Tarot Readings for You for December 20, 2014 Saturday©

GUIDANCE      Did you know there are people who get rich when the market crashes because of some strategy? (You can learn it too.) People amassed money in Florida declaring bankruptcy every seven years and keeping the house they put all the money into because real estate in whatever amount was secure from creditors in bankruptcy. Some guys stage a scene to get their woman to break up with them because they can’t bring themselves to do it. Today we examine various beneficial disasters, and various times to be unimpressed, and to hold your ground impassively, in dramatic confrontations or reversals. Occupy your turf because you have a plan to thrive in the crash, whatever it is.

Are YOU here for the first time? Come in!

Tarot Readings: Keeping What You Have (Nine of Pentacles and Two of Wands)

It strikes me that I have a good life and a good future.

She is secure from break-ins.

I plan to keep what I already have and discard future money.

Keep what you already have and throw out what you plan to have.

……….…………

Tarot Readings: Benefits of the Disaster (Tower and Two of Wands)

It’s that major confrontation that has cleared the air of your personal affairs once and for all.

Whatever disruption there is, I am doing fine and will be doing fine.

Breaking it off will make your life peaceful.

Her business is a sole proprietorship so she can reject anything.

The shit hits the fan according to her plan

The home you own being foreclosed on is to your financial benefit.

Bankruptcy is in its long-term best interest.

Her house being destroyed leaves her better off ahead.

Things are going to blow up and she is fine with that.

……….…………

Tarot Readings: Got a Plan So I’m Calm (Nine of Pentacles and Two of Wands)

Poised whenever I am upset.

When you can plan a disaster, you are in control.

She has looked ahead to thrive in the crash.

You will not be impressed when someone throws a fit.

She will stand her ground, whatever the drama is.

You are in control of yourself now so you will be in control in a disruption.

When you have a plan for unexpected events, you can be so calm.

Being prepared for emergencies, you are in control of your turf.

The plan is to keep my head about me if things blow up.

……….…………

Tarot Readings: Divorce and Be Single (Nine of Pentacles and Tower)

She’s got a plan to divorce and stay single.

Divorce a woman who owns a business.

A woman who owns a business divorces.

You will still be standing after the divorce.

Divorce was in her long term financial interest: She is doing well as a single woman.

……….…………

Tarot Readings: A Mind-Your-Own-Business Person (Nine of Pentacles and Two of Wands)

This dame’s independence is always shocking.

Hang up and do not respond from now on.

A competent businesswoman quits.

Now, Part Two,

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing section below. This tells about the combined three pictures in the Tarot Readings – the pictures above here.  It explains how these three cards get together in your mind to make the messages. HERE ARE PHRASES FOR ALL THREE 2-CARD COMBINATIONS  is a stream-of-consciousness bridge to your subconscious if you use it regularly – people report.

*Go to Learn Tarot by Pictures.  It is what each of the three cards, by itself, has to say.  It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in today’s Spread. All the words of each Tarot card reading you see here are a phrase-by-phrase translation of the scene pictured on those cards: no filler, no psychic impressions, no spirit guide. Word-for-word Tarot Verbatim™.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim™ works.

This is a group reading, with no Questioner and no Question to limit what the cards say, so there’s more variety – even contradictions – and also the pronouns are more flexible. If it feels like it’s yours, and it says ‘he,’ and you’re a ‘she,’ feel free to adopt it anyway.

Nine of Pentacles – Tower – Two of Wands

.

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

.

……………….……………………     Two cards of financial and general security here, and in between is the disaster, the crash, the divorce or confrontation or meltdown. The idea is that if you are in control of yourself, you will be in control of your circumstances no matter what hits the fan. Look back: What ordeal have you benefited from already?

………………………..      Nine of Pentacles is so poised; she occupies her turf so well. And it is her turf, you know, no matter where she is planted, because that’s who she is. She does things in her own sweet time and she owns the place. She is content: The snail; still in her robe in the afternoon, out in the vineyard exercising the falcon. Independent, self-sufficient and self-confident, unapproachable and unfazed. To me, this is Jackie Kennedy, who told Daddy Joe he could have Camelot, or have a Catholic president divorced in office: The price was a million dollars a year in her name, off-shore. She had pictures of the famous pool capers, of course. She got it, and it sure did come in handy when her disaster hit, didn’t it? Be her!

………………………..      Tower is the disaster. Don’t worry; it means other things too. In Rider Waite decks, like most, the Tower of Babel (which is apparently not a myth) is what you are looking at. Destruction of Evil is its established title, since Babel was considered a rebellious plan — So overthrow is one of its meanings – but that application seldom occurs. In ordinary questions, it is divorce, confrontation, temper fit, upset, eruption of any kind (like an artery or pipe tear), sudden, unexpected, short-circuit, attack, hit, strike (including a labor strike, an idea striking, or lightning strike), explosion of any kind, break and broken (including, say, breaking a glass), emergency, bankruptcy, and debunk (overthrow). Tower is any kind of crash too: You don’t want to see it next to Chariot! Sometimes it is a computer crash or malfunction of equipment.

It means ‘breakthrough’ too – and fairly often.

Since a building is in the picture, there’s foreclosure, eviction, house fire, house broken into or house destroyed, and demolition.

A divorce is a break, of course, and other words along that line are schism, eject, reject, evict and lose the house. Next to a ‘think/feel’ card like Page of Pentacles, you may read ‘feels rejected.’ It can appear for foods violently disliked too.

In medical questions, Tower appears for bone breaks, falls, heart attack and stroke, seizures, aneurysms, and even some eruptions, not to mention trauma and projectile vomiting. It can mean electrical shock or being electrocuted.

The most desirable words and phrases for Tower are: breakthrough; an idea or inspiration strikes; the comeuppance of a bad person, animal or organization; sudden or immediate; a ‘bulls-eye’ type hit or ‘hitting the nail on the head’ type thing; hanging up the phone or similar gesture.

Today Tower is flanked by two cards that mean successful and established, so it isn’t really malefic.

………………………..      Two of Wands’ three main meanings are: plan, security and the future, or ‘for sure in the future’ as a nickname. You see the real estate mogul surveying his properties below his estate, contemplating even more profit from them. You have business, financial security, profit, projected income, ‘in the black’ or profitable, good prospects, good outlook, real estate, investment, banking, pension, bank account or other money fund – and ‘solid citizen’ or even ‘stable and established person.’

Two of Wands’ most frequent translates are words that mean the future (will, will be, going to, whenever, always, from now on, etc.) and the contribution of future tense to a nearby card’s meaning. The long term future is emphasized here: Two of Wands often translates ‘long term’ or even ‘permanent.’

Very frequently, Two of Wands is a plan. This goes along with the future theme.

Now for that globe in his hand. Two of Wands is being in control, being ‘on top of things’ (where he stands, see?), and ‘everything under control,’ which also echoes the ‘stable’ part of its meanings. The globe also says ‘international,’ sometimes even literally.

……….…………..      Nine of Pentacles and Tower      Nine of Pentacles and Tower It strikes me (Tower) that I have a good life (Nine of Pentacles). Break into (Tower) her house (Nine of Pentacles). Keep what you already have (Nine of Pentacles) and throw out (Tower) …. A major confrontation (Tower) … your personal affairs (Nine of Wands) once and for all (Tower again). Whatever the disruption is (Tower), I am doing fine (Nine of Pentacles). Break off with (Tower) and your life is peaceful (Nine of Pentacles). As the sole proprietor (Nine of Pentacles), you reject (Tower) …. The home you own (Nine of Pentacles) being foreclosed on (Tower). Bankruptcy (Tower) is in the best interest (Nine of Pentacles). Her house (Nine of Pentacles) being destroyed (Tower). She is fine with (Nine of Pentacles) things blowing up (Tower). She thrives (Nine of Pentacles) in a crash (Tower). Not impressed (Nine of Pentacles) when someone throws a fit (Tower). She stands her ground (Nine of Pentacles) in the drama (Tower). You are in control (Nine of Pentacles) in a disruption (Tower). Keep my head about me (Nine of Pentacles) if things blow up (Tower). DIVORCE (Tower) AND BE SINGLE (Nine of Pentacles). Divorce (Tower) a woman who owns a business. And a woman who owns a business divorces. You are standing (Nine of Pentacles) after the divorce (Tower). The dame’s independence (Nine of Pentacles) is shocking (Tower). Hang up (Tower) and do not respond (Nine of Pentacles). A competent woman (Nine of Pentacles) quits (Tower).

………..…………..      Nine of Pentacles and Two of Wands    Nine of Pentacles and Two of Wands both own land and both are successful business people – a man and a woman. Might be a couple you know? Since Two of Wands is a permanence, and is secure and security, when it’s next to Nine of Wands, applying to her, it says things like: I have a good life and a secure future; she is secure; she will keep what she has; I am doing fine and will continue to. These two also say ‘Her business is a sole proprietorship’ because Nine of Wands is a sole proprietor (businesswoman who is independent) and Two of Wands is ‘business.’

Since Two of Wands is future, she has looked ahead (Two of Wands) to thrive (Nine of Pentacles).

Since Two of Wands is a plan, ‘I got a plan (Two of Wands) so I’m calm (Nine of Pentacles)’ and ‘When you can plan (Two of Wands), you are in control (Nine of Pentacles). ‘The plan is (Two of Wands) to keep my head about me (Nine of Pentacles).

Since Two of Wands is a good financial future, and since Nine of Pentacles is home ownership, ‘The home you own is to your financial benefit’ and ‘The house leaves you better off ahead.’

Since Two of Wands can simply supple future tense to the meaning of its mate, ‘She will stand her ground’ and ‘Do not respond from now on.’

……………………      Tower and Two of Wands    Tower and Two of Wands are a future disaster because Tower is a disaster and Two of Wands is future. However, they also say (especially accompanied by another secure card, Nine of Pentacles) that a disaster is a longer term benefit or advantage, and they describe making a profit on a disaster. (For example, storm troopers make a lot of money at their profession.) Since Two of Wands is a plan, they speak of preparedness for an emergency, and even of planning some bad scene such as a confrontation or something disastrous. Since Tower is being foreclosed on, or a bankruptcy, these two cards, at least in Tarot Verbatim™ speak of using these things to advantage – which can be done. They suggest the phrase ‘come out smellin’ like a rose’ and they suggest you can’t keep a good man down.

On either side of a disaster … before and after it … we have stable people in good shape financially, emotionally and socially, not just recovering but thriving. These cards talk about using a setback to make security … building the broken wall stronger. They talk about being sure of yourself and having a plan … a Plan B for Better.

.

Nine of Pentacles ……… Nine of Pentacles, she’s unflappable and independent. She is content with things just as they are … she wants nothing from nobody, and don’t ask her for a loan either. She has arranged her life so she has it the way she individually wants it. She is competent, and may very well occupy a niche of her own individual success, which can be anything, including the successful businesswoman or agricultural landowner (ranch, farm, vineyard, etc.). She isn’t necessarily financially wealthy, but she very well could be: She is where she wants to be. The snail at her feet says that: She does things in her own time. Wearing the robe at midday says that: She isn’t nine-to-five. The falcon says that: A hobby activity in the afternoon. The vineyard suggests a wealthy environment at least.

Nine of Pentacles is private. Independent. She shows up as a single woman. She occupies her place in life elegantly; is independent, poised, self-confident and self-sufficient. She is Greta Garbo.

.

Tower …………. Tower is one of those cards you would just like to remove from the deck. The illustration shows the destruction of the Tower of Babel, but Tower functions more as disaster or destruction rather than the overthrow of evil. Rejection is one of its main trunks, and it’s one of two divorce cards in Tarot Verbatim™.

Most of its meanings center around the eruption, breaking, and strike that you see in the picture. The emotional applications of those meanings are: confrontation, temper fit, meltdown, upset, shock, schism, reject and attack. The social applications of those meanings are: emergency, bankruptcy, foreclosure, eviction, divorce, lose the house, etc. The mechanical applications of those meanings are: disconnect, short-circuit, hit, strike, explosion, break and broken, crash, malfunction, house fire, demolition, destruction of house or home, electrical shock or contact.

The medical meanings of Tower are like these: heart attack and stroke (mainly these, actually), seizures, aneurysms, trauma, bone breaks, falls, spurting fluids like blood and projectile vomiting.

Okay. The best for last. These are Tower’s more desirable interpretations: an idea or inspiration striking; breakthrough; sudden or immediate; hitting the nail on the head, or hitting a bulls-eye; unexpected and even surprise.

.

Two of Wands   …………. Two of Wands is in control of his future and can plan long term because this businessman owns real estate in the town and is an established wealthy citizen. You see him with the world in his hands (That’s control.) standing on his headquarters looking down on the properties he owns, planning to make more money from them.

Two of Wands creates future tense in your sentence, reading ‘will be’ and ‘going to.’ It also reads ‘long term’ and creates phrases and words that mean that – words like: permanent, stable and stability, projected income, good prospects, good outlook.

Two of Wands brings us words like: business, commerce, trade, merchant, money fund, pension, bank account, stock market, bank, mortgage and mortgage broker, pension or pension fund, financial security, profit, ‘in the black,’ investment.

Two of Wands is the man ‘with good prospects’ in romance inquiries. It means the Establishment, a community leader (without being political), and a solid citizen.

Very frequently, Two of Wands is a plan, which goes along with the ‘future’ theme. It does not have to be a financial plan, but often is, so it means budgeting too.

Watch for Two of Wands to show up to mean ‘international’ because of the globe in his hands in a card that means commerce.

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

We are still in our ‘control’ theme. Three of the four Rider-Waite Tarot cards in Tarot Verbatim (TM) have to do with that subject.

Nine of Pentacles is on home turf where she shines: She owns it, she is competent there, and does as she pleases. Two of Wands is having power, influence and money – owning the town, having an overview of the place and being secure – especially financially secure. Both of these cards in Tarot Verbatim (TM) are about owning real estate.

Chariot is the project manager, the strategist who uses all the factors in his environment to further his success. Chariot is also the achievement, the success, the mastery, as well as the man who pulls it off. When it stands for a person, that person is ‘most always a man.

Ace of Cups funnels all this mastery and success into love, unconditional love, good health, good (anything), cooperation, agreeing and allowing, ease and flow.

Nine of Pentacles is on home turf where she shines: She owns it, she is content with what she has, is competent there, and does as she pleases. This is the independent woman, possibly financially independent, who is associated with a place (home, business or other). She is both successful and leisurely.

Two of Wands Two of Wands has the world in his hands; has power, influence and money – owns the town, has an overview as he stands on the ramparts of his castle roof contemplating what he will do with his real estate empire below. These days he is the banker we love to hate. This is your pension. This is the solid citizen. This is global anything.

Ace of Cups Love, true love, unconditional love, no harm and all benefit, God, being godly, cooperating, good and goodness and wholesomeness, cooperation, agreeing and allowing, ease and flow. Blessings all around. The illustration is opaque to modern people: It’s the Holy Spirit infusing a person’s five senses or five ‘bodily humors’ (Middle Ages parlance) so the person channels the presence of God.

I N S T R U C T I O N S &  Explanations  (Comments are below this.)

Did you come here just for your predictions? – If so, you are done when you finish reading the sentences of Group Analytical Tarot Cards Reading.

Each Tarot sentence is a literal-interpretation reading of the scenes pictured on the four cards you see. Only what each of the cards says – phrase by phrase – no fillers – no psychic ability used. The readings are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it. Tarot, all by itself, talks to you. This is a demonstration of that .

Tarot will address any group flexibly, as it does here of ‘all the visitors.’ (It can address ‘all the people at work who have a say in my raise,’ for instance, without you knowing who or where those people are.)

Horoscopes are group readings too.

Astrology has to be based on someone else’s birth data, though, so it does not solidly apply to you just because of where the sun was when you were born. (Astrologers know this.)

Emily wants to know whether these sentences are more accurate for regular visitors than for people who have come only a few times. Would you help with a comment, if that is who you are? Please?

Without a question to focus the answer, four cards can mean contradictory things,  especially when the Spread has a card that means ‘no, never or not.’ That negative modifier can apply to any one of the cards.

Without a question also the pronouns (you, him, her, me, us, them, they, etc.) in a group reading are more flexible,  especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads.  When a pronoun is in parentheses, feel very free to substitute.  Notice how, as much as possible, we drop pronouns, which makes for some awkward phrasing.

The question in a ‘real’ individual reading supplies at least half the information! In a ‘real’ reading, the parties are identified (including the gender of the questioner!), and so is the time frame if there is one. In this group reading, we cannot do that, so we have variety.
