WE WILL NOT HAVE THE PHOTOS OF THE CARDS ON HERE FOR A WHILE BECAUSE STEFANIE HAS THEM AND I AM PUTTING UP THESE DAILY MESSAGES MYSELF NOW

=========================================================================

HOW TO USE THE MATERIAL WE HAVE FOR YOU HERE. Read the sentences, and pick out the ones that seem to apply to you, to the people around you. They are a Tarot analysis of your day’s circumstances. As the day (or several days) unfolds, you may find the information is relevant. The question is: “Tell the visitors here something useful and meaningful to them.” Often, your adopting the attitude you feel in the blog works for your day!

Without a question to focus the answer, four cards can mean even contradictory things. Without a question also the pronouns in a group reading are less specific, more flexible, especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads. Especially when a pronoun is in parentheses, feel free to substitute.

The Advice section sums up a general meaning of all the sentences.

Remember to share your experience with a comment here if you have words for it … I write two or three hours every day on these spreads, and I love it.

Photos of the animals that the people who call me support are in with the articles I wrote for you. Enjoy them too!

And you can call me at the 800 99 3 6 9 12 number from Eastern 1 p. m. to Eastern 1 a. m. at least, every day. I analyze business situations accurately too. (Testimonials are on the web site.)

THIS WEEKEND’S QUESTION IS: WHAT OVERLOOKED

FAVORABLE CIRCUMSTANCE IN MY LIFE CAN I MAKE USE OF?

=======================================================

Six of Wands

World, Two of Wands, Lovers

Meanings and Illustrations:

Well, look-a-here. Count ’em. One-two-three cards in a row that each mean protection and security. Then the fourth is the secret enemy, phony friend, backstabbing acquaintance. Well, we get the picture, don’t we? This is not going to be one of those spreads that has many applications and means far-flung things. This is a situation we humans meet with early, when we are still wearing baby clothes. So today’s message is good news.

World card is about being shielded from all the bad stuff by being above it, by being disinterested in and ignoring all that glitters – by being spiritually superior to the hazards on all planes. If you don’t want something for nothing you don’t have that ‘handle,’ that receptor the predator docks onto. You are below its radar. But the shield is not just World’s wall of disinterest; it is also her positive interest in other things: World is in her own world dancing with her wands, is doing her own thing.

Two of Wands: We continue the theme of being secure from interference by being above it (literally now: the mogul is on the rooftop contemplating the world of real estate below whilst having the world in his hands). World is secure spiritually. Two of Wands is secure financially as a base of power and influence: He can not only see the Big Picture, he can draw it. He is deciding on the future of his real estate holdings down there. He has a plan, he is in control.

Lovers: Protection comes from above, from the guardian angel, in this third card. Once again, there’s a connection to Higher Consciousness, to divine protection. But this card means to connect, to partner up or being a partner, rather than to insulate, ignore, shut out or be unavailable as the others do. This card shows the Adam and Eve story which is about succumbing to temptation, not about being above it.

The snake is in the tree on Eve’s side there, and the volcano brings potential eruptions of passion.

Six of Wands: Speaking of the snake in the tree, there he is, the friendly guy bearing concealed consequences. The charlatan who says he won the election is going to sell you and your country behind your back. The illustration is about King Richard III’s betrayal to the Arabs so some other guy could control England.

===============================================

Advice is (1) You live in a space that is inconvenient to low life form, that is above its level, so you are not seen as appetizing prey under its nose and it doesn’t reach you to connect with you; and then (2) you make sure you don’t make that connection yourself, don’t let motives such as curiosity, sympathy or self-interest (a bargain!) on your part open the door to trouble. Sounds like the Pandora’s Box story, doesn’t it?

TAROT ANALYSIS

You are connecting with people who have a good influence on you and are not connecting with those who have a self-serving use for you.

At this level of spiritual maturity, you see the Big Picture, you connect with Divinity, and you influence the people around you who are not as open to that kind of influence.

Not playing games is always going to protect you.

Some of the people you ignore are mooches who would benefit from you partnering up with them.

Higher Consciousness will always keep the lower life forms at bay.

You take the long-term view, which protects you from ‘smooth operators’ as you do your own thing.

Our Daily Spread for Feb. 26, 2011

Eight of Pentacles Fool, World, Two of Wands

Spiritual and Business Perspectives: Never mind the negative influences, your future is secure at work. She is free, she is unencumbered, she is working and financially secure. Spiritual maturity is ahead, in which trouble avoids you as you do things subconsciously. What you are doing now will make you free of interference. What you are doing now, you will be spiritually mature and invisible to bad people/spirits. You don’t know what you are working on, but you will master it and be (financially) secure. Make it your business not to know the bad stuff and you will be in good shape. Don’t know what you are doing at work but no harm will come of it. You have no connection at all to the corruption, you just work there and are secure. You are going to be paid well for work that is over your head, but you master it. You are kept in the dark at work:  Knowing nothing is a good plan. Not knowing about the crooks in the background will keep your good job going for you. When you have a spread that combines the subconscious, the Fool, with spirituality, the World card, pay attention:  This is a very rare message – especially when those two themes are also relating to work (or what you are doing) and to a solid future/financial security.  Spirituality developing at work … interesting. The World card suggests there are some bad influences that do not affect you.  The World card expresses the idea that a spiritually mature person repels bad influences, bad people and bad happenings.  The Two of Wands echoes the secure future that happens when bad stuff is repelled. Advice here is to keep doing what you are doing, that something you need not be aware of is happening and you will benefit.  Regarding your employment, advice is to relax about the part of the work you do not know, that it will come to you.

Meanings and Illustrations:

Fool: Many potential meanings to the Rider Waite Fool card.  Today we are using ‘subconscious’ which arises from its optimism ‘never mind’ meanings plus its ‘oblivious’ meanings.  We are also using the ‘don’t know’ expression.  The illustration shows a happy fella running away with little provisions for the road, with his little happy dog who seems to share his reckless disregard for being on the edge of a cliff.  Suggestion is that faith saves one from the precipice, along the lines of the ‘God protects fools and drunks.’ World: Bad influences (people and spirits) are not coming to influence you when you have ‘been there and done that’ and you ‘know all about their type.’  This knowing is wisdom or spiritual mastery.  It operates without deliberate awareness (subconsciously).  The bad stuff senses you are capable of dealing with trouble, so it … trouble … avoids you.  For example, muggers instinctually avoid a female who looks like a fight would be fun:  That just doesn’t smell right, best avoided. Two of Wands: The future, which puts the thought the surrounding cards impart into future tense, as in ‘will’ or ‘will be.’  Something is ahead, for sure.  There’s a plan.  The illustration shows a well dressed fellow alone on a rooftop looking over all the property he owns and making plans probably to use it as collateral to make even more money.  He may be the bankster eying your house. Eight of Pentacles: This is one of those cards that shows up more than the others.  Here it is what you are doing, and work.  The illustration shows a carpenter producing one after another identical item, keeping at it.  It is advice to keep doing what you are doing, often.

Rider Waite Tarot-2-26-11b

He is obsessed with all the fun he could have with a passive lady

Sun Eight of Wands, Knight of Pentacles, High Priestess

General and Business Perspectives: He contemplates all the ways she is free because of what she knows. He is aware that she is free because of all the stuff she knows. He knows one thing:  She knows all the ways to circumvent the rules. He knows the bookkeeper knows ways to get away with things. He is looking to know all the secret ways that would free him to be a reckless thug. The quiet woman told this thug over and over about being oblivious to the rules. She knows all about the reckless disregard he has for the rules in his ambition. His self interest will get him out of there fast:  She keeps that secret. He focuses on ways to evade the bookkeeper’s skills. Romance Perspectives: He just wants to have more and more fun with the ladies. His one goal is to be free of all the restrictions she imposes upon him. He is obsessed with all the fun he could have with a passive lady. With all the ways he could be free of her, she is all he thinks of. He is more and more obsessed with having a fling with this ‘other woman.’ So many women he could have flings with, and he is interested in this one. He is obsessed with all the fun this secretive woman could be having. All of this ladylike woman’s men have been fun-loving bad boys. She knows everything about being such a fun gal the guy is totally obsessed with her. She knows they are all obsessed with having flings with her. She has flings with all the tough guys. She leaves all the men who get serious about her, she is out for fun. He knows everything about women:  They’re fun. He keeps getting obsessed when he has flings with the mysterious-type girl. He is sure she knows about all his flings. We have cards that are mostly different from one another in this spread.  The only parallel ones are the ‘he knows’ of the Knight of Pentacles and the ‘she knows’ of the High Priestess.  He knows in an obsessive way, and she knows in a secretive, even spiritual, way.  The Sun, which means to be free of rules and restrictions and to have fun, as well as ‘to be reckless’ crowns the layout. High Priestess, a Tarot Card that in Rider Waite is dense with meaning, today takes a back seat to what is going on in her surrounding cards.  This card often simple means ‘she’ or ‘the lady.’  Being passive and quiet is standard, as is knowing secret(s).  Remember, she can be the bookkeeper too. Advice today from this four-card Rider Waite spread is that there is a pushy self-serving dude in the story who is reckless of the rules and/or who is obsessed with a lady or ladies.  He is the bad-boy, the ruffian or thug sometimes.  He focuses on a lady who is on to him, whether she is the bookkeeper or not.

Meanings and Illustrations:

Eight of Wands: This is another card that shows up more than other Tarot citizens, in violation of those inviolable Laws of Random Distribution.  Its meanings are general, but the ones in use here today are to make the surrounding meanings plural, the ‘all’ ones (all the ways, all the stuff, all about, everything, so many), fast, and told.  The illustration is a bit oblique, just a lot of, shall we say, arrows flying in the air looking like lines on a page.  They are connected to the meanings, but it’s a reach. Knight of Pentacles: Pigheaded ambitious pushy self- absorbed obsessive ruffian.  Him again, the bad boy.  At his best, he concentrates, is focused, as in ‘you being the only girl he is interested in.’  The illustration shows a short dark muscled cop-looking fella focusing on his interest, sitting on a horse who is drawn along the same lines as he. High Priestess: She is the lady, ladylike, the bookkeeper, the passive lady, ‘she,’ the other woman, the secretive woman, the woman who knows, the mysterious type.  The illustration shows a seated woman with a calm demeanor who has a book in her lap, occult trappings all around her. Sun: Here’s the reckless funlovin’ boy, the playboy out to have his fun, the guy who eludes the rules recklessly.  The illustration shows a young boy who snuck outta the house to ride a frisky horse bareback whilst carrying a big banner in his left hand.  Whee! – but that horse is about to give him a comeuppance, isn’t he or she?
