Tarot Readings for You for December 12 & 13, 2015 Weekend©
GUIDANCE We agree to disagree. We settle up a dispute. Someone is fired after ultimatums about performance, or quits in a confrontational meeting. On the other hand, everything was against us making a profit in our business, and we made a profit. And everything was against our sexual relationship but we are getting along fine. Today we look into stories about adverse conditions, about agreeing and disagreeing.

Three of Pentacles ‘goes with everything.’ Especially today.
Three of Pentacles is agree; Three of Swords is disagree.
Three of Pentacles is ‘we cooperate’; Ace of Wands is ‘forced to.’
Three of Pentacles is doing your part and getting along; Three of Swords is splitting up or divorce, or at least quarreling; Ace of Wands is combative.
Three of Pentacles is doing your job as part of the team; Three of Swords is getting fired or quitting; Ace of Wands is dominating.
Three of Pentacles is negotiating and settling up; Three of Swords is litigation or suing.
So getting along is flanked on both sides by animosity.
Three of Pentacles is also doing business and making a profit, which gives us some story elements in our Tarot Tales today.
…….Ace of Wands and Three of Pentacles So Three of Pentacles with Ace of Wands is a sexual relationship. It is also the biggest business deal. How about that? It also says ‘have to meet’ because Ace of Wands is ‘have to’ or ‘must’ and Three of Pentacles is a meeting of any kind. Yes, these two say ‘sexual meeting’ and ‘have to deal with.’ They also say ‘commercial sex.’

Three of Swords at its mildest is storm, surgery, disagreement, or being against. It is a leading card for divorce or breaking up, along with Tower. You see a heart-shaped figure run through by three blades, and a gray storm sky behind it: nothing else. Three of Swords covers hurt and hate and trauma from top to bottom, and it is about heart attack and stroke too. Expect Three of Swords to bring hostility, quarrel, animosity, hatred, assault, heartache, war, enmity or enemy, injury, damage, trauma, etc.
Here are the words and phrases it contributes today: being dismissed from; someone is fired; violated; heartache; against; being fired; break up; rebellious; disagree; a fight; fire him; a split; fighting; spiteful; divorced; break up; hostile; everything’s against that; damage; be fired; lawsuit.
Three of Pentacles is the salt of the deck: It goes with everything. Its common meanings are: relationship (any kind); business – a deal or transaction or exchange of any kind; contract; agreement, negotiation or settlement … or dickering about it; meeting of any kind; meeting of three people. ‘Relationship’ is what Three of Pentacles says most of the time.
THIS is THE Rider Waite Tarot card for real estate transactions and real estate closings: Remember that one!
Three of Pentacles is cooperating – is doing your part – is ‘fair and square.’ It is about settling up, and not just settling lawsuits or settling formally in a transaction, but about ‘settling a score’ type thing too.
Three of Pentacles is a legal card. Besides referring to contracts, it refers to court proceedings, lawsuits or litigation of any sort.
You see an architect (or, in modern times, a general contractor) demonstrating to his clients that he abided by the blueprints to build their building (the cathedral – and that’s a monk and nun there). So Three of Pentacles can refer to blueprint, and to demonstrating one’s performance.
The architect is demonstrating that he is now entitled to be paid his major draw – his paycheck, his profit. That makes Three of Pentacles refer to getting paid, to funding – and we don’t mean a pittance, either!
Ace of Wands is herd-bull kind of dominance. So it means ‘threat’ and even ‘to hit’ or assault. The male gender is reflected by the club resembling a penis. Ace of Wands is about how very important something is: It’s Number One. You have to do it: You must. You are forced to. Ace of Swords also means dominance.
So Ace of Wands translates ‘ultimatum’ or ‘an order,’ as well as: the most important, total, primary and primacy. ‘Primacy’ makes Ace of Wands mean ‘the most,’ and adds: -er, -ier, -est, -iest to nearby cards’ words. But Ace of Wands’ most frequent translate is ‘absolutely.’ Ace of Wands also means ‘for sure’ or ‘surely.’
As the male sex card, Ace of Wands means sex, sexual, male (as in the gender of a newborn person or animal).
.
Am I going to go along with this, or am I opposing it?: That’s a question we ask ourselves more often than we are even aware of. Another is ‘Do they approve of me, or not?’ Thumbs-up or thumbs-down. Agree or disagree; approve or disapprove. Who I’m voting for … or voting against. My decision may make me feel powerful, or their decision may break my heart. At any rate, we humans are always voting for or against this or that, aren’t we all?
