting despair for the way I am being treated.

Tarot Readings: Wrongdoing (Moon and Magician)

Taking advantage of someone else’s big mistake.

The defiant attitude was a bad move.

In a really bad situation, I did what I had to.

Take drastic action against that bully.

‘Teaching them a thing or two’ for the evil they did.

You take advantage of my trust, I make trouble for you.

I made a big mistake and I paid for it.

He takes what’s theirs, and there’s hell to pay.

If stealing is the worst thing you ever did ….

I get revenge on that s. o. b.

He gets himself in trouble for being abusive.

I did wrong, I was rough on them.

He blames friends for crimes he did.

He got them in trouble and it backfired.

Black magicians practice oneupsmanship with one another.

Now,  Part Two,

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing section below. This tells about the combined four pictures in the Tarot Readings – the pictures above here.  It explains how these four cards get together in your mind to make the messages. HERE ARE PHRASES FOR ALL SIX 2-CARD COMBINATIONSis a stream-of-consciousness bridge to your subconscious if you use it regularly – people report.

*Go to Learn Tarot by Pictures.  It is what each of the four cards, by itself, has to say.  It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in today’s Spread. All the words of each Tarot card reading you see here are a phrase-by-phrase translation of the scene pictured on those cards: no filler, no psychic impressions, no spirit guide. Word-for-word Tarot Verbatim™.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim™ works.

This is a group reading, with no Questioner and no Question to limit what the cards say, so there’s more variety – even contradictions – and also the pronouns are more flexible. If it feels like it’s yours, and it says ‘he,’ and you’re a ‘she,’ feel free to adopt it anyway.

Five of Swords – Moon – Magician

..…..…..Five of Swords and Moon Five of Swords and Moon both have a vicious streak. They are both ‘bad cards,’ therefore. Two out of three such ‘blackies’ in a spread gives one pause.

..Five of Swords shows a fellow who, after he won a play sword-fight with friends, claimed it was a real joust, and took their weapons. Knighthood rules were that he inherited their feudal estates when their fathers passed.) Its meanings are about taking advantage, bullying, having a nasty attitude of various sorts, stealing, being cruel, unfair competition, oneupsmanship – things like that. In actual practice, the meaning of Five of Swords expands to include the comeuppance of the abuser, revenge, karmic ‘chickens coming home to roost,’ and the bad guy getting his comeuppance – even though this is not what the illustration depicts.

….. Moon is known as ‘the worst card in the deck.’ Its illustration shows ‘the Left-hand Path,’ the road to hell so to speak, and it means just about anything horrible, including the word itself. Next to Five of Cups, it is being translated as abuse, cruelty, a rotten attitude, taking advantage, and so on.

..…..…..Moon and Magician Moon and Magician of course bring up black magic, what with Moon being the ‘Left-hand Path.’ Together, they mean ‘evildoing’ or wrongdoing.’ Moon is a mistake (not just an ‘oops,’ a major blunder), so Moon and Magician translate ‘make a mistake.’

…..Magician is sort of a bystander today to the malefic Five of Swords and malefic Moon. Magician is to initiate, to do, to bring about or bring down, to make something happen (or not happen) – to create an event.

Five of Swords…..He is the taker. He takes what is theirs; he takes advantage. Five of Swords is the bully, the thief, the abuser, the guy with the nasty attitude and the smirk to match. But in practice, this cards expands to include getting revenge on your abuser, teaching the bully a lesson. It also means competition.

Moon…..Moon doesn’t have many pleasant meanings. Depicted is the Left-hand Path of black magic. It means the big mistake, any horrible thing, pain and hate and being lost. Moon is the nightmarish spectrum of anything. It means lying and deceipt, of course. It often translates ‘wrong.’

Magician…..Magician is the principle of being active. Conjugate the verbs ‘do’ and ‘make’ and you have the core of what Magician usually translates. An act of will, making it happen, bringing it about. It is a male card (he, himself, and so on), and it also means ‘myself.’
