Tarot Readings for You for December 7, 2014 Sunday©

by

GUIDANCE      Here is what you go through when your subconscious is awakening, making a bridge to your comparatively rigid and fragile consciousness. You are carried away by inspiration – by occasional exhilarating visions, actually – and then you feel the comparatively cold darkness and chaos of the physical environment which you still are a resident of. You could say you are ‘between worlds.’ Dark Night of the Soul, they call it … as contrasted to ‘peak experience.’ Insight into the dark side of everyday reality (motives, self-interest) sits alongside the vision of ‘how it could be if.’ Routine, rote, tasks zone you out into the ‘out there’ mind-frame. At first, this is uncomfortable … then you may take the next step and move into ‘out there’ and be ‘one of them.’

Tarot Readings: Activities that Inspire Ideas (Eight of Pentacles and Hanged Man)

My work turns me on … it’s crazy.

A job that inspires: Unbelievable!

You engage in mentally stimulating, mind-boggling, activity.

You get astonishing ideas about things to do.

Enlightenment is one unleashing of chaos after another.

I work on all the broken pieces, as I see them in a different light.

I have all these gut feelings as I do physical work.

In reflexive mode as I do repetitious motions, I see all kinds of things in my head.

..…..

Tarot Readings: Inspired Ideas (Hanged Man and Seven of Cups)

You keep having vivid dreams that flash back.

My dreams play back to me when I am awake.

Your subconscious keeps slipping out of control.

I am always thinking about everything.

All sorts of inspired ideas one after the other.

Amazing ideas one after another.

..…..

Tarot Readings: I Know What I’m Doing (Eight of Pentacles and Hanged Man)

I am so alert I can do all sorts of things at the same time at work.

My concentration is such that I can work in a distracting environment.

I know what I’m doing in these irrational times.

..…..

Tarot Readings: The Breakdown of Workaday Reality (Eight of Pentacles and Seven of Cups)

I can smell the insanity in the workplace.

I am seeing through things on an ordinary day.

Confusion is what happens here: I see that!

I feel in my gut that ordinary things are bizarre now.

I am attuned to upheavals in ordinary activities.

I know in my gut our ordinary life is broken.

I know sloppy work when I smell it.

..…..

Tarot Readings: Drunk Again (Eight of Pentacles and Seven of Cups)

Well, the shit keeps hitting the fan in my mind.

Make a consistent effort to have an open mind, and you get a lot of clutter.

Brain-fog is my routine mentality.

I realize I do crazy things, often.

I know when I’m drunk again.

I keep seeing the excrement hitting the fan.

Subconscious activity breaks through, and you are rattled.

You know when you mess up … every time.

Now, Part Two,

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing section below. This tells about the combined three pictures in the Tarot Readings – the pictures above here.  It explains how these three cards get together in your mind to make the messages. HERE ARE PHRASES FOR ALL THREE 2-CARD COMBINATIONS is a stream-of-consciousness bridge to your subconscious if you use it regularly – people report.

*Go to Learn Tarot by Pictures.  It is what each of the three cards, by itself, has to say.  It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in today’s Spread. All the words of each Tarot card reading you see here are a phrase-by-phrase translation of the scene pictured on those cards: no filler, no psychic impressions, no spirit guide. Word-for-word Tarot Verbatim™.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim™ works.

This is a group reading, with no Questioner and no Question to limit what the cards say, so there’s more variety – even contradictions – and also the pronouns are more flexible. If it feels like it’s yours, and it says ‘he,’ and you’re a ‘she,’ feel free to adopt it anyway.

Eight of Pentacles – Hanged Man – Seven of Cups

.

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

.

……………….…………………...  Both Hanged Man and Seven of Cups are about nonphysical realities: Hanged Man is subconscious (or superconscious) awareness, and Seven of Cups is the spirit world. As a matter of fact, both these Tarot cards are about the subconscious interfacing with the everyday consciousness, the … shall we say? … ‘real world.’

………………………..     Hanged Man shows those moments that your subconscious tosses a realization into your conscious mind … in whole cloth. This is the ‘Aha!’ moment, the eureka moment, the deja vu moment – that union of insight and hindsight that makes you say ‘I coulda had a V8.’ You can think of it as the lipstick on the collar’ moment too, in which one incident or object brings the past pattern to light in a flash.

………………………..    Seven of Cups shows the spirit world invading physical reality, physical events, which shows up as losing control, getting drunk, that sort of state.

………………………...The other card, Eight of Pentacles, specifically means the ordinary, routine, mundane reality like our daily routine. But it also evokes the reflexive state of mind that repetitious activity (like the hammering the fellow is doing here in the picture) brings about. We call that being ‘zoned out.’ The reflexive state of mind opens the door to awareness of the nonphysical. Think rosary; think prayer wheels and worry beads and chanting; think saying the ‘Our Father,’ and other routines religions include.

………..…………..    Eight of Pentacles and Hanged Man Eight of Pentacles and Hanged Man shows two things mainly here today. One is that a person who does a very repetitious task like hammering is in a reflexive, auto-pilot, frame of mind. The other is ‘knowing what’s going on,’ particularly at the workplace. x..

………..…………..    Eight of Pentacles and Seven of Cups Eight of Pentacles and Seven of Cups contrast the ‘real world’ reality and the spirit world reality, or craziness – not that the spirit world has to be craziness. You could be drunk at work, with these two Tarot cards in Tarot Verbatim™ would describe that. You could be multitasking: Eight of Pentacles being doing one thing after the other, and Seven of Cups meaning ‘all kinds of things all at once.’ x..

……………………    Hanged Man and Seven of Cups   Hanged Man and Seven of Cups hardly ever appear together like this. Together they mean an acute awareness of the spirit or nonphysical realm, and they also mean disordered thinking: Hanged Man is mental activity and Seven of Cups is things in disarray or disorganized. x..

.

.

It could be digging in your garden, or fixing a motor; it could be a walk on the beach. You are zoned out, enjoying the moment. Your everyday consciousness has taken its leave. At this moment, sometimes (not all the time) your subconscious has the floor, and it expresses its own realities. Right there in ‘the real world.’ That is what we are talking about today: Realizations from ‘out there’ from your subconscious. The Muse is known to step into this moment, especially for persons who are creative types.

.

Eight of Pentacles ………   Eight of Pentacles is working at the usual routine tasks. He is making one identical object after another. He is at work. He is in the real world. Today, our emphasis is that he is mentally in reflexive mode, which is the zoned out state you get in when you are doing something automatically rather than deliberately. A good example would be driving a vehicle.

.

Hanged Man describes the moment a subconscious awareness becomes a conscious realization. ‘How could I have missed that?’ or ‘I didn’t know THAT!’ are good examples of the typical feeling. So is the creepy deja vu (‘I’ve been here before; this has happened just like this moment, before’). So is the moment it all comes together that the love of your life has an affair with someone else too. Hanged Man also refers to any paranormal experience or awareness, any psychic receptivity, hunch, inspiration, feeling in the gut or ‘a little birdie told me’ experience.

.

Seven of Cups  …………. Seven of Cups is everything all over the place, items or debris in a messy heap, and any situation that is messy like that: chaos, the confusion of several things going on at once, the cacophony of a noisy environment. This picture is about the bad spirits being let loose in Sorcerer’s Apprentice or in Pandora’s box, and the good one not yet out to counterbalance the chaos. Today, the kind of disorder the subconscious creates is featured because Hanged Man is teaming up with Seven of Cups.
