In the center we have that discord, brought to us by its usual sponsor, Ten of Pentacles, the dysfunctional bunch of people. To its left is the Queen-of-Wands sensible woman manager who runs an orderly place (The Mama). To its right is straightening the would-be disturber of the peace out before it even knows it, Strength. As you can see, Tarot has successfully kept out any other subject with today’s card choices.

Think of Strength as the higher octave of Queen of Wands. No man dare have lunch with the two of them. Strength prevents; Queen of Wands enforces. Behave!

Queen of Wands…… Queen of Wands is organized and organizing. She runs a tight ship wherever she goes as the sane and sensible no-nonsense enforcer of order. Queen of Wands is The Mama, although that applies to her position anywhere, not just at home. She has The Look of an alert female minding the kids. This is a habitual philosophy-of-life kind of look you would expect of a double-Virgo dame.

Ten of Pentacles……..Ten of Pentacles you can remember as “People who are a problem or people who have a problem.” Ten of Pentacles is conflict and discord where people are. Ten of Pentacles is the relatives, the neighbors, the pesky power people and the ghettoites, the mob and the politicians and the gangs – any human source of trouble, aggravation, disgust, annoyance or even hate.
