Nine of Pentacles …………. Nine of Pentacles is a woman who has made it, at least to the point that this is the life she wants. Mainly, she is content as she is and where she is. She is associated with leisure time, and with working at home (vineyard, here), or being a homebody in some other pleasant way. The snail in the illustration says she is not hurried, and being in the vineyard in the afternoon wearing that elaborate robe says she can do as she pleases and have a hobby – the falcon. Even if she represents a person still in the ghetto, by golly, she is content and she has enough (or feels she does, which is what counts). She has presence; she occupies her space.
