Tarot Readings for You for July 4, 2018 Wednesday© Email

Here’s a special Wednesday treat for all of you who do your own Tarot using this site as a library of combined meanings of Tarot cards. The treat is a peek into why your question should include pertinent factors that the cards are not precise about. The big factors are dates, person(s), and time.

Ask ‘who did it’ and you get a description you may not recognize. Ask the motive of who did it, and you will get a description of the scene that usually tells you whodunit. Don’t ask ‘when’ about anything because Tarot is mass-consciousness based ‘out there’ or ‘in there’ somewhere, and isn’t earthbound with clocks and calendars. Instead, you ask ‘Will X happen in Y time?’ as I call it. Not ‘When will he call?’ but ‘Will he call this week?’ That converts the question into a yes-or-no one which Tarot will answer well (or pretty well) giving details that are applicable (cogent).

First thing here is the question I did answer for our client ‘as modified.’ She wants to know ‘what a relationship is going to become,’ not specifying the relationship. Tarot Verbatim is fine (is excellent, really) with that. With no background, however, once the cards talk about marriage and leaving or switching, you as the reader don’t know who’s who. The answer is to be from Client’s perspective, but you don’t know which position Client occupies unless that is in the ‘history.’ And there’s no history required in these cold Email readings. This is why the instructions on the Email Reading tab suggest saying whether love interest is married

I wrote Client, and when she did not respond right away, simply modified the question to include just Dude and her. That is the first set of spreads you see.

Then Client answers with history and perspectives. Tarot did rise to the occasion in its answer.

THEN I include the original set of cards which are confusing to apply if you don’t know the history. Now, you can put these together and see how to handle this – how to phrase a general relationship question which gives no identity of parties or background.

If you subscribe to Tarot Email Training, you know things like this about doing readings and forming questions. Click Here to try that out.

You can also get email readings just like these for a mere $18.75. (Sometimes you wait. These are underpriced because I love doing them, so other parts of the work come first, AND the email readings require peace-and-quiet which isn’t scheduled on my calendar (or yours?).

And by the way, you can also call for a telephone reading and ask that the pertinent cards be identified and explained for you. I do a lot of that.

Question: What will I see this relationship situation actually become in the real world in the next, say, three months?

Note the last cards of the last three spreads are about marriage: King of Wands is the husband card in Tarot Verbatim™; Queen of Wands, the wife card; Ten of Cups, one of two good marriage cards.

Emily writes to Client, re the first set of spreads:

This looks like a married man who has ‘the other woman.’  And it looks like that stressed guy you can’t make up his mind but is being affectionate.

If I type up what I have, it may not make sense without me knowing who’s who.

I will wait a while for you to respond, and write these spreads down, and ask the question again limiting the answer to just him and you.

Client writes to Emily re the above Note:

Hi Emily,

Thank you for this.

He is not married, but recently divorced with all sorts of drama with manipulative ex and 2 very manipulative/manipulated kids.

In this sense, even though we are very much in a committed relationship (it’s been almost 2 years, and we met well after his separation but during the final months of divorce litigation), I guess I am the other woman because of all the claws and fangs still gripping him and pulling him in directions his heart does not agree with?

I should add that he has said many time that he will “never get married again”… perhaps he is conflicted about that belief and the prospect of me walking away from him and the drama that he may have to continue to deal with for the next several years…

Emily writes to Client,

This thread of conversation here is a perfect example of the limitations of verbatim Tarot – a perfect example of what should be put in a question to get a focused answer (because the question best contains what the cards are likely to be imprecise about).

I am thinking of publishing it along with the original spread that I replaced when I asked another question limiting the answer to ‘just you and he.’

How do you feel about that?  Your name isn’t mentioned, of course.

Client writes to Emily

Sure, go for it.  Thanks!

Tarot Readings for You for November 27, 2013 Wednesday©

Guidance      We study and we plan and we are sure of how to secure our ambition … until a realization out of nowhere changes all that in a hurry. Intuition swoops in at the last minute even when we have made our minds up about what is going to happen. Drop everything and focus that subconscious inspiration upon a plan. Fusing the intuitive with the focused will is a shortcut to optimum destiny. When you have sight of the future logically and intuitively, you detour to the best destination.

Are YOU here for the first time? Come in!

People love this place! Our site is divided into four sections: Guidance, Tarot Readings, Learn Tarot by Observation, and Learn Tarot by Pictures.
If you just want your daily look ahead, Guidance and Tarot Readings are all you need. ‘Guidance’ (above) is a summary of what the cards are telling visitors to be aware of this day.

‘Group Tarot Cards Reading’ (just below this) is the actual word-for-word messages from the pictures of the four cards you see – to everyone. These readings are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it. So, go ahead and pick the sentences you feel are yours and decide whether to encourage or reject them for yourself.

Did you come here for your predictions? – You are done now – See you tomorrow. The family of commenters here would love for you to join in (the very last thing, at the bottom).

Tarot Readings: Focus Subconsciously and Consciously (Hanged Man and Knight of Pentacles)

Drop everything and focus that subconscious inspiration on a plan.

An insight isn’t quite conscious for you to have control of it.

Foreseeing the future tends to blip out of your head.

He is sure he will have a feeling in his gut when it is time to leave.

Quit concentrating and the idea will just hit.

Certainty is derailed by insight and foresight.

An instinctive idea intrudes about my future.

Intuition disrupts your conscious plan.

Financial default is what to focus on intuitively

Your mind is going to wander into psychic foresight.

Fusing the intuitive and the focused will is a shortcut to optimum destiny.

When you have sight of the future logically and intuitively, you detour your way through.

He is sure how to realize his ambition until a realization changes all that in a hurry.

When I realize I am getting fanatical about this, then I will drop it.

I have a feeling I am going to dismiss this obsessive thought.

You have a gut feeling a disruption is coming and you are sure of it logically, too.

Tarot Readings: A Change of Mind or Change of Plan (Eight of Cups and Hanged Man OR Eight of Cups and Knight of Pentacles)

I am so sure about my plan, then I realize it is a no-go.

After all that deliberation, I change my plan on a hunch.

I sense they are onto my plan and change it on the spot.

(His) mind was made up until (he) saw what would come of that.

When (he) sees what is going to happen, (he) changes his mind.

His idea will not be fully realized.

You see you are not going in the direction that will get you to your goal.

Tarot Readings: Realize What’s Going to Happen in the Financial Future (Hanged Man and Two of Wands OR Knight of Pentacles and Two of Wands)

The idea is to get out before someone realizes what is going to happen.

He is certain of making a profit if he gets out when he has the feeling to.

He is sure it’s a sure thing right up until the last minute when it hits him.

He does not fully realize the profit he is going to make; it’s just a feeling.

An instinctive idea intrudes about your financial goal.

You realize you are off the track when all you think about is the financial end of it.

The mind wanders, then you focus on the financial reality.

The instinctive idea you have about the financial future changes your goal.

Now,  Part Two,

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing section below. This tells about the combined four pictures in the Tarot Readings – the pictures above here.  It explains how these four cards get together in your mind to make the messages.

*Go to Learn Tarot by Pictures.  It is what each of the four cards, by itself, has to say.  It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in today’s Spread. All the words of each Tarot card reading you see here are a phrase-by-phrase translation of the scene pictured on those cards: no filler, no psychic impressions, no spirit guide. Word-for-word Tarot Verbatim™.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim™ works.

This is a group reading, with no Questioner and no Question to limit what the cards say, so there’s more variety – even contradictions – and also the pronouns are more flexible. If it feels like it’s yours, and it says ‘he,’ and you’re a ‘she,’ feel free to adopt it anyway.

Two of Wands

Eight of Cups – Hanged Man – Knight of Pentacles

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

.

Hanged Man and Knight of Pentacles are both ideas. Hanged Man is intuitive, subconscious, an inspiration, a realization, to sense or get a feeling or ‘get it.’ It is receiving ideas. Knight of Pentacles is the opposite: conscious thought, concentration (even obsessive or fanatical), to focus instead of to realize. He is sending ideas outward. These two are the left-brain/right-brain difference. Each or both of these cards may appear if you ask a question about telepathy.

Hanged Man and Knight of Pentacles The phrases these two make, even though they both mean ideas, are varied. Here they are: realize (i am) fanatical or obsessed about; subconscious and conscious idea; focus on a subconscious; obsessed with psychism; psychic focuses upon; a hunch after all that deliberation; mind is made up; realize his ambition; you have a gut feeling and are convinced logically too; i sense they are onto my; is certain until (he) realizes; he is sure, and then it hits him; a strong feeling it’s a sure thing; an instinctive idea about your goal; the instinctive idea you have about this; an idea about your goal; goal is realized; you see your goal; gut feeling about your goal is. Can you sense the two minds interacting, in these phrases?

Eight of Cups and Two of Wands There’s a contrast – but less pronounced – in the remaining two Rider Waite Tarot cards too. Eight of Cups is to desist, derail, drop, switch, change. It is the last-minute change, the last minute disruption. Two of Wands is a sure thing, the long range plan, the overview, the long term outlook. These two Rider Waite Tarot cards are the difference between desist and persist.

Eight of Cups and Two of Wands, with their fairly opposite meanings, make these phrases in today’s messages: certainty is derailed; I will drop it; I am going to dismiss this; I am going to drop out; a disruption is coming; change of plans; changes what is (or was) going to happen; certain that getting out will; make a profit by getting out; financial default; a shortcut to optimum destiny, financial plan is not fully; will not be fully; will not finish; will not be met; you see you are not going to get to. Reading these phrases, can you feel the sure thing developing a question mark?

Knight of Pentacles and Two of Wands have something in common too. Knight of Pentacles is sure, certain. Two of Wands is a sure thing. Each of these Rider Waite Tarot cards are about future too. Knight of Pentacles is fixated upon it, and Two of Wands means the future.

Knight of Pentacles and Two of Wands Here are the phrases these two make, with what they have in common: sight of the future, logically; He is sure how to realize his ambition; an ambitious plan; sure it will; are sure of it logically too; (They are) onto my plan; he sees what is going to happen; certain of making a profit; He is sure that it’s a sure thing; the profit he is going to make; (his) financial goal; all you can think about is the financial end of it; focus on the financial reality; idea about the financial future; financial goal; goal about the financial future; financial goal is fully realized or met; will get to (your/his) financial goal. Meanings other than what they have in common create many of these sentences.

Putting the four together for the main message suggests suddenly seeing you are not going in the direction that gets you to your goal, and you turn off, maybe at the last minute? There’s a concentration on that goal being financial.

LEARN TAROT BY PICTURES

.

Eight of Cups is to desist, derail, drop, switch, change. It is the last-minute disruption. The illustration in Rider Waite shows a pedestrian changing direction because the terrain forces it.

Hanged Man is pure subconscious inspiration: the hunch, the eureka experience, the feeling in your bones, the intuitive realization – to sense it, to get a gut feeling, to ‘get it.’ The fellow ‘hung upside-down’ in the illustration (common to just about every self-respecting deck) reproduces the feeling you get when a major realization or vision is coming through.

Knight of Pentacles is consciously concentrating, focusing on a very deliberate goal or ambition or thought, even a fanatical or obsessive one. He is the diametrical opposite of Hanged Man’s kind of thinking. Here we see the short dark intense fellow, the kind who can even be the punk who puts his fists on you. Even his horse is sturdy, intense and dark.

Two of Wands refers to the future, to a plan, to financial security, to a sure thing or certainty. Financial plan is what it often means today. Illustration in Rider Waite shows a financier on his rooftop looking at his real estate empire and planning what to do next with it. He has the world in his hand so I guess he is a globalist.
