Tarot Readings for You for December 7, 2013 Saturday©
Guidance Realizations and intense feelings and visionary inspirations naturally give rise to double-takes, doubts, and feeling silly as contradictions occur (contradictions between common sense and ‘imagination’). We feel upside-down. In real life, the contradictions are resolved with further life experience, often accompanied by a ‘Who’d-a-thunk-it?’ feeling. Next the vision (if accepted) sinks into our bones and we are enlightened – or feel enlightened.
Are YOU here for the first time? Come in!
People love this place! Our site is divided into four sections: Guidance, Tarot Readings, Learn Tarot by Observation, and Learn Tarot by Pictures.
If you just want your daily look ahead, Guidance and Tarot Readings are all you need. ‘Guidance’ (above) is a summary of what the cards are telling visitors to be aware of this day.
‘Group Tarot Cards Reading’ (just below this) is the actual word-for-word messages from the pictures of the four cards you see – to everyone. These readings are about you and the people around you. They are about today and the days around it. So, go ahead and pick the sentences you feel are yours and decide whether to encourage or reject them for yourself.

Tarot Readings: Maybe it’s true love I’m feeling? (Page of Cups and Ace of Cups)
Is it love if you have an intense desire to escape?
I suspect I’m headed for being head-over-heels in love.
Got a feelin’ things are goin’ to be better, maybe even some lovin’.
Intense feeling of true love … maybe ease on down the road?
My ideas about love are not as bizarre as they used to be.
Now that (you’ve) left, you’re thinking … maybe I was in love?
I thought I got myself out of this goofy ‘I’m in love’ thing.
It might have been true love I was feeling back there.
I am getting over the feeling, so could it really have been love?
What if (he) catches on and doesn’t love (me) anymore?
How can such intense love just fade away?
Tarot Readings: Holy Vision or Divinely Inspired Thought (Hanged Man and Ace of Cups)
As time goes by I have my doubts that was a holy vision.
Was that really a divinely inspired thought, back there?
Sense that I almost crossed over, and I got this strange feeling of pure love.
Dismissing some really strange thoughts that cross my mind about God.
Spiritual influence comes over me. I think I am headed in that direction.
Altered state of consciousness fades into a strange mellow feeling.
Mind wanders out there into strange spiritual territory.
Realize my ideas about God are offbeat, and put them aside.
Tarot Readings: Maybe life will get easier? (Six of Swords and Page of Cups)
The idea that maybe life will get easier if I leave here.
Things aren’t as bad as they were, it strikes you. Suppose they’ll even get easy?
It hits you how easy it is to leave this silly scene.
A second sight about what seems to be the easy way out.
Getting a funny feeling the easy life is over.
Tarot Readings: Getting Away from the Stupid Stuff (Six of Swords and Page of Cups)
Getting away from the silly thoughts into the healthier ones.
I am intensely aware that good health will come of phasing out of some stupid stuff.
These goofy ideas in my head are harmless, I let them pass.
Get the idea to get with the program and quit acting goofy.
Realize I look ridiculous being so easygoing, and get away from that.
Now, Part Two,
Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim™ thing works? If so,
*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing section below. This tells about the combined four pictures in the Tarot Readings – the pictures above here. It explains how these four cards get together in your mind to make the messages.
*Go to Learn Tarot by Pictures. It is what each of the four cards, by itself, has to say. It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in today’s Spread. All the words of each Tarot card reading you see here are a phrase-by-phrase translation of the scene pictured on those cards: no filler, no psychic impressions, no spirit guide. Word-for-word Tarot Verbatim™.
You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim™ works.
This is a group reading, with no Questioner and no Question to limit what the cards say, so there’s more variety – even contradictions – and also the pronouns are more flexible. If it feels like it’s yours, and it says ‘he,’ and you’re a ‘she,’ feel free to adopt it anyway.
Ace of Cups
Six of Swords – Hanged Man – Page of Cups
.
Hanged Man and Page of Cups both refer to ideas, to odd ideas. Hanged Man is vision, envision, inspiration, eureka realization, a thought striking … to getting it. Page of Cups is a weird idea, a questioning, feeling silly and/or being silly or weird.
Six of Swords and Ace of Cups both refer to life being better or good. Six of Swords is moving on … escape this place for a better time ahead. Six of Swords is becoming something better too. Ace of Cups is getting with the program (cooperating), having an easy time or easy life, being healthy, channeling Holy Spirit or the presence of God, being good, a harmless situation … shall we sum it up by a very old-fashioned word, ‘blessedness’?
Six of Swords and Ace of Cups are a spiritual journey, becoming healthy, leaving whatever was behind and getting with the program or being godly or putting things aside to be in love from now on … or simply heading in a better direction.
Six of Swords and Ace of Cups, since Ace of Cups is also love and unconditional love, are about falling in love, headed toward being in love, moving to be with someone you love, leaving something (or other people) behind to be with your loved one, and escaping love – heading away from that.
Ace of Cups is also love, true love, being in love, a mellow feeling, and divine. So, naturally
Hanged Man and Ace of Cups are divine inspiration, holy vision, an intense feeling of love (or ‘agape,’ divine love). Hanged Man and Ace of Cups describe the aftereffects of a near death experience: a vision of love.
Six of Swords and Hanged Man and Page of Cups and Ace of Cups are obviously talking about a spiritual journey. Realizing that I am in love, or being enlightened about a spiritual experience or matter is Hanged Man and Ace of Cups. Then Six of Swords and Ace of Cups is about heading toward or away from that love or God or spiritual experience. (It is far more likely to be heading away from whatever conflicts with the love or enlightenment, and going toward the good experience.) Page of Cups and Ace of Cups is doubting or questioning God, or feeling uncomfortable or weird that you’re in love.
Put these four together, and they tell about a mindboggling experience of being in love or having a spiritual realization, feeling strange about it, wondering whether to head in the other direction, or turn your back on where you were at before the mindboggling experience. That is the overall story.
Six of Swords A woman and child leave like refugees (huddled together, no possessions) a place so detestable that any other place is a better life. Phrases arising from this are more than you would expect at first blush and include:
going to be better
ease on down the road
now that you’ve left,
where things are headed
put this whole thing behind me
Might have been ___back there
getting over ___
doesn’t ___ anymore
as time goes by
back there

wanders into places
put them aside
leave here, life will get easier
aren’t as bad as they were

getting away from
phasing out of some things
let them pass
quit
get away from that.
Hanged Man has the same odd illustration in every deck I have seen. It describes the upside-down feeling spiritual realizations or visionary inspirations produce. Words like realization and thought strikes and awareness are its contributions. Here is a list of today’s phrases from this Rider Waite fellow:
got a feelin’
intense feeling
you’re thinking

thoughts that cross my mind
influence comes over me and I think
state of consciousness
idea that
it strikes you
it hits you

realize
Page of Cups The fellow exemplifies ‘silly.’ He has a fish in a cup; he is dressed in a getup (woman’s clothes); he has a vacant look on his face. There’s water behind him. Water refers to things astral, emotional.
Here are the phrases for this card:
maybe even
maybe
how come
I thought I __, didn’t I
it might have been
could it really have been
what if
he doubts
was that really
strange
I think I am

silly scene
what seems to be
a funny feeling

Ace of Cups Some of the Rider Waite cards are from the Middle Ages when witchcraft could get you hanged even if you were Somebody. Cards were added that were overtly godly (Catholic godly: that was the only brand back then). This is one of them. You see the holy dove, the wafer of holy communion, and the bowl from Ste. Theresa d’Avila’s famous vision of the five senses flowing along with the Holy Spirit. Meanings arising from Ace of Cups today are:
lovin’
true love/ease
love
I’m in love
holy
divinely
pure love
God
spiritual influence comes over me
mellow feeling
spiritual
easier
easy
healthier
good health
harmless
cooperate
easygoing
