Guidance

What I regret in the past is what gave me who I am now. I paid too much for things like looking good, and I do have a sad tale to tell just to the people it benefits, a piece at a time, but I got better, and I learned you are the same person whether you make money or lose money. I also learned looking good pays off. And yeah, I take pride in treating that loser fairly. Just don’t tell them you’re depressed; they give you dope. That’s my story.

Could This Be You?

GUIDANCE Did you come here for Your Daily Predictions? Good! Guidance provides your predictions in a summary. It is the Guidance received for you through three Rider Waite Tarot™ cards, using Tarot Verbatim™.

GROUP TAROT READINGS Here are several one-sentence readings that are predictions for you and the people around you for today and the days around it. Here Tarot is talking to you: These sentences express word-for-word, verbatim, the meanings of those three Tarot cards. You choose which sentences apply to you, and you choose whether to encourage them or not.

SYNOPSIS Located right after the Group Tarot Cards Reading sentences, is a deeper expression of today’s Guidance. Read this too for your predictions. Here you complete your predictions experience. The rest of the page is more about learning to love and learn Tarot Verbatim™.

LEARN TAROT CARDS BY PICTURES Are you ready to begin learning Tarot Verbatim™? Here your in-depth meanings come alive for each of the three cards! In Tarot Verbatim™, pictures make the meaning, so each card is like a person you know and remember.

WITHOUT THE PICTURES For the true seeker of Tarot knowledge, here is what you need to know about how the three cards in today’s spread affect one another, and how to apply Tarot Verbatim™. Here too the cards come alive, together.

WHERE EACH PHRASE COMES FROM At a glance, with a color for each card, your subconscious picks up on how the sentences of GROUP TAROT CARDS READING came to be. You feel how individual card meanings reach out and blend, unite, into a sentence. (You can learn this – yes, you!) Your subconscious awareness sees the image and its feeling and your conscious awareness sees the language meaning, the text… so your two minds focus together to see 3D, three dimensionally, the same way your two eyes see depth that one eye does not.

PHRASES FOR ALL THREE TWO CARD COMBINATIONS Are you ready for the final step of this revolutionary Tarot Verbatim™ technique? Now to make it exceedingly plain and simple, we list the expressions each pair of cards makes. We list them in paragraph form rather than itemized so that they flow, and your subconscious clicks into place and ‘gets it.’ You may even find flashes of dreams or intuitive realities as you read these, at times.

The Rider Waite Tarot™ deck is a data bank in mass consciousness that your subconscious can communicate with. Tarot Verbatim™ is the Rosetta Stone that makes that communication easy because it is a bridge between conscious and subconscious thought. When both your levels of awareness focus together, you think intuitively in real time in ‘the real world.’

Bon voyage!

Synopsis

Exchanges with other people are unavoidable, so we affect and are especially affected by social and financial interchanges. An interchange that’s fair, that’s mutually beneficial, makes our day – both of us. Here we look at the ones that make us heartsick and the ones that are beneficial, whether it’s the handsome man we miss, whether it’s wishing we hadn’t spent that money, whether being proud of the way we are treating someone, or whether it’s money well-spent to be looking good.

Page of Wands

Page of Wands

Page of Wands shows a good-looking young man standing proudly, well-dressed. He is an apprentice, eager to be his best self, and to fit in, so he is young. Being in good shape, being your best, being yourself, are Page of Wands’ characteristics. This card very frequently appears as a speak/say/tell theme card. Page of Wands is also one of the optimistic or upbeat theme cards, and is mainstream like Hierophant (reputation).

Page of Wands translates as male singular pronouns (he, him, himself, his) and as simply ‘said’ or ‘says.’

Five of Cups

Five of Cups

The black robe of mourning, the bent head, the gray sky, the water going under the bridge, the spilled wine, and the obvious implication of turning one’s back to the still-full cups: You don’t need to be told the vibe and the meanings of Five of Cups. Not seeing the future because of the past; regret, wishing to god something had or had not happened, being sorry, feeling bad. Note that Five of Cups is heavily involved in the past: It will translate ‘past’ sometimes.

Five of Cups is one of the deficit (lack of, not enough) theme cards: Being broke or even bankrupt, waste, a drain, losing or being the loser. Today it’s about wishing you had not spent that money in the past, which is influenced by Six of Pentacles.

Naturally, Five of Cups is about being sad, melancholy, or depressed. It also is about bad times, even grim times. Five of Cups is someone haunted by something, and this Tarot card haunts your spread: It tends to relate to the other cards in such a way they don’t relate to one another.

Note that Five of Cups is the downside of alcohol. It can mean a hangover; it can be alcoholism or heavy drinking; it can be giving up alcohol – the mourning figure turns his or her back on the full cups of (presumably) wine. Five of Cups can make King of Cups an alcoholic.

Six of Pentacles

Six of Pentacles

You see a fair exchange: the employer weighing the coins whose value is their weight, not their face value, into the hands of the workers. Treating people fairly is a main application of this Tarot card. This giving and receiving (the exchange) doesn’t just refer to money, in real-life Tarot application, but to anything: attention, advice or information, prescribing medication or taking the pills, respect, and benefits.

However, you can count on Six of Pentacles to be about finance and money, paychecks and bills most of the time. Pay, costs, and spend: key words here. To make money and to spend money are obviously Six of Pentacles’ main functions.

Now Without The Pictures

Talk about story time! We have looking good, being in good shape, telling, and a fellow in Page of Wands. We have something to regret in Five of Cups, and a loss. Six of Pentacles makes that loss associated with spending money, and with treating people right. Lots of stories here.

We pick up a lot of good phrases for the pairs of these cards here, phrases like ‘Looking good pays off’ and ‘I’m proud to have treated that loser fairly’ and even ‘Payback is a bitch’ and ‘A sad story to tell a piece at a time to whoever it will benefit.’

In the social story, Knight of Cups is the buddy, the friend, who helps, who offers, who suggests, who is a friend in need, or a friend who helps someone in need.

These two scenarios are our main Tarot readings for today.

Tarot Readings for You for October 2-3, 2017 Monday-Tuesday©

This is different! Sometimes a question is vague, and there’s no history to go on. Who is this, and what is it all about?, you the reader think. You dive in and connect the dots in a consistent way, avoiding assumption as much as possible. Logic and intuition blend, and you cross your fingers.

.

This is just such a question, and Client and I have a discussion about it. Client chooses not to be specific, which is a client prerogative.

Emily to Client:

This is a complex matter, with parties and the nature of the business both unidentified, so I don’t know how well this relates to the situation. Let me know if this makes no sense to you. I did an extra spread which indicates the decision is made unequivocally (no choice) by King of Cups who is a meek man, a weak man, or a regulation.

.

.

Client to Emily

Hi Emily,

I am getting back to you after a while, because I could not make sense of the reading when I received it.

Now, part of it has taken form.  The young man gave his word that he would give it his best shot.  So (since in my opinion he has potential) I agreed to partner up with him and partially financed his entry fee.

He is keeping his word and putting in some effort, but I get the feeling that he may think this is more work than he bargained for.

Do not have a clue about the rest of the reading.  Could it also be read differently?

Next time maybe we should get on the phone.  Tell me how we can do that.

Have a nice day.

.

.

Emily to Client

Pieces of it can be read to contradict other parts. The way I read it, it is as consistent as I can make it, which is likely to be the most accurate.

.

Since I live in the wilderness, and three phone companies are involved in my phone service in a way I will never understand, telephone connections tend to be not ideal even for domestic calls, let alone international ones. The 208 993-1657 is the line I do readings on.

.

It is wiser to identify what the project is. Even, maybe, to ask ‘will the man do what is expected of him,’ or ‘what I expect of him,’ or will he do XYZ (some specific action). Questions with that form identify the situation in such a way the meanings of the cards can be applied with more certainty and precision. Not doing that, it’s still a valid question, but a general question that must needs get a general answer. The reader (me in this case) therefore ‘goes out on a limb,’ as I did when I made Six of Pentacles ‘paying a third party.’ Six of Pentacles means, in business deals, to pay a person fairly for his labor.

.

It looked like a business deal to me. You asked what you would see him do. Be aware that is (deliberately) a little different question from what he actually does – it leaves out whatever part you don’t see him do.

.

This story says, yes, he is in over his head and (Nine of Wands) hanging in there because he gave his word (Page of Wands). It goes on to say that men take over (King of Pentacles and Emperor, two controlling men) and leave a woman (maybe you) out of it (presumably out of the project, or maybe out of a part of it), that she is angry (Queen of Swords is not getting what’s rightfully hers, and is angry). I suspect what the Queen of Swords is left out of and angry about is paying a third party (free lancer who does know how to do what Mr. C. is having trouble with?).

.

The ‘big announcement,’ Judgment, would be the woman’s demand (Queen of Swords is a woman making a demand) and she is straightening the situation out (Strength, the woman who prevents harm by being proactive). Judgment is a legal card, so the woman may call down regulators (King of Cups is a bureaucrat or a regulator or an agency, and Queen of Swords is ‘the complainant’ or the plaintiff in litigation). King of Cups, really, could be another man in the story, too.

.

The way I connect these dots is: The lady expects the Subject to do something re this project. The man tries, sweats it out, but hangs in there. Then he involves other people (the two controlling men, the kings), and they do it their way – ‘make the decision and leave the woman out of it,’ King of Pentacles and World).

.

Judgment is also a surprise discovery, so when the woman finds out about this she has a lot to say (Queen of Swords), and takes action herself to get the situation going her way (Strength) – and Strength is a ‘stronger than the problem’ kind of Tarot card.

.

The last spread shows how upset, possibly horrified (Nine of Swords) Mr. Subject is when the woman, presumably you, gets annoyed and takes action to prevent something she sees as a problem. (Guess: she prevents the payment.)

.

If my way of connecting these dots is correct, you will discover something, probably an expense, that calls for corrective action on your part.

.

We can hash this out verbally if you wish to call. This writing may clarify the answer though. (And this took a lot of time).

.

Give it some time. Poke around.

Emily

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

                LEARN TAROT BY PICTURES..

.. …….……    …..,      In the middle is Six of Pentacles: an exchange; treating others, and being treated; doing the fair and right thing; paying and getting paid; fairness and justice; giving and receiving. To the left in Page of Wands is being in good shape, being a good person, being good-looking, and speaking. To the right, changing the application of the other two Tarot concepts, is Three of Swords – hurting, damage, injury, adversity, being mean, divorce, against, surgery, heart and heartache and heart problems. We have stories.

.. …….……Page of Wands is ‘the fair-haired boy,’ a person who is fair; Six of Pentacles is treating others fairly. Page of Wands and Six of Pentacles is being rewarded for who you are – for your image or your connections, your look. These two Tarot cards describe the benefits of fitting in or conforming. They actually say ‘Say the right words’ too.

.…… ….., Page of Wands is in good shape; Three of Swords is damaged or injured. Page of Wands and Three of Swords describe the handsome heartbreaker; they describe saying hateful words; and they speak of the suffering that has made him (or her) a good-or-better person.

.…… ….., Six of Pentacles is fairness; Three of Swords is meanness and hurt (hurt feelings too). So Six of Pentacles and Three of Swords describe someone being treated hatefully, and also describe the way you deal with, or dealt with, adversity. Since Six of Pentacles is ‘the market,’ and since Three of Swords is ‘damage,’ they speak of a down market, of getting hurt in the market. This pair of cards also describes being harmed by the way a person spends money.

Since Six of Pentacles is also court and lawsuits, and Three of Swords is damages, this pair of cards speaks of getting paid (or paying for) damages in court.

.

.

.

.

GET A SINGLE CARD’S MEANINGS: TYPE ITS NAME AND ‘TAROT VERBATIM’ INTO GOOGLE.

Page of Wands      Here’s a picture of a handsome well-dressed fellow who is pleasantly speaking up. Page of Wands refers to being in good physical shape, being good-looking, being the good guy or person with the good reputation, being the best person you can be (in your own opinion, or from the perspective of others) – as well as being ‘that type’ of person. Image. Reputation. Page of Wands is very much ‘real world,’ and can even translate ‘physical,’ like Hierophant can – another card that is also about good reputation.

Page of Wands has another strong application of talk, tell, say, the word, what people are talking about, the word on the street, what people are saying. Since it is a person card too, ‘He said’ belongs to him. Since Page of Wands is such an attractive likable person, he is the salesman who can talk us into anything.

Six of Pentacles      Six of Pentacles is a fair deal, a fair exchange. You see the employer weighing the coins into the hands of his workers, because the gold-weight of the coins is what they are actually valued at when the fellows use them in their transactions. Six of Pentacles is both about you getting what you deserve (either way!) and about you giving others what they deserve, and that applies not just to the money exchange we see in the picture, but also to social exchanges of any kind … like you giving the attention a person deserves, or getting the attention you deserve. Attention or credit, actually.

Six of Pentacles – remember – refers to either/or the buy and the sell part of a deal – in the same way you see Six of Swords emphasizing either the leaving or the arriving – or both.

More broadly, Six of Pentacles simply refers to the way something or someone is being treated.

In today’s stories, Six of Pentacles is equally about a good price for something, and a good income. It’s about the good amount of money to get for what you do, and the right price to pay for what you want or need.

You can label Six of Pentacles as ‘It’s a deal.’

Three of Swords      Storm clouds and rain behind a heart pierced by blades: You don’t need to be told; you too have been there. Three of Swords is a spoiler card that rains on its neighbors. Bad weather; adverse conditions.

Three of Swords is one of two divorce cards in the Tarot Verbatim™ system. [The other is Tower. When these two appear in two separate sentences or sections of your Tarot Verbatim™ Celtic Cross spread, you have a for-sure divorce (or firing) theme.] So Three of Swords means to separate yourself from someone or something, dissociate, divorce, reject – or have that happen to you. It means adversity and hostility and to be against something or someone – even to hate – or have that happen to you. You can summarize and label Three of Swords as ‘all the feelings that go along with a typical divorce.’

Three of Swords is when everything is going against, is the time of quarreling and separation, is adversity and hostility, is being in the wrong company, the wrong setting for you. It’s also being fired, or firing. It can even speak of a stabbing.

Three of Swords means injury, trauma, surgery, cuts, pain and any heart trouble too.

Here are today’s literal phrases Three of Swords contributes: a rival; quits; adverse; firings; against it; heart problem; hurting; surgery; painful; adversity; suffered; disagreeable people; make an enemy; people who are against that; there’s some bad feeling; punished; harming; divorced; broke your heart; against all the odds; jealous; hateful; so mean; breaks up with you; difficult people; against; hurt my feelings; lawsuit; injury; cross-__; damage.

When I’m being a good person, I treat hateful people fairly (although I do speak up). Sometimes being a good person causes other people to treat me hatefully. The way I handle being treated hatefully can make me a more likable person, an even better version of my already-okay self.
