Advice     Family ties.  Family invests in the promising or the troubled child.  The child is so happy to be free of the dysfunctional background.  The neighbors figure the brat got what he deserved and will testify.  There’s a lot of talk.  Child support is such a problem to the new family:  They tell you about it.  Everyone in the clan chips in for the treatment of a child’s problem.  The happiness he gets from freeing himself from his childhood background is worth it.

Is this the first time you come here?  Well … what to do:

*Go to Advice above which is a summary of the Messages.  (Advice is everyone’s favorite part.)

*Go to Daily Message Tarot Analysis below.  One or more of those sentences has something to say to you.  Intuitively pick those out.  They are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it.  (It is a group message like a horoscope, except Tarot isn’t based on someone else’s birth data,  so it can be specific,  accurate,  detailed and direct.  Our experiment here is  “How much more accurate is it?”)

Did you come here for your predictions?  –  You are done now –  See you tomorrow.

Without a question to focus the answer,  four cards can mean contradictory things especially when the Spread has a card that negates other cards.  Without a question also the pronouns in a group reading are more flexible,  especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads.  When a pronoun is in parentheses,  feel very free to substitute.  The question in a  ‘real’  individual reading supplies at least half the information!

MEANINGS AND ILLUSTRATIONS:  OBSERVATION OF THE SPREAD

We start with the Ten of Pentacles family that has,  or that is,  a problem.  (It means ghetto or neighbors as well.) Then up comes Sun,  a brat (or a child,  or children).  Then Six of Pentacles means getting what someone deserves,  or respect,  or paying or getting money.  And Star tells us someone is happy about this,  or is talking about it.

MEANINGS AND ILLUSTRATIONS:  INDIVIDUAL RIDER WAITE TAROT CARDS

Ten of Pentacles is the dysfunctional family,  the  ‘baggage’  of our family background,  the troublesome neighbors,  the ghetto.  But it also refers to the wealthy families and to a  ‘bad’  organization like the mob,  politicians or where you happen to work.  Its illustration perfectly expresses a multigenerational family quarrel.  Grandpa on his throne with that smug look that power gives one;  the couple  ‘discussing things,’  except husband is staring away while wife has this earnest look as she talks to him;  and kid is squalling and pulling on mama’s clothes.  The dogs know who is the power here:  They are with Grandpa.

Sun is the child or brat,  and is also getting free of the home and being happy.  Illustration shows a kid who has sneaked into the back yard naked to play with a jaundiced pony who is about to toss him and his banner.

Six of Pentacles is an exchange,  a fair exchange.  Both parties are doing their parts fairly.  Laborers have performed,  and Employer is weighing out the coins into their worthy hands.  Getting what is deserved.

Star is healthy and happy,  robust,  and enjoying life singing in the shower.  Feeling good all over.  Glad.  Pictured is a person in a bath,  possibly a ritual bath.

Advice. The culture, the family, and working for a living: Problems sprout here, Responsibility takes root here. How attached shall I be to these? Can I participate and not be engulfed in other people’s stories and issues? Should I underwrite the existence of those who aren’t participating, when I am working? If so, who? – the mooch? Marketeers always want the market to free them from the market, don’t they?

Without a question to focus the answer, four cards can mean contradictory things especially when the Spread has a card that negates other cards. Without a question also the pronouns in a group reading are more flexible, especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads. When a pronoun is in parentheses, feel very free to substitute. The question in a ‘real’ individual reading supplies at least half the information! ======================================================================== DAILY MESSAGE TAROT ANALYSIS Tell the visitors here something useful and meaningful to them. Business Perspective Everyone is scheming at work, but what the heck, they pay me. The people whose rivalry creates a bad atmosphere at work will get what they deserve – not you. The company has some difficulties, but paying labor isn’t one of them. Financial Perspective I got a job, a paycheck, so I don’t have problems other people have. Not having a job means paying the bills is a problem. Everybody in the working class has trouble paying their bills, don’t worry about that. Family Perspective He works, gives his money to the whole family, and forgets about it. People who have a family and kids have constant problems and I don’t. May as well work for the family if they pay you. Irresponsibility Perspective Why work when your bills can be paid by the taxpayers? He isn’t one of those wage slaves: They have problems and he doesn’t. You are working, the relatives assume you will give them money. Personal Life Perspective Other people – and you know nothing about it – keep paying one another back. Being from a dysfunctional background, he has no idea about working for a living. Making a steady effort to free (him)self from the culture (he) was dealt. Ignores the whole troublesome family by putting (his) energy into the job. Dissociate from the in-laws but keep giving them them some respectful attention. Just know nothing and keep treating everyone fairly. ======================================================================== Now, Part Two, Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim ™ thing works? I analyze business situations and personal relationships accurately from both Tarot and practical perspectives, and even make it fun. (Testimonials are on the web site. Just click the link.) ========================================================================= Meanings and Illustrations: Observation of the Spread Here is our quad-card story: Make money and pay money (Six of Pentacles); people have problems (Ten of Pentacles); working (Eight of Pentacles); don’t worry, be free and happy. Well that was easy, we can go home now. Almost. The only connection in the meanings of these four is the paycheck (Six of Pentacles) and the worker (Eight of Pentacles). There’s a contrast between people who have problems, Ten of Pentacles, and not worrying about a thing, Fool. Fool is the spoiler card here, it is negating the other three, producing contradictory sentences that you have to decide which apply to you. This comes from operating without a question – nothing we can do about that. An individual reading (which you are welcome to) has a specific question and will clarify whatever is cloudy here. The first three cards are about labor getting paid associated with a problem, and the final Fool means ‘Oh, never mind.’ Here, it means ‘not my problem.’ Meanings and Illustrations: Individual Rider Waite Tarot Cards Six of Pentacles is a money exchange, illustrated by the employer paying the workers. Getting what one deserves. That is the only meanings of it we are using at this moment. Ten of Pentacles is about a group of people who have a problem or who are a problem (or both). Since it sets between ‘getting paid’ and ‘workers,’ its meaning is channeled that way. The illustration shows family problems: Grandpa has given the couple some ultimatum, and the couple is arguing, making the kid squall while husband stares into space as his wife has her say. Eight of Pentacles shows up a lot, blends well with others. Work, the doing of, repetition, keeping at it. Illustration is a carpenter making on identical object after another. There’s a demand for pentacles, it seems. Fool “What, me worry?” ‘Don’t worry, be happy’ is his tune. He is free of … you name it, and he is free of it, especially common sense. He has faith instead. His faith will keep him and his pup from falling off that cliff.
