Guidance

Families with children make a community that is a happy place for people like themselves. A father and his son are a family here. These people speak freely and stand up for their kids. A young guy is so upbeat he speaks well of others, and everyone is happy to see him, and wants him in their circle. All his friends are optimistic people like himself.

GUIDANCE Did you come here for Your Daily Predictions? Good! Guidance provides your predictions in a summary. It is the Guidance received for you through three Rider Waite Tarot™ cards, using Tarot Verbatim™.

GROUP TAROT READINGS Here are several one-sentence readings that are predictions for you and the people around you for today and the days around it. Here Tarot is talking to you: These sentences express word-for-word, verbatim, the meanings of those three Tarot cards. You choose which sentences apply to you, and you choose whether to encourage them or not.

SYNOPSIS Located right after the Group Tarot Cards Reading sentences, is a deeper expression of today’s Guidance. Read this too for your predictions. Here you complete your predictions experience. The rest of the page is more about learning to love and learn Tarot Verbatim™.

LEARN TAROT CARDS BY PICTURES Are you ready to begin learning Tarot Verbatim™? Here your in-depth meanings come alive for each of the three cards! In Tarot Verbatim™, pictures make the meaning, so each card is like a person you know and remember.

WITHOUT THE PICTURES For the true seeker of Tarot knowledge, here is what you need to know about how the three cards in today’s spread affect one another, and how to apply Tarot Verbatim™. Here too the cards come alive, together.

WHERE EACH PHRASE COMES FROM At a glance, with a color for each card, your subconscious picks up on how the sentences of GROUP TAROT CARDS READING came to be. You feel how individual card meanings reach out and blend, unite, into a sentence. (You can learn this – yes, you!) Your subconscious awareness sees the image and its feeling and your conscious awareness sees the language meaning, the text… so your two minds focus together to see 3D, three dimensionally, the same way your two eyes see depth that one eye does not.

PHRASES FOR ALL THREE TWO CARD COMBINATIONS Are you ready for the final step of this revolutionary Tarot Verbatim™ technique? Now to make it exceedingly plain and simple, we list the expressions each pair of cards makes. We list them in paragraph form rather than itemized so that they flow, and your subconscious clicks into place and ‘gets it.’ You may even find flashes of dreams or intuitive realities as you read these, at times.

The Rider Waite Tarot™ deck is a data bank in mass consciousness that your subconscious can communicate with. Tarot Verbatim™ is the Rosetta Stone that makes that communication easy because it is a bridge between conscious and subconscious thought. When both your levels of awareness focus together, you think intuitively in real time in ‘the real world.’

Bon voyage!

Synopsis

Here and there, as our culture crumbles, are unlabeled pockets of sane people. We are looking right now at people who have gathered to make a community, neighborhood, or clan with child-rearing interests in common. These are happy places where people have settled who are like-minded.

Page of Wands

Page of Wands

Page of Wands is a type of person: It actually means ‘that type of person, which of course applies to any type. When he is being himself, Page of Wands is the straight arrow, the upstanding young man who aims to fit in, who is already the type to be accepted. Usually, this means he is well-dressed, well-mannered and well-spoken, standing up straight and looking handsome – every mother’s son and every girl’s date. Page of Wands also is known for speaking up, standing for some position, and even being the spokesperson.

Ten of Cups

Ten of Cups

Ten of Cups is good happy folks, with an undertone of prosperous folks. It’s one big happy family of people who have something in common that unites them – anything at all in common that is fit to print. It is a circle of friends, a neighborhood, a literal family, a married couple, married with children, or marriage itself. Make that ‘happy’ marriage.

Ten of Cups can represent any size political group, as Four of Wands – the other ‘good marriage’ card – does. Usually they refer to a beneficial group. (Ten of Pentacles represents the bad-guy groups.)

Sun

Sun

Sun is constrained by its neighbor-cards today. Gone are its mischievous, callous, reckless, outta-here meanings for now. Today Sun is a member – as a child – of a community of families. Today Sun is happy, and his charm is innocent. Today Sun is having fun without breaking the house rules.

Now Without The Pictures

Here we have three optimistic cards, no action card, and all are in a similar vein: family, kids, community, respectable people. Not much variety comes of this: Getting sentences is like pulling teeth. Phrasing them without repeating happy well-adjusted words is a challenge.

Ten of Cups is a community, is a marriage with children, is a happy couple, is house and home, and is like-minded people.

Sun is a child, is leaving home (Ten of Cups is home). Both Sun and Page of Wands are young males, charming young males too, Sun being the kid and Page of Wands being the young man.

Page of Wands is a respectable clean-cut likable individual; Ten of Cups is a community of such people – respectable people who get along with one another, who are amiable and cooperative and somewhat clannish.

Ten of Cups and Sun are both all about being happy.

Variety appears in the sentences to this spread when you see ‘free speech’ in Sun as freedom and Page of Wands as speech. Some more variety comes from connecting Ten of Cups’ ‘organization’ meaning with Sun’s ‘children’ meaning to make an organization devoted to children.

Page of Wands      They say the American Indians had a ceremonial protocol that whoever had the stick had the freedom to speak his mind. They also say they just told the ignorant white man that because he was an uninhibited brat in his freedom of speech. Page of Wands shows a fellow who is very well-dressed, very proud in his posture, who has something to say. And he has that stick in his hand. He is young, he is good-looking, and, yes, he has something to say, and is being the best person he can be for all to see.

Eight of Pentacles      A fellow keeps at it, making one of those pentacles after another at his work bench. Eight of Pentacles picks up on this scene and uses each part of it, leaving no waste. Eight of Pentacles is ‘always’ and ‘steadily’ and ‘all the time,’ ‘every time,’ and ‘regularly’ and ‘in the process.’ Watch for it to mean ‘keeps trying’ or keeps whatever-ing. The ‘-ing’ form of words is called a gerund, and Eight of Pentacles is right there when that gerund thing happens.

.

Eight of Pentacles is the job, the workplace, is the worker(s), is ‘working on’ and is ‘when I work.’ Eight of Pentacles is the main work card, and it is involved in anything to do with making a living.

Sun      Sun means many things. Its concepts arise from the story of a kid sneaking out of the house naked to play on a hazardous pony, having the time of his little life. You should know the meanings of this card always don’t include the consequences of his recklessness … but do include the recklessness. And seldom does the card mean ‘nude.’

.

Sun’s meanings are about being a boy or a kid; having fun; enjoying; leaving the house; ducking out on the rules; a fling; being a young guy (or even person); being uninhibited. Being the boyish charming fellow, the flirty fellow, belong squarely to Sun. Sun in uninhibited; Sun is going out or getting off or freeing oneself. Sun is the brat, and the charming brat. Sun is even the fun things you did when you were a kid. Sun is very often freedom and being uninhibited and impulsive. The uninhibited impulsive meanings are shared with King of Wands.

Sun is the kid, and Page of Wands is the young man. You can see that in the illustrations. Sun is the brat and Page of Wands is the fine young man. Page of Wands is proud to be himself; Sun is the uninhibited impulsive devil-may-car fellow. These two cards represent two faces of youthful men – two types. Sun is the ‘if it feels good, do it’ frat boy; Page of Wands is the sober apprentice beginning his career. (Pages in feudal times were exactly that: sons sent to another knight, to learn how to be knights.)

.

You could say Sun has got to get out from under the restrictions of good behavior, and be his irrepressible self; and Page of Wands, in being himself, embraces (and relishes) the benefits of those restrictions of good behavior.

.

Page of Wands and Sun can be father and son, of course. Sons often take the opposite directions of fathers – old story.

.

If you are pursuing the Page-of-Wands versus Sun concept, Google those two: The archives will give you a few hours of material to peruse. (Type ‘Sun and Page of Wands’ in the Google search bar.)

Guidance    … transitions in a fellow’s behavior … transition between being a respectable person who is attractive to others and being an irresponsible funloving brat … going in either direction. Very emphatic that he is making this change himself in himself. No one else accounts for who the guy is: He makes the choices; the image he makes is his … and is him. “Our fine boy is turning himself into a delinquent.” or “He is not a kid anymore, he has made himself a fine young man.”

He says he doesn’t do that for recreation any more.

Tarot Readings: To Be Young Again (Knight of Swords and Sun)

He acts very respectable and acceptable until he goes out to play.

He isn’t that respectable guy any more; he has no inhibitions now.

A change of persona for him: He acts on impulse now.

Oh to be a handsome young man again and do those fun things.

He says he doesn’t do that for recreation any more.

He acts so childish; he is reliving his youth.

The fast talker who acts like a kid.

He comes back to make his son just like himself.

He acts like a kid – doesn’t finish what he starts.

Now,  Part Two,

Do you want to know a little, or a lot, about how this Tarot Verbatim™ thing works? If so,

*Go to Learn Tarot by Observing section below. This tells about the combined four pictures in the Tarot Readings – the pictures above here.  It explains how these four cards get together in your mind to make the messages.

*Go to Learn Tarot by Pictures.  It is what each of the four cards, by itself, has to say.  It shows you how that illustration makes that card’s meanings in today’s Spread. All the words of each Tarot card reading you see here are a phrase-by-phrase translation of the scene pictured on those cards: no filler, no psychic impressions, no spirit guide. Word-for-word Tarot Verbatim™.

You can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim™ works.

This is a group reading, with no Questioner and no Question to limit what the cards say, so there’s more variety – even contradictions – and also the pronouns are more flexible. If it feels like it’s yours, and it says ‘he,’ and you’re a ‘she,’ feel free to adopt it anyway.

Sun

Knight of Swords – Page of Wands – Magician

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

.

Page of Wands and Magician and Sun are all guy cards that also have some gender neutral meanings. (Like Magician is ‘do’ and Sun is ‘fun.’)

Sun and Page of Wands are youth. Sun is the player, is on vacation enjoying himself, is the reckless brat who breaks the rules, is out having fun, leaving impulsively. Page of Wands is the well-dressed and well-spoken fine young man who is respectable and eager to fit in, be accepted. Page of Wands means a person’s image or identity or good reputation.

Knight of Swords is changing. Put him next to Magician, and it is himself he is changing – especially with Page of Wands being identity, being ‘who I am.’

So today’s Tarot discussion is very much about a fellow who is changing, changing himself. The change can go either way: We have the good guy (Page of Wands ), the callous brat (Sun), the change (Knight of Swords ) and doing it himself (Magician ).

Knight of Swords and Sun both mean ‘leaving.’ Knight of Swords is getting out in a hurry, and Sun has impulsively sneaked out to play.

LEARN TAROT BY PICTURES

.

Knight of Swords is in a hurry to get out and he is changing.  Changing suddenly, usually.  You see him flying by in such a hurry.  He can be in pursuit, which suits the illustration (sword extended, as Knight leans forward) or can be fleeing, or can just be in a hurry.  He is also a turnaround … which kind of suits meaning both fleeing and pursuing.

Page of Wands is a talker, and is looking good, is in fine shape – well-dressed and well-spoken proud young respectable fellow. Page of Wands is almost always male, as is true of most of the pages in Tarot Verbatim™.  This card represents you when you are into your role or your image.

Magician shows the fellow with his wand raised, the tools of his trade on the table, in the act of making something happen or not happen.  He is always a guy, since he stands for the male principle of action or being active.  He usually calls forth the words:  he, himself, to do (Conjugate that verb for him!), to make (Conjugate that too.), to make (it) happen,  to be the one who did, does, is doing (whatever). It’s also the do-it-yourself card.

Sun If it feels good do it.  I just wanna have fun.  I gotta get out of the house.  The heedless feckless youth who is going to get hurt because he doesn’t know.  The playboy, the brat.  Breaking the rules (or sometimes the law).  The charming boy or fun kid.  Having fun.  You see a young child nude on a wicked pony, not holding on, having a fun time in the summer.

Tarot Readings for You for February 19, 2013 Tuesday(c)

Guidance     We contrast acting and speaking openly – declaring our position and being proud to be whatever it is we identify ourselves as – with keeping quiet or even having something to hide.  We talk about not being a kid anymore, and about being a kid and keeping quiet about the night on the town.   Changes in our body and changes in our behavior.  Looking young all of a sudden and keeping quiet about that.  Our body chemistry makes us happy.

Instructions:

Are YOU here for the first time?  Come in!  People love this place!  Our site is divided into four sections: Guidance, Tarot Readings, Learn Tarot by Observation, and Learn Tarot by Pictures.
If you just want your daily look ahead, Guidance and Tarot Readings are all you need.  ‘Guidance’ is a summary of what the cards are generally advising visitors to be aware of that day.  ‘Tarot Readings’ is the actual word for word messages the cards are conveying.  Tarot can come up with a wide variety of sentences (sometimes even completely contradictory sentences!) in a group reading as there is no specific question being asked.  So, go ahead and pick the sentences you feel are yours and decide whether to encourage or reject them for yourself.

Want even more insight and information about a specific situation in your life? Call me, Emily, at 1-800-993-6912 and talk to me personally and have yourself a live, in detail, Tarot Reading like no other you may ever have had before. Your call will support 500 acres of wildlife in an animal sanctuary where I live and call home.

Also, don’t be shy about talking to the Community of Users in the comment section below. You’ll find this as the very last thing on this site. Trust me when I say we would *love* to hear from you!

GROUP ANALYTICAL TAROT CARDS READING

Tell the visitors here something useful and meaningful to them.

Headings [So you can choose which belongs to you]

Tarot Readings:  Physical Body and Appearance (Page of Wands)

Tarot Readings:  Free of, Freely, Feeling Free (Sun)

Tarot Readings:  Self-restraint, Keeping Quiet (Four of Pentacles)

Tarot Readings:  Making a Change (Knight of Swords)

Tarot Readings:  Physical Body and Appearance (Page of Wands)

Body chemistry alters your level of happiness.

He is incubating a change from being the fun-loving cute guy.

The new youthful appearance is a secret.

So happy I got over the tumor in my body.

All of a sudden, I am not as young and uninhibited as I used to be.

Feels a shift in the condition of the body … something letting loose.

Tarot Readings:  Free of, Freely, Feeling Free (Sun)

Suddenly I feel free to say how I really feel.

A place I go back to where I can talk freely about my secret.

Deep down, I feel I am getting out of and getting free of a situation that is confining.

You are young and free to go anywhere at the drop of a hat:  Keep it that way.

Your secret is out the minute you tell someone.

Tarot Readings:  Self-restraint, Keeping Quiet (Four of Pentacles)

Restraining myself from blurting out any darn thing like a kid.

Here he goes, keeping quiet about escaping from another thing he rushed into.

He is young, but isn’t letting himself move out from the parental home, with its rules, in any rush.

All of a sudden the cat’s got the tongue of the funloving young flirt.

The kids get loose on the town, and don’t have much to say when they come back.

Don’t recklessly declare where you stand and then switch sides.

He won’t admit it’s his child until the very last moment.

Tarot Readings:  Making a Change (Knight of Swords)

A change in my image from young and reckless to more subdued.

Not going to change who I am on the spur of the moment.

Being broke switches you off from being the party boy or girl faster than anything.

Secretly happy to be changing my image right now.

There’s quite the change in me; I’m not a kid anymore.

Tarot Readings:  Get Out of There (Sun + Knight of Swords)

They make a run to get out of that place so they can keep their reputation.

The upstanding citizens are leaving this party by the back door.

The cute guy left town, but the secret is out.

I didn’t get to enjoy his company before I left.

It’s time to get out of the stuff that makes you feel good that you hide.

Page of Wands – Sun – Knight of Swords

LEARN TAROT BY OBSERVING

.

Sun and Knight of Swords are leaving suddenly, in an impulsive (Knight of Swords) or uninhibited and reckless (Sun) manner.  Knight of Swords is changing or switching, whereas Sun is escaping or cutting loose. Both are high energy:  Knight of Swords is in an energetic rush, and Sun is in the throes of uninhibited fun times.  Both can be spur-of-the-moment.  Knight of Swords is a grownup, and Sun may very well not be.

Page of Wands and Sun are both young, usually young men.  Page of Wands is the cute young fellow, and Sun is the reckless party boy.  And Page of Wands is the respectable citizen, whereas Sun is out breaking the rules.

Page of Wands refers to the physical body, and Four of Pentacles means ‘internal.’  They can be the difference between internal and external medicine, for instance.    Page of Wands also means appearance or image, and Four of Pentacles is secret, and is something to hide. Four of Pentacles is restraining himself, keeping his mouth shut, and Page of Wands is speaking out and declaring his position.  Page of Wands is proud of himself, whereas Four of Pentacles has something to hide.

We contrast acting and speaking openly – declaring our position and being proud to be whatever it is we identify ourselves as – with keeping quiet or even having something to hide.  We talk about not being a kid anymore, and about being a kid and keeping quiet about the night on the town.   Changes in our body and changes in our behavior.  Looking young all of a sudden and keeping quiet about that.  Our body chemistry makes us happy.

LEARN TAROT BY PICTURES

.

Page of Wands    He’s often what Emily calls the tennis pro type: young, good looking, nice posture, clean cut, a cute young fellow. Just like the picture we see here.  He speaks up, speaks out, has a position and declares it.  He openly stands for something.  Page of Wands is about image, appearance, physical body and physical form, and the word ‘physical.’

Sun    Baby boy ducks out of the house to play nude and bareback on a pony who is not amused.  He is having the time of his young and possibly very short life.  This card is about leaving, leaving home or a building, leaving suddenly, escaping, cutting loose on the spur of the moment. It’s uninhibited and reckless, it’s high energy and it’s party time. It often means a child, and it often means fun, relief, getting out from under restrictions, and vacation.

Knight of Swords   He is about high speed, rushing, hurrying, putting a lot of energy into some urgent matter.  He could be pursuing, fleeing, doubling back or switching direction (or sides).  Leaving suddenly and changing are very common phrases for this fellow.  He is very spur-of-the-moment.

Four of Pentacles   We see a fellow holding onto his money, hugging his own chest, sitting in the road far out of town, hunkered down.  Being short of money or on a budget is one of Four of Swords’ categories.  So is keeping quiet, having a secret, restraining oneself.  This is feeling or being inferior.  In Tarot Verbatim(TM), this is ‘deep down inside’ feelings or closely held beliefs.  It also means ‘internal’ as a word – any application of it, including internal organs, one’s internal life, etc.

EXPLANATIONS:

Each and every ‘Tarot Reading’ sentence you see is a literal interpretation of the four Rider Waite Tarot cards drawn and pictured for today. (The literal interpretation is from the illustration on each card.) These sentences are put together by only combining the phrases of what each cards says. In other words, there are NO “filler” phrases added just to make full sentences, and no psychic ability or spirit guide is ever involved.

*Without a question* in a group reading to focus the answer, the four Tarot cards can mean quite contradictory things, especially when the Spread has a card that means ‘no,’ ‘never’ or ‘not.’ These negative modifiers can apply to any one of the other cards.
*Without a question* in a group reading, the pronouns (you, him, her, me, us, them, they, etc.) are more flexible. Whenever you see a pronoun in parentheses, please *feel very free* to substitute another pronoun than the one used. I try to drop pronouns when possible, which, if you’ve noticed, can make for awkward phrasing.

Now in an ‘real’ individual reading, the questioner asks a specific question and thereby supplies at least half the information! In an individual situation, the parties are identified and sometimes a time frame is too. Here, in a group reading we cannot do that and so we get a variety of sentences.

Horoscopes are group readings, too. Astrology is based on someone else’s birth data, though, so a ‘solar’ group horoscope never really solidly applies to you! (Astrologers know this!)

Tarot, on the other hand, is perfectly capable of flexibly addressing any group, including all of the visitors that come to this site. It can also address people you might not even know personally, such as all the people at your job who have a say in whether or not you get a raise.

We have been wondering here lately whether the Tarot Verbatim(TM) sentences are more accurate for regular visitors than they are for people who visit this site only once in awhile or for a short time. Would you help us with a comment please, if you have not been a regular visitor? Just let us know if the sentences are relevant to you. So far, people say they do apply.

Return to this site often and you can put all this together and intuitively see yourself how Tarot Verbatim(TM) works. Regular visitors actually learn to read Rider Waite Tarot cards with very little effort.

Our Daily Spread for October 6, 2011 Thursday ©

Advice is about transitions in male behavior …  transition between being a respectable person who is attractive to others and being an irresponsible funloving brat …  going in either direction.  Very emphatic that he is making this change himself in himself.  No one else accounts for who a guy is:  He makes the choices and the image he makes is his …  and is him.  “Our fine boy is turning himself into a delinquent.”

=========================================================================

Is this the first time you come here? Well …  what to do:

*Go to Advice to apply what those sentences say to you.  (Advice is everyone’s favorite part.)

*Go to Daily Message Tarot Analysis below.  One or more of those sentences has something to say to you.  Pick those out.  They are about you and the people around you.  They are about today and the days around it.  (It is a group message like a horoscope, except Tarot isn’t based on someone else’s birth data,  so it can be specific,  accurate,  detailed and direct.  Our experiment here is “How much more accurate is it?”)

Did you come here for your predictions? –  You are done now –  See you tomorrow.

Without a question to focus the answer,  four cards can mean contradictory things especially when the Spread has a card that negates other cards.   Without a question also the pronouns in a group reading are more flexible, especially in some of these Rider Waite Tarot spreads.  When a pronoun is in parentheses, feel very free to substitute.  The question in a ‘real’  individual reading supplies at least half the information!

Sun

Knight of Swords –  Page of Wands –  Magician

MEANINGS AND ILLUSTRATIONS:  OBSERVATION OF THE SPREAD

Sun and Page of Wands are youth.  Sun is the player,  the brat.  Page of Wands is the fine young man,  well-spoken and well-dressed,  who is respectable.

Knight of Swords and Sun are both leaving.  Knight of Swords is getting out in a hurry and Sun has sneaked out to play.

Page of Wands,  Magician and Sun are identified with males.

Knight of Swords also means a change,  which makes a change of identity –  between being an acceptable and respectable well-dressed person and being a (naked) brat –  a strong theme here.  Especially when you add in that Knight of Swords and Magician refer to making a change or ‘changing himself.’

MEANINGS AND ILLUSTRATIONS:  INDIVIDUAL RIDER WAITE TAROT CARDS

Knight of Swords is in a hurry to get out and he is changing.  Changing suddenly,  usually.  You see him flying by in such a hurry.  He can be in pursuit,  which suits the illustration (sword extended,  as Knight leans forward) or can be fleeing,  or can just be in a hurry.  He is also a turnaround …  which kind of suits meaning both fleeing and pursuing. (I do not make up the meanings;  I discover them.)

Page of Wands talks and is looking good,  is in fine shape –  well-dressed and well-spoken proud young respectable youth.  Almost always male,  as is true of most of the pages in Tarot Verbatim ™ .  He is into his role,  his image, like a politician whose wife is never too sexy.

Magician shows the fellow with his wand raised,  the tools of his trade on the table,  in the act of making something happen or not happen.  He is always male since he stands for the male principle of action or being active.  He usually calls forth the words:  he,  himself,  to do (conjugate that verb for him!),  to make,  to make (it) happen,  to be the one who …

Sun If it feels good do it.  I just wanna have fun.  I gotta get out of the house.  The heedless feckless youth who is going to get hurt because he doesn’t know what that is.  The playboy,  the brat.  Breaking the rules (or sometimes the law).  The charming boy or fun kid.  Having fun.  You see a young child nude on a wicked pony,  not holding on,  having a fun time in the summer.
