Guidance I don’t want to be seen as ‘goody two shoes,’ so I act like, yeah, I have things I pulled off that I ain’t talkin’ about. Or I have a respectable persona that I cultivate because I want to get away with what I am doing. These two characters are in the same cage with other people, some of whom don’t have the guts to even be … or know? … who they are. Having the guts, having the nerve, is one of our focuses today. ‘Appearances are deceiving,’ we say, and ‘You can’t believe everything you hear.’ The look – the persona – you cultivate: To what extent is that who you are? You should know. Now take an analytical look and separate your cage-mates’ personae (personas) from who they are acting like – that is, from the behavior you now allow yourself to see in them. Yeah, this takes guts as well as insight.

Tarot Readings: Doesn’t Have the Look (Two of Swords and Page of Wands)
I don’t look like the adventurous type.
He’s such a nice boy; he could not be a criminal.
Not taking any chances … putting my best foot forward.
The way he looks and dresses, he doesn’t have the guts.
You can’t accept that nice people are criminals.
You assume the risk when you don’t dress well.
Not dressing the part sabotages your chances.
Neither the criminal nor the pretty boy be.
Tarot Readings: Looking Like a Criminal (Seven of Swords and Page of Wands)
That good-looking criminal is off limits.
Here’s one crook who doesn’t have an honest face.
He looks and acts like a criminal but he isn’t.
He has no criminal record.
I don’t look as sneaky as I am.
Isn’t the criminal type.
Tarot Readings: Doesn’t Have the Guts (Seven of Swords and Two of Swords)
No guts, no glory.
He dares not flirt.
I don’t dare speak out.
I don’t dare be myself.
Tarot Readings: (Two of Swords and Page of Wands)
My lips are sealed about our little escapade.
You just don’t talk about the chances you take.
The things you don’t talk about, you get away with.
He didn’t get away with it because he blabbed.
You don’t ever talk about the missions you do.
You don’t talk about it, you get away with.
He says he isn’t the person who stole.
No admissions against interest.
Tarot Readings: Talk and Risk (Seven of Swords and Page of Wands)
Don’t believe what he says; he is a smooth operator.
It’s not a crime to just talk about it.
Risque language is a no-no.
Not speaking the language ruins your chances.
It’s not really a crime, so I can boast.
He says he didn’t witness the crime.
Telling you it isn’t dangerous.
Not about to trip myself up.

Now, Part Two,
Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim™ thing works? If so,
*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing section below. This tells about the combined three pictures in the Tarot Readings – the pictures above here. It explains how these three cards get together in your mind to make the messages. HERE ARE PHRASES FOR ALL THREE 2-CARD COMBINATIONSis a stream-of-consciousness bridge to your subconscious if you use it regularly – people report.
*Go to Learn Tarot by Pictures. It is what each of the three cards, by itself, has to say. It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in today’s Spread. All the words of each Tarot card reading you see here are a phrase-by-phrase translation of the scene pictured on those cards: no filler, no psychic impressions, no spirit guide. Word-for-word Tarot Verbatim™.
You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim™ works.
This is a group reading, with no Questioner and no Question to limit what the cards say, so there’s more variety – even contradictions – and also the pronouns are more flexible. If it feels like it’s yours, and it says ‘he,’ and you’re a ‘she,’ feel free to adopt it anyway.

………………….…………………… Verry interesting, here. “Neither the criminal nor the fop be” and “You can’t accept that nice people are criminals.”
…………………………. On one end we have the gutsy adventurer, taking a chance, the criminal, the ‘man on a mission,’ Seven of Swords.
………………………….. On the other end we have the pretty boy, the young man all dressed for success presenting himself to his society to qualify for a good role, Page of Wands. Page of Wands adds the talk as well as the look to our stew of meanings here, making a richer story.
………………………….. In the middle is a negative modifier, Two of Swords. Two of Swords also means to be blind to something, to not see, to not be able to act.
The topic is that there’s the look and the talk, there’s the reality of the behavior, and there is denial at both ends – the daring scavenger acting the part of the good guy, the good guy acting far more gutsy than he will ever be, and their public believing and not believing both the reality and the pretense. Confusing? Yeah, that’s why life is.

Seven of Swords ……… describes the things we do that give us that on-the-edge-of-our-seats fearful excitement, and the thrill of getting away with something. That’s how we find its main meanings being about daring and crime. It is a dangerous mission. It is having the guts to do something. It is sneaking around. It’s also about stealing, thievery, and violating someone’s defenses … trespassing. You see the thief trespassing into enemy camp stealing their weapons. You also see he is carrying heavy swords with the blades in his bare hands, which is how the ‘self-defeating’ aspect of Seven of Swords arises.
.
Two of Swords…………. You can feel its ‘No way’ meanings here. Doesn’t it remind you of the traffic sign for a railroad crossing? Of course this is one of the negator cards, which mean any negative modifier of the nearby cards. Like many negators, it also means ‘the end.’ This one especially means ‘You can’t do that’ or ‘It can’t be done’ through the way the swords balance each other’s weight, and she is likely to be injured in putting them down, especially blindfolded. That blindfold brings up ‘can’t see,’ of course.
.
Page of Wands ………. This is you when you are all dressed up to impress, when you have the look because you want to be. Page of Wands is the good guy, too – the one with the good look, good talk, the good impression, the ‘fair-haired boy’ type thing. Every mother’s son and every gal’s Prince Charming. He can be vain, foppish, petty, and he is usually young, in the apprentice stage.
