Tarot Verbatim
This is different! Sometimes a question is vague, and there’s no history to go on. Who is this, and what is it all about?, you the reader think. You dive in and connect the dots in a consistent way, avoiding assumption as much as possible. Logic and intuition blend, and you cross your fingers.
.
This is just such a question, and Client and I have a discussion about it. Client chooses not to be specific, which is a client prerogative.
.
(Reminding regular visitors that this week I am catching up by posting Email Readings instead of the three-card analytical spreads. Thursday we go back to the three-card spreads.

Fool – Ten of Cups – Eight of Swords

and is sweating it out, defending his position. – Nine of Wands

.
Emperor – World – King of Pentacles
Two VIP men leave the woman out of this.
Important men –
Emperor and
King of Pentacles
make the decision – King of Pentacles
and leave the woman out of it (out of the loop).

.
Judgment – Strength – Queen of Swords
A big announcement* from the angry woman who handles/fixes the problem.
A big announcement (?a legal decree?) – Judgment

So upset about – Nine of Swords
what is legally – Justice
required (no choice) – Ace of Wands
OR
what the judge – Justice
orders. – Ace of Wands
Emily to Client:
This is a complex matter, with parties and the nature of the business both unidentified, so I don’t know how well this relates to the situation. Let me know if this makes no sense to you. I did an extra spread which indicates the decision is made unequivocally (no choice) by King of Cups who is a meek man, a weak man, or a regulation.
.
.
Client to Emily
Hi Emily,
I am getting back to you after a while, because I could not make sense of the reading when I received it.
Now, part of it has taken form. The young man gave his word that he would give it his best shot. So (since in my opinion he has potential) I agreed to partner up with him and partially financed his entry fee.
He is keeping his word and putting in some effort, but I get the feeling that he may think this is more work than he bargained for.
Do not have a clue about the rest of the reading. Could it also be read differently?
Next time maybe we should get on the phone. Tell me how we can do that.
Have a nice day.
.
.
Emily to Client
Pieces of it can be read to contradict other parts. The way I read it, it is as consistent as I can make it, which is likely to be the most accurate.
.
Since I live in the wilderness, and three phone companies are involved in my phone service in a way I will never understand, telephone connections tend to be not ideal even for domestic calls, let alone international ones. The 208 993-1657 is the line I do readings on.
.
It is wiser to identify what the project is. Even, maybe, to ask ‘will the man do what is expected of him,’ or ‘what I expect of him,’ or will he do XYZ (some specific action). Questions with that form identify the situation in such a way the meanings of the cards can be applied with more certainty and precision. Not doing that, it’s still a valid question, but a general question that must needs get a general answer. The reader (me in this case) therefore ‘goes out on a limb,’ as I did when I made Six of Pentacles ‘paying a third party.’ Six of Pentacles means, in business deals, to pay a person fairly for his labor.
.
It looked like a business deal to me. You asked what you would see him do. Be aware that is (deliberately) a little different question from what he actually does – it leaves out whatever part you don’t see him do.
.
This story says, yes, he is in over his head and (Nine of Wands) hanging in there because he gave his word (Page of Wands). It goes on to say that men take over (King of Pentacles and Emperor, two controlling men) and leave a woman (maybe you) out of it (presumably out of the project, or maybe out of a part of it), that she is angry (Queen of Swords is not getting what’s rightfully hers, and is angry). I suspect what the Queen of Swords is left out of and angry about is paying a third party (free lancer who does know how to do what Mr. C. is having trouble with?).
.
The ‘big announcement,’ Judgment, would be the woman’s demand (Queen of Swords is a woman making a demand) and she is straightening the situation out (Strength, the woman who prevents harm by being proactive). Judgment is a legal card, so the woman may call down regulators (King of Cups is a bureaucrat or a regulator or an agency, and Queen of Swords is ‘the complainant’ or the plaintiff in litigation). King of Cups, really, could be another man in the story, too.
.
The way I connect these dots is: The lady expects the Subject to do something re this project. The man tries, sweats it out, but hangs in there. Then he involves other people (the two controlling men, the kings), and they do it their way – ‘make the decision and leave the woman out of it,’ King of Pentacles and World).
.
Judgment is also a surprise discovery, so when the woman finds out about this she has a lot to say (Queen of Swords), and takes action herself to get the situation going her way (Strength) – and Strength is a ‘stronger than the problem’ kind of Tarot card.
.
The last spread shows how upset, possibly horrified (Nine of Swords) Mr. Subject is when the woman, presumably you, gets annoyed and takes action to prevent something she sees as a problem. (Guess: she prevents the payment.)
.
If my way of connecting these dots is correct, you will discover something, probably an expense, that calls for corrective action on your part.
.
We can hash this out verbally if you wish to call. This writing may clarify the answer though. (And this took a lot of time).
.
Give it some time. Poke around.
Emily

Guidance Here we are doing what is right and proper, acting politely most of the time, and we fear upheaval. It’s risky to be the fellow who offers to make things right. It’s proper for a boyfriend to make that first affectionate move, but it is still scary. Maybe I’m being good because I am afraid of karma, of my chickens coming home to roost. I think I will just accept, right now, that bad things can happen to good people but are somewhat less likely to, and save myself the angst.
Are YOU here for the first time? Come in!

Two of Pentacles
Justice – Knight of Cups – Nine of Swords
LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING
.
Two of our Tarot panelists are normal and proper (
Justice and Knight of Cups) and two are worried and upset (
Nine of Swords and Two of Pentacles). Both
Justice and Two of Pentacles involve balance, but in very different ways, so it doesn’t count. At a glace, this spread suggests either worry about nothing, or making something right that upsets someone.
Justice and Knight of Cups are normal and proper. Justice means ‘right,’ of course; Knight of Cups is the friendly person who makes the first move, introduces himself (and others), cooperates and helps, is a friend and a good guy. Together, Justice and Knight of Cups say: a nice person or man who does right, an offer or stipulation in court, offers to make it right.
Nine of Swords and Two of Pentacles Nine of Swords is worried; Two of Pentacles is upset. So they both have that meaning. Nine of Swords is fear; Two of Pentacles is upheaval(s). Put them together, and they make phrases like: keep worrying about, worried and upset, afraid of being silly (Two of Pentacles, obviously from the picture, also means silly.)
These two cards in Tarot Verbatim™ get together easily about anything worrisome that recurs, anything you worry about over and over. You can see this easily:
Nine of Swords is up in bed, head in hands, had a nightmare. Nine of Swords is that cold fear of an attack of nerves or panic; it is the jitters; it is a scary situation, or whatever you are nervous about or in fear of.
Two of Pentacles refers to a cycle, and to timing, so it gives rise to: recurring or ‘one after another,’ often, on-again off-again, repeated, every time, sometimes, keeps doing or being, routine, process, return, getting what’s coming to (any pronoun).
A strange thing about Two of Pentacles: Since it means it could go either way, and since it means ‘continual,’ it ends up meaning both ‘always’ and ‘not always.’ In Tarot Verbatim™ we observe meanings; we do not make them up. And that’s the way it is.
Justice and Two of Pentacles both involve balance. Justice ‘s balance is about the scales of justice, balancing for fairness, and being impartial. Two of Pentacles is about keeping your balance and balancing your situation, which is what the juggler in the picture does. These two Rider Waite cards together, in Tarot Verbatim™ are about legal proceedings, keeping a tipsy situation going as it should, things can go either way in court, and even one legal thing after another.
Justice and Knight of Cups is a committed boyfriend, and is the proper polite young man. Justice means should, proper, court, what one deserves, and ‘legal,’ which suggests ‘making it legal’ in romance subjects. Knight of Cups is making the first move, being affectionate, cooperating, being a good guy.

Justice Scales of justice in one hand, sword of execution in the other. This is one of the obvious cards in Rider Waite. Besides meaning anything referring to the justice industry or regulation industry, Justice often calls up words like should or ought, right, proper, what (you) deserve.

Knight of Cups Sweet-natured good guy, nice young man. Accepting, suggesting, making the first move, being the one who makes peace, and most of all that sweet guy who is in love or who is the boyfriend. Illustration on this knight is very different from all the others. This one is not asserting and not in any hurry or under any pressure; he is calm, is offering a cup in friendship. This one’s horse is a horsey.

Nine of Swords Up nights crying, can’t sleep or insomnia, nightmare(s), fear and worry, grief, all upset sweating it out, having the jitters, a panic attack, gets on your nerves, scary, it gets to (me). This is another easy-to-read Rider Waite Tarot card: You see someone sitting bolt upright in bed, head in his or her hands.

Two of Pentacles His costume is silly as he juggles plates or balls that are connected with the sign in math that means ‘continuing’ or ‘repeating.’ Ships toss crazily in the background. Two of Pentacles’ most common meanings are continuing, keeping up something, ongoing. Next is unstable and silly. Then the movements. Notice all the movements: wobbling (his legs), up and down, back and forth, round and round – and the movements are in rhythm (another meaning).
Two of Pentacles also is a cycle, and the following words belong to it: sometimes, recurring, keeps (doing, being, etc.), every time, over and over, often, on-again off-again, repeatedly or repeats. Routine, process, return, and ‘getting it back,’ as in karma also belong to Two of Pentacles.

Nine of Swords and Two of Pentacles Nine of Swords is worried; Two of Pentacles is upset.
NOW HERE ARE ALL SIX COMBINATIONS OF OUR TAROT CARDS WITH THEIR COMMON PHRASES:
Justice and Knight of Cups Nice person or man who does right, an offer or stipulation in court, offers to make it right. A committed boyfriend, the proper polite young man.
Justice and Nine of Swords Afraid I will get what I deserve, scared straight, worry about court proceedings, nervous about doing the right thing, a straight person’s nightmares, fear for (my/his) sanity.
Justice and Two of Pentacles Keep doing right, one lawsuit after another, legal proceedings, straightening out an unstable situation.
Worries about being a good person. A nice but nervous young man. Helping someone with their grief or with what they fear. Being a good person out of fear.
Knight of Cups and Two of Pentacles A nice guy but not always. A nice but crazy guy. Keeps being friendly. Makes one offer after another.
Nine of Swords and Two of Pentacles Keep worrying about, worried and upset, afraid of being silly.

Four Card Spreads, Our Daily Spread
Advice Sometimes you just don’t know whether things will be right, but why stew? Things are going to continue to be all right, and then what about your angst? Who but lawyers benefit from scary situations? Why worry; will crying make it right? How can you make money being straight in terrible times? Is it normal to always have bad dreams? The income seems to balance but (you are) worried.
Is this the first time you come here? Well … what to do:
*Go to Advice (above ) which is a summary of the Messages. (Advice is everyone’s favorite part.)
*Go to Group Analytical Tarot Reading below. One or more of those sentences has something to say to you. Intuitively pick those out and decide whether to encourage or suppress them. They are about you and the people around you. They are about today and the days around it. (It is a group message like a horoscope, except Tarot isn’t based on someone else’s birth data, so it can be specific, accurate, detailed and direct. Our experiment here is “How much more accurate is it?”)
Did you come here for your predictions? – You are done now – See you tomorrow.
Without a question to focus the answer, four cards can mean contradictory things, especially when the Spread has a card that negates other cards. Without a question also the pronouns in a group reading are more flexible, especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads. When a pronoun is in parentheses, feel very free to substitute. The question in a ‘real’ individual reading supplies at least half the information!

Seven of Pentacles Three of Wands – Justice – Nine of Swords GROUP ANALYTICAL TAROT READING Tell the visitors here something useful and meaningful to them. Why worry? (Nine of Swords + Seven of Pentacles) Why worry? Things are going to be all right. Why do you keep worrying when everything is all right? Sometimes you just don’t know whether things will be right, but why stew? Things may continue to be just fine, and then what about your angst? Should I keep worrying? Will crying over it make it right? Income How much should I be making? – I worry about that. I’m supposed to know what will bring profits in this scary market? When the income keeps you up nights, what should you do? How can you make money being straight in terrible times? The income seems to balance but (you are) worried. Anxious and Uncertain (Nine of Swords + Seven of Pentacles) Always do what (I) should because (I) am anxious and uncertain. Not sure whether this income is legal – it keeps me up nights. Unsure and anxious about what the laws are going to be. I always worry that maybe he is right. Horrible uncertainty about whether things are going to be as they should. Is it normal to be this scared of what’s going to happen? Always going to wonder whether (I) did right in that tragedy. Is it normal to always have bad dreams? Legalities and Police (Justice) Worry and wonder about whether to ‘make it legal.’ Not sure whether this income is legal – it keeps me up nights. Unsure of the future, worry about the legalities. How much money will a lawsuit for emotional trauma bring? Worry about whether the lawsuit will bring money. You may as well continue to worry about the police. Miscellaneous A lawyer makes his money off other people’s worst nightmares, doesn’t he? (He/She) is so straight (he/she) always seems to get on my last nerve.

Seven of Pentacles Three of Wands – Justice – Nine of Swords LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING Have you noticed Nine of Swords and Seven of Pentacles appear together fairly often? Worry and wonder, anxiety and uncertainty, ‘why does it get to me?’ Here they are again. The other two Rider Waite citizens are Three of Wands – income, the future, what will be happening – usually a good thing and always a continuing thing – and Justice, which means ‘should,’ anything referring to lawyers, police courts, etc., and being legitimate or straight. It is a faint marriage card, not really meaning marriage when it stands alone, but more like making it legal … and usually that is the specter of making it legal. So mostly we are talking about fears, fears about the future, about income, and about what should be or legalities. Very pragmatic stuff today. LEARN TAROT BY THE PICTURES

Three of Wands See him there watching as his ships come in? He is a merchant and the ships carry his merchandise and his profit. He knows, he is certain, of his good future because he has his eye on it. Future, income, continuing, good outlook or good future, waiting. |
 |
Justice Anything about courts, law, regulations, legal proceedings, judges and lawyers and police. Should. Legitimate or straight. Making it legal (as in marriage, but not definitively). The rightful. Normal. Fair and balanced. The scales of justice in one hand and the sword of execution on the other. |
 |
Nine of Swords Distress, upset, up nights, crying, stress, anxiety and worry, fear and afraid and scary and the specter. Terrible thing. Dark night of the soul. This is one of the Rider Waite Tarot cards you don’t need a book for, either. A person is upright in bed in the dark of the night, holding head in hands, covering face. |
 |
Seven of Pentacles Wonders and ponders and raises questions in an iffy situation. He is growing cucumbers, which need a plant of the opposite gender nearby in order to bear, and he isn’t sure whether that is the case. He won’t know until it’s too late. He may have to do without, so his future is by no means certain regarding this situation. |

Four Card Spreads, Our Daily Spread
Advice Doing what is proper and acting politely is juxtaposed here with fear of upheavals. Being the one who offers to make things right can be risky. Being an affectionate boyfriend who makes the first move can be scary, even if it’s right. Is his/her goodness motivated by a fear of karma, chickens coming home to roost? If you simply accept that bad things can happen to good people but are somewhat less likely to, you save yourself the fear. (At the time of production, there’s no way to correct the lack of spaces after punctuation. I am writing around it now!)

Two of Pentacles Justice – Knight of Cups – Nine of Swords GROUP ANALYTICAL TAROT READING Tell the visitors here something useful and meaningful to them. Romantic Perspective, Worry (Knight of Cups + Nine of Swords) He is concerned that he is only sometimes as accommodating as he should be. Every time he does something really sweet or proper, he has an attack of nerves. He sometimes acts as polite as he should but it gets to him. A boyfriend is worried about marrying as he keeps being affectionate. He is committed, he is so sweet on her, which panics him off and on. Keeps worrying that he will ask to marry. {could be from anyone’s perspective} I worry about him. He’s a sweet guy but not always a sane one. He is afraid he is being too normal every time he conforms to defer to (anyone). Sometimes it worries him that he is the one who offers to make things right. This on-again off-again boyfriend is a nightmare: What did I do to deserve this?! Boyfriend is afraid his chickens will come home to roost. Afraid her chickens will come home to roost regarding this boyfriend. The fear of committing revisits the fellow who actually is in love. Afraid to be the one who makes the first move, it doesn’t feel right – queasy about it. Maybe it’s proper for the guy to make the first move, but it’s scary. Court case, Lawyers (Justice) Comfort a friend who has the jitters about a court case that could go either way. He is really sorry he kept accommodating a friend, now he is in court about it. Is afraid his lawyer is going to keep doing the nice-guy routine. Petition the court regarding a concern that (this behavior) will continue. Petition the court for a continuance regarding this scary matter. Miscellaneous He is such a proper polite young man to have recurring nightmares. He is a good guy because he is afraid of karma, the return of justice. Fear of upheavals even when we do what is right and appropriate. He/She is always polite, and nervous about doing the right thing. Afraid I deserve it, that it was coming to me, and I accept it. A normal calm person has persistent insomnia. I accept waking up often in the middle of the night as normal. A proper young man worries he might do something silly. Is a good person but episodes of instability show he/she is not always normal.

Two of Pentacles Justice – Knight of Cups – Nine of Swords MEANINGS AND ILLUSTRATIONS: OBSERVATION OF THE SPREAD None of the cards mean a similar thing. The story is laid out though. Justice + Knight of Cups is a committed boyfriend, and is the proper polite young man. Justice means should, proper, court, what one deserves and, if the theme is established by a ‘lead’ card, commitment to marry. Knight of Cups is making the first move, being affectionate, cooperating, being a ‘good guy.’ Nine of Swords is worry, nightmare, fear, nervous, scary, jitters, deep concern, an attack of nerves, panic, it gets to (any pronoun), up nights and insomnia. Two of Pentacles refers to a cycle and gives rise to recurring, often, on-again off-again, repeated, every time, sometimes, keeps doing or being (anything), routine, process, return, often, episodes, getting what’s coming to (anyone). These two Rider Waite Tarot cards get together easily to refer to anything worrisome that is repeating. MEANINGS AND ILLUSTRATIONS: INDIVIDUAL RIDER WAITE TAROT CARDS Justice means should, proper, court, what one deserves and, if the theme is established by a ‘lead’ card, commitment to marry. It is one of the cards whose meaning is easy. It refers to law enforcement and courts obviously, what with the scales of justice in one hand and the upraised sword in the other. Knight of Cups Sweet-natured good citizen, the good guy, the nice young man, accepting, suggesting, making the first move, the one who makes peace, and most of all that sweet guy who is in love or who is the boyfriend. Illustration on this knight is very different from all the others. This one is not asserting and not in any hurry or under any pressure; he is calm, is offering a cup in friendship. Up nights sweating it out – worry, nightmare, fear, nervous, scary, jitters, deep concern, an attack of nerves, panic, it gets to (any pronoun), up nights and insomnia. Two of Pentacles goes on and on in a cycle and gives rise to recurring, often, on-again off-again, repeated, every time, sometimes, keeps doing or being (anything), routine, process, return, often, episodes, getting what’s coming to (anyone). The illustration shows the dancing juggler with the eternity sign around his pentacle plates like a belt on a vehicle, ships tossed up and down on tsunami waves, and his costume is silly. MEANINGS AND ILLUSTRATIONS: INDIVIDUAL RIDER WAITE TAROT CARDS
.
Nine of Swords upsets me, I am up nights crying, agonizing over something, so worried I can’t sleep. It’s a nightmare, a bad dream. Illustration is, yes, someone sitting up in bed, hands to head, those swords lined up on the wall behind.
Queen of Wands It’s her place, her home, her bailiwick in the company, and she is ‘the wife card.’ She is competent and she is the manager here. Queen of Wands has a sunflower in one hand and a big stick in the other, and she is looking around like a mama or a schoolteacher.
Nine of Cups Oh, we like to see him coming. This is the Santa Claus card. You get what you want; your wish is granted. You are satisfied, happy, pleased. Illustration is a chubby fella who put the ten large cups he drained on the mantel behind him. Burp.
Justice here is half the ‘legal wife ‘ phrase, mainly. Legal ownership of a house because Queen of Wands is the woman whose place it is. Justice is the easiest card to read. It refers to any part of the legal industry – all of ’em. Illustration shows a robed upright figure with the scales of justice in one hand and the sword of the executioner in the other. Does that say ‘law enforcement’ or what?.

Four Card Spreads, Our Daily Spread, Tarot Verbatim
Seven of Pentacles Three of Wands, Justice, Nine of Swords
Everyday Realities Perspective: Why worry, when things are going to be all right. Income balances but you aren’t sure it will, you worry. Unsure of the future, legalities get on your nerves. How much money will the emotional trauma in the lawsuit bring? He wonders and is afraid the cops are coming. There are going to be questions about this legislation: It is a nightmare. Why am I afraid of the future when I am entitled? Doubt about being entitled to this income makes one miserable. He is going straight anxiously and uncertainly. What upset (him)? – things are going along as they should. It doesn’t seem fair that your income is so nerve-wracking. Maybe that money you deserve and worry about is coming. Maybe he will get what he deserves, he is afraid of that. Why grieve when justice will be done? Lawsuits scare him, you never know what will happen. Afraid of what the cops might be up to. Why worry about the future when things are really OK right now? Questions his sanity when he has such jitters about his future. Why is this getting on my nerves, it just needs to be straightened out. It seems fair but it is really going make life nerve-wracking. I think I’m right but maybe I’ll regret this as time goes by. This seems awful but will clear up later. What is going to happen here? – your concern is justified. Things are OK now, but maybe we will have something to haunt us in the future. Probably, this worrisome situation is going to resolve. I went ahead and wrote out all these variations on this spread, partly because neither business nor romance is involved in them. The point is: Nuances of language create a whole different meaning, a different slant. Some of these say almost the same thing but would be applied by the listener (or reader to a lesser extent) very differently. The Three of Wands and the Seven of Pentacles share a ‘profit’ theme. The first says the profit is coming and the second leaves it open to question. The Seven of Pentacles and the Nine of Swords share the idea of wondering: The first is pensive as in ‘Gee, I wonder whether’ and the second is ‘Oh, God, what IF’ kind of wondering. The message here is that things are going to be all right (Three of Wands combined with Justice) even though there is some cause for worry: So, why worry? (“What, ME worry?” Where have I heard that before?) The message is that the money is coming that you are anxious and uncertain about.
Meanings and Illustrations:
Three of Wands: It’s coming, just wait. Your ship is coming in. The merchant (self-employed, you know … ) waits for the profit. The idea is: It IS coming. He sees those ships from far away but he’s gonna be there when they finally get to him. Somebody colored the ocean the color of desert sand; that is just a printer’s error, one of many never corrected for for dumb reasons in the Rider Waite Tarot deck. Justice: Things the way they should be. Anything having to do with ‘justice,’ such as police, courts, legislation, karma, getting what one deserves, ‘should,’ lawsuit and so on. The illustration shows an erect figure with a scale in one hand and an upraised sword in the other. Balance and sanity are derived meanings from the main one. Nine of Swords: Up nights worrying, there you are: Head in hand, jittery insomniac, you! Words such as nerve-wracking, getting on one’s nerves, haunt us, and being concerned or scared … oh, yeah. Seven of Pentacles: The illustration shows the uncertainty that is the core meaning of this Rider Waite Tarot card, the way he is leaning on his shovel and staring at his cucumber plants. He is wondering whether they will produce, whether he has plants of both genders there. He is wondering whether he will have a product, whether his labor will be productive.

Home sweet home, everybody treating one another lovingly as they are supposed to
Ten of Cups Six of Cups, Hierophant, Six of Pentacles
Romance Perspective: This romance is so committed, we treat each other so well, we are marrying. Serendipity in the family: Everything is copacetic, kids behave and are treated well. This house is a safe and trusting place where everyone is happy and well treated. You are supposed to give her gifts that you pay for to make her happy with you. All the children in the family are normal: They are given what they need. They have two children in the family like they are supposed to, and can afford. Home sweet home, everybody treating one another lovingly as they are supposed to. A churchgoing family gives the children what’s right. Children of the family receive moral support. Give the children the morals of a happy home life. Well-behaved children are our contribution to the community. Financial and Other Perspectives: It is very safe to trust this person with your money, you guys are (like) family. They are so happy with the house they are making the payments as specified. This house is worth the money. The children have a safe place to live and play. Supporting the children in a middle-class household. Paying the usual bills when you have kids and a nice house. A middle-class neighborhood that is appropriate for children. An older neighborhood with mid-range house payments. Paid a fair price for an antique, is happy about that. An old established family that pays its bills. Legally a legitimate child of that couple. Legally, these houses conform to a historical period. The Moral Majority pays its bills and has kids. To marry your childhood sweetheart in the church is treating her right. Putting the home in the children’s name officially on paper. All four of these cards are about a nice normal life doing what you should. They share the same vibe or pitch. Two, the Six of Cups and the Ten of Cups have that ‘home sweet home’ vibe and refer to happiness and show two children and refer to a house, which lends a potential real estate theme. Two, The Hierophant and the Six of Pentacles, in Rider Waite Tarot bespeak of ‘the right and proper’ whatever. Advice here is everything is fine, we are all good, happy, and well adjusted people who get along, go to church, have kids and pay our bills. And that is about it.
Meanings and Illustrations:
Six of Cups: Home sweet home, children, trust, gift/giving and receiving, sweetness and sweet life, as well as a house or old home, a couple in love, including a ‘childhood romance’ and warm fuzzies of any sort.
